Nestle is the author of books such as the classic \u201cFood Politics: How the Food Industry Influences Nutrition and Health,\u201d \u201cSafe Food: The Politics of Food Safety\u201d and \u201cWhat to Eat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She is the emerita Paulette Goddard Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health, and professor of sociology at New York University and holds an appointment as visiting professor in the Cornell Division of Nutritional Sciences. Her degrees include a Ph.D. in molecular biology and a master\u2019s in public health nutrition, both from UC Berkeley.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" lazyautosizes lazyload\" alt=\"Author Marion Nestle signed books after her talk.
