Kennedy Jr. praised the move in an Instagram <a data-ylk=\"slk:post;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DZuyOs1Dxd_\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">post<\/a> on Thursday, saying Nestl\u00e9 &#8220;stepped up and delivered.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Thank you, @nestle, for eliminating synthetic dyes from your products,&#8221; Kennedy wrote in the social media post. &#8220;Nestl\u00e9 stepped up and delivered. Now it&#8217;s time for every food company operating in America to do the same and help Make America Healthy Again.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kennedy told several executives of major food companies in March 2025 that he is aiming to remove &#8220;the worst ingredients&#8221; from food nationwide and is prepared to take action to eliminate them, CNBC <a data-ylk=\"slk:reported;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2025\/03\/12\/rfk-jr-pressures-pepsico-kraft-heinz-to-remove-artificial-dyes.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The majority of U.S. parents said they <a data-ylk=\"slk:support;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aol.com\/news\/majority-parents-support-key-rfk-151819811.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">support<\/a> increasing government regulations on dyes and chemical additives in food, highly-processed food and added sugars, <a data-ylk=\"slk:according;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/health\/2025\/10\/15\/rfkjr-maha-support-poll\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">according<\/a> to a Washington Post\/KFF survey published in October 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Kraft Heinz Company <a data-ylk=\"slk:announced;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aol.com\/news\/kraft-heinz-moves-rid-products-144639131.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a> in June 2025 that it is moving to end the use of all chemical food dyes from its products by 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple U.S. ice cream brands have similarly vowed to eliminate the use of artificial food dyes like Red 40 from all ice creams and frozen dairy products by 2028, Food &amp; Wine <a data-ylk=\"slk:reported;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.foodandwine.com\/us-ice-cream-brands-remove-synthetic-food-dyes-11772461\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> in July 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Nestl\u00e9 said in October 2025 that it plans to slash around 16,000 jobs globally over the next two years in an effort to reduce costs, CNN <a data-ylk=\"slk:reported;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2025\/10\/16\/business\/nestle-layoffs-automation-intl\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All content created by the Daily Caller News Foundation, an independent and nonpartisan newswire service, is available without charge to any legitimate news publisher that can provide a large audience.
