The campaign sought to advance food safety principles and boost understanding of secure and accountable production methods among personnel in factories and manufacturing sites.<\/p>\n<p>The event drew over 80 attendees, among them 25 delegates from food production plants, underscoring the significance of sharing insights and swapping know-how within the industry. It also highlighted the importance of partnerships between public and private entities in nurturing a mindset of prevention and adherence, consistent with the aims of Saudi Vision 2030 to propel the industrial sector and elevate living standards.<\/p>\n<p>This activity reaffirmed a sustained dedication to upholding top-tier quality and food safety benchmarks at every phase of production. The organization depends on cutting-edge technologies, precise operational and manufacturing data, rigorous oversight mechanisms, and comprehensive quality protocols that help guarantee food safety and boost operational effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Ali Achbab, Factory Manager at Nestle Saudi Arabia, noted that food safety forms the bedrock of all their activities, and that disseminating knowledge and skills with sector peers fosters more knowledgeable and effective production practices and aids in cultivating an industrial setting more devoted to safety and excellence.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign included a dedicated workshop on food safety hazards, their possible consequences, and strategies to avert them by applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) framework. The workshop also emphasized the contribution of manufacturing data to reinforcing compliance and enhancing performance.
