Arada London has secured a \u00a3152m loan from ICG Real Estate to fund the acquisition and development of two residential buildings in Swiss Cottage, North West London.<\/p>\n
Construction is already underway at the 0.93-acre site at 100 Avenue Road, which has planning consent for two buildings \u2013 a 25-storey tower comprising 172 for-sale units, and a five to seven-storey block offering 79 affordable homes, all of which will be social rented accommodation, and three retail units. The on-site amenity provision will include a concierge, gym, pool, golf simulator and co-working space<\/p>\n
