(WWAY) \u2014 The New Bern Police Department issued the alert at 8:28 a.m. for Isaiah Kavon Owens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Owens is described as a Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white hoodie, black pants and red-and-blue sneakers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Police said Owens has autism and a speech delay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Investigators believe Owens is with Kenneth Lee Brantley, a 43-year-old Black man. Brantley is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 162 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Brantley was last seen at the Palace Motel, Room 242, at 1901 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. He was reportedly wearing a white T-shirt with a colorful design and gray pants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Authorities believe the two are traveling in a black 2012 GMC Yukon with South Carolina license plate XFH-752.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information about Owens\u2019 whereabouts is asked to call the New Bern Police Department at 252-633-2020 or call 911 immediately.\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"AMBER Alert issued (Photo: MGN) NEW BERN, N.C.
