ABB Robotics will present a range of demonstrations at Automate 2026, Booth #1241, including the introduction of its Physical AI Toolchain. The toolchain includes software for data generation, training and validation, deployment and optimization to support accurate robot AI models for industrial applications.<\/p>\n

Following ABB Robotics\u2019 partnership with NVIDIA in March 2026, which addressed the sim-to-real gap with RobotStudio HyperReality, the company will share additional information about the software stack behind its Physical AI Toolchain at Automate 2026. The training process allows connected robots to learn from simulated, synthetic and real-world data and apply that learning to operational environments.<\/p>\n

Through a series of booth demonstrations, ABB Robotics will also present the six core capabilities of Autonomous Versatile Robotics (AVR), including human-machine interaction, sensing and perception, autonomous learning and reasoning, motion control, navigation and dexterity.<\/p>\n

The ABB Robotics booth will be organized into zones with demonstrations that include the following:<\/p>\n

Seamless collaboration<\/p>\n

Automate 2026 will include the show debut of ABB Robotics\u2019 new PoWa cobot family, designed for higher speed and payload, along with the company\u2019s new collaboration with Aura Sensae, which develops capacitive sensing technology. A GoFa surface-finishing demonstration combined with Aura Sensae\u2019s HEXOPUS safe proximity sensing technology will show how the robot can detect and respond to nearby human movement in real time.<\/p>\n

ABB collaborative robots and autonomous mobile robots will also work together to inspect, assemble, paint and deliver a component in one connected process, demonstrating how cobots can support multiple tasks with added accessories.<\/p>\n

Smarter vision<\/p>\n

An AI-powered palletizing cell will demonstrate how vision, learning and reasoning can be used to handle randomized palletizing, with the aim of increasing product density and reducing material handling costs.<\/p>\n

Intuitive interaction<\/p>\n

ABB Robotics will also present developments in user interfaces that support robot interaction beyond fixed hardware, along with OmniCore EyeMotion software designed to bring vision capabilities to a range of camera and sensor hardware.<\/p>\n

Visitors will also see ABB Robotics\u2019 speak-through technology in use, showing another way people can interact with robots in AI-enabled applications.<\/p>\n

ABB Robotics will also host customer-focused activities at its booth, including an Automotive Customer Day on June 23 and a Software & Digital Day on June 24.<\/p>\n
