{"id":63661,"date":"2026-05-11T19:33:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T19:33:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ch\/63661\/"},"modified":"2026-05-11T19:33:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T19:33:16","slug":"geneva-woman-dead-in-crash-wdhn","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ch\/63661\/","title":{"rendered":"Geneva woman dead in crash | WDHN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>DOTHAN, Ala <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wdhn.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"www.wdhn.com\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(WDHN)<\/a> \u2014 A Geneva woman is dead after a crash in Dale County Sunday night. <\/p>\n<p>Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency identified the victim as Linda White, 66. <\/p>\n<p>Troopers say White was a passenger in a 2007 Jeep Commander and the vehicle left the road and hit a utility pole at the intersection of intersection of County Road 1 and Alabama 92, around seven miles south of Enterprise in Dale County.  <\/p>\n<p>White was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to ALEA. She was transported to Medical Center Enterprise, where she was later pronounced dead by Dale County Coroner John Cawley. <\/p>\n<p>The driver of the Jeep, a 38-year-old man, was injured and transported to Enterprise Medical Center for treatment. <\/p>\n<p>The crash is under investigation by the ALEA Highway Patrol Division. <\/p>\n<p>Stay with WDHN for updates. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) \u2014 A Geneva woman is dead after a crash in Dale County Sunday night.
