Under the terms of the binding share subscription agreement originally drafted in February, AGL has been formally issued $115 million in ordinary Aussie Broadband shares\u2014amounting to roughly 22 million fully paid shares and granting the energy giant a pivotal 7% stake in the company\u2019s issued capital.<\/p>\n
The formal migration of AGL\u2019s combined 350,000 NBN services and mobile connections is scheduled to commence next month, with complete network integration projected by the second quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n
This consolidation is anticipated to yield immediate financial dividends, delivering an estimated $21 million in underlying EBITDA within the first twelve months post-migration.<\/p>\n
