News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-path-to-node=\"0\">CEDARBURG \u2014 Thirteen Cedarburg High School junior and senior students, all currently enrolled in French 4 or AP French, spent their spring break on an immersive cultural and linguistic journey through France and Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1\">This trip continues the CHS-Lyc\u00e9e Gabriel Faur\u00e9 Exchange Program, an initiative established in the spring of 2016 with Cedarburg\u2019s sister school in Annecy, France.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">The exchange began with a three-day tour of Paris, where students visited iconic landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum, Sacr\u00e9-Coeur Basilica, and the Palais Garnier Opera House.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">The core of the trip was a seven-day stay in Annecy, France, a town near Geneva, Switzerland, located at the foot of the French Alps. To truly experience local life, the CHS students stayed with the families of their exchange partners \u2014 who are scheduled to visit Cedarburg in May.
