A day earlier, on June 11, President Donald Trump said the US had reached &#8220;a great agreement&#8221; with Iran on the war and that the deal would be finalized within days, with a signing ceremony &#8220;probably&#8221; taking place in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>CNN said the ceremony would mark the start of &#8220;phase two&#8221; diplomatic negotiations to implement the memorandum of understanding. The pact is being referred to as the &#8220;Islamabad Declaration&#8221; in recognition of Pakistan&#8217;s central mediating role, it reported.<\/p>\n<p>Still, nothing has been finalized.
