Nestl\u00e9 Business Solutions (NBS), the shared services arm of the Nestl\u00e9 Group, has chosen Hyderabad as the location for its new Global Capability Center (GCC) in India, marking a further expansion of the consumer goods giant\u2019s global business services network and reinforcing its long term commitment to the country as a talent and technology hub.<\/p>\n
The new centre will be established under Nestl\u00e9 Business Services India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nestl\u00e9 Group, in partnership with Genpact. The technology services company will support the centre with its expertise in process intelligence, data, artificial intelligence and automation to help Nestl\u00e9 simplify, standardise and scale its business services across geographies.<\/p>\n

The Hyderabad GCC will bring together domain expertise, process intelligence, AI, automation and digital operations capabilities to improve performance, resilience and consistency across Nestl\u00e9\u2019s global operations. <\/p>\n
The company said the facility is expected to play a key role in building future ready capabilities while expanding the range of services delivered through its global business services network.<\/p>\n
Fichera said the investment reflects the company\u2019s confidence in India\u2019s talent pool and its ambition to build a more agile, scalable and technology enabled services network.<\/p>\n
