It is based on comprehensive passenger surveys and evaluates 34 different categories, including infrastructure, food and beverage services, and hygiene standards. Since its launch in 2006, ASQ has been the world\u2019s leading program for measuring airport passenger satisfaction, with more than 400 participating airports in 110 countries.<\/p>\n<p>Focus on the Customer Experience<\/p>\n<p>Zurich Airport is continuously committed to improving the customer experience. One example is its successful achievement of Level 3 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/aci.aero\/programs-and-services\/asq\/airport-customer-experience-accreditation\/#:~:text=ACI%20World%27s%20Airport%20Customer%20Experience,employee%20engagement%20and%20staff%20development.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ACI Customer Experience Program<\/a> last year \u2013 shortly after its initial accreditation in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The program is considered the industry standard for airports and supports them in continuously enhancing the customer experience by developing a comprehensive view of the customer.
