Pensimo Fondsleitung AG has signed a purchase agreement to acquire a real estate portfolio in the city and greater Zurich area for the listed real estate fund Swissinvest Real Estate Fund. \u00abThe transaction is being carried out as part of a share deal, with all shares in the company to be transferred on July 1, 2026,\u00bb writes Pensimo in a press release. According to the statement, the portfolio comprises seven properties. These are as good as new or refurbished. These are four residential properties, two commercial\/industrial properties and one development property. According to the press release, the properties are in good locations in the city of Zurich, Kilchberg, St\u00e4fa, Volketswil and Oberhasli (ZH). The investment volume amounts to CHF 150.6 million with a target rental income of around CHF 4.84 million. The largest property is a high-rise building built in Zurich-Seebach in 2016 with a value of around CHF 90 million.<\/p>\n

The transaction also includes six recently completed semi-detached houses in the canton of Aargau, which do not fit into the fund’s investment strategy and are to be sold.<\/p>\n
