DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) \u2014 A Bonifay, Florida, woman is dead after a single-vehicle crash in southern Geneva County Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n

Geneva County Coroner Donny Adkinson identified the victim as Ruth Lynn Brown, 82.<\/p>\n

Coroner Adkinson tells WDHN that Brown was driving along County Road 4 in the Fadette community when her vehicle left the road, hit a tree, and overturned.<\/p>\n

\u00a020 grams of meth recovered during traffic stop in Covington County, officials say\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Brown was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash.<\/p>\n

The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the crash.<\/p>\n

ALEA Troopers, Slocomb EMS, Slocomb Police Department, Geneva County Emergency Management Agency, and the Geneva County Coroner\u2019s Office all responded to the scene.<\/p>\n
