A large group of military personnel, primarily in U.S. Marine Corps and Navy uniforms, pose for a group photo on a stage at Camp Lemonnier. The individuals are holding certificates with red folders/covers, suggesting a graduation or award ceremony. The backdrop displays the Camp Lemonnier insignia along with U.S. and Marine Corps flags.

Graduates of the Corporal’s Course pose for their graduation photo. Thirty-two students graduated from VMM-362 (REIN)’s Corporals Course 3-26, including 22 Marines, two Sailors, two Airmen, six Soldiers representing numerous units at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and units associated with Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 362 (Reinforced) [VMM-362 (REIN)] conducted command-sponsored Corporals Course 3-26 from Aug. 17 to Sept. 2, 2026. A team of dedicated sergeants and staff noncommissioned officers delivered 128 academic hours of instruction, guided discussions and practical application focused on warfighting fundamentals and leadership development. Marine Corporals Course delivers critical warfighting and leadership lessons to Marine corporals, ensuring noncommissioned officers have the relevant knowledge needed to fulfill their new responsibilities.
