Tiger Woods has returned to the United States following a rehab stint in Switzerland<\/a>, prompted by his recent rollover DUI crash in Florida, according to a report.<\/p>\n

The golf great\u2019s private jet touched down<\/a> in Florida on Wednesday at the Palm Beach International Airport. In images and video obtained by TMZ, the 50-year-old Woods appeared serious as he stepped off his Gulfstream G550 and made his way across the tarmac toward his waiting pet dogs.<\/p>\n

Woods<\/a> was charged with driving under the influence, property damage, refusal to submit to testing, and careless driving after his crash on March 27 in Hobe Sound, not far from where he lives on Jupiter Island. He later told authorities he\u2019d been looking down at his cell phone and changing the radio station, distracting him enough to miss the truck slowing down in front of him.<\/p>\n

Woods\u2019 SUV tipped over onto its side after he tried to pass the vehicle \u2014 which was hauling a trailer \u2014 and clipped its rear.<\/p>\n

Police at the time said the golfer was forced to climb through his car\u2019s passenger-side window to escape the wreck. He was taken into custody at the scene, after botching several sobriety tests,<\/a> body-cam footage shows.<\/p>\n

Authorities also said he appeared impaired at the scene \u2014 despite blowing 0.00 on the breathalyzer \u2014 and that he had a pair of hydrocodone pills in his pocket.<\/p>\n

Woods, who later refused to take a urine test, has since pleaded not guilty<\/a> to all the charges against him.<\/p>\n

Last month, a judge required that Woods turn over copies of all his prescription medication records<\/a> at a Palm Beach pharmacy from the start of the year through the end of March. The order came after Woods sought to block the release of his records, with his attorney arguing that doing so would violate Woods\u2019 privacy.<\/p>\n

The ruling wasn\u2019t a complete loss for the golfer, though. Prosecutors also agreed to a request for a protective order restricting the release of records only to prosecutors, law enforcement officers, state experts and Woods\u2019 defense team.<\/p>\n
