Jen\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b slu\u017eba Bezrealitky.cz, na rozd\u00edl od Kodu, v\u00e1zanou \u017eivnost\u00ed realitn\u00edho zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed disponuje.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Podle z\u00e1kona o realitn\u00edm zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed tuto \u010dinnost vykon\u00e1v\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo aktivn\u011b zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1v\u00e1 uzav\u0159en\u00ed smluv o prodeji nebo pron\u00e1jmu pozemk\u016f, tedy nikoli jen publikuje pasivn\u00ed seznam. Takov\u00e1 firma by tedy m\u011bla m\u00edt odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eivnost.
