I got this spontaneous email and it really made me smile actually. I know it’s from a German company, but the idea of customer service standards as emailing customers to say “please don’t ask us about your order! Think of Corinne” had me in stitches.
I solemnly swear I will wait patiently for my chili plants.

That was very friendly, for German customer service standards! And I always find this kind of communication funny, because it’s honest and transparent
btw: I thought it was a “different” plant shop, when it is in fact just chili.
I cannot be the only one who is trying to figure out what in life would require 70 THOUSAND chili plants?
