It says in the article that if they are deemed a game of skills they are legal but if they are a game of chance they are illegal, the lottery is a game of chance and it’s legal. What’s the difference? I feel the difference is the state is getting kick back from the lottery but what is that money being used for? It sure isn’t helping the schools which is what it was supposed to do. Leave the machines alone, so what if they have 4 or 40.

How do you feel that the Muse\u2019s are pocketing millions of dollars in cash and not paying taxes on it? That\u2019s the real story here. It won\u2019t surprise me to see federal charges brought for tax evasion.<\/p>\n
