Reports also noted the inclusion of forward Zeki Amdouni, who returned after injury during the second half of the season. Yakin has kept faith in several players who have previously performed well for the national team.<\/p>\n

The Swiss Football Association began revealing parts of the squad through social media posts on May 18 and May 19. Because of this rollout, some fans believed the announcement had already taken place earlier in the week.<\/p>\n
