Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed \u200chope on Saturday \u200cthat U.S.-brokered peace talks next week \u200bin Geneva will be serious and substantive, but he voiced concern that Ukraine \u200cwas being \u2060asked “too often” to make concessions, APA<\/a> reports, citing Reuters.<\/p>\n

“We truly hope that \u2060the trilateral meetings next week will be serious, \u200bsubstantive, helpful \u200bfor \u200ball us but \u200chonestly sometimes it feels like the sides are talking about completely different things,” Zelenskyy said in a speech \u200cat the Munich \u200bSecurity Conference.<\/p>\n

“The \u200bAmericans often \u200breturn to the \u200ctopic of concessions \u200band too \u200boften those concessions are discussed only in the \u200bcontext \u200cof Ukraine, not Russia.”<\/p>\n
