Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdtkou je n\u00edzk\u00fd po\u010det cenov\u011b dostupn\u00fdch m\u011bstsk\u00fdch byt\u016f ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm pod\u00edlem drah\u00fdch byt\u016f v\u00a0soukrom\u00e9m vlastnictv\u00ed developersk\u00fdch firem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eKrizi bydlen\u00ed nicm\u00e9n\u011b nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00edme jinak ne\u017e v\u00fdstavbou, kdy vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddka saturuje popt\u00e1vku a\u00a0stla\u010d\u00ed cenu byt\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b n\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho. Jak ale mluv\u00edm s\u00a0lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed pobl\u00ed\u017e brownfieldu \u017eij\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0nich v\u00edt\u00e1, \u017ee se okol\u00ed jejich bydlen\u00ed kone\u010dn\u011b prom\u011bn\u00ed. Takto zanedban\u00fd prostor je pln\u00fd odpadk\u016f, p\u0159itahuje lidi bez domova a\u00a0narkomany. Bude zde n\u011bkolik zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b polikliniky, kter\u00e1 by m\u011bla b\u00fdt um\u00edst\u011bna v\u00a0historick\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budov\u011b,\u201c pokra\u010doval m\u00edstostarosta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu m\u00e1 b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 nov\u00e1 tramvajov\u00e1 tra\u0165 v\u00a0re\u017eii dopravn\u00edho podniku Ol\u0161ansk\u00e1\u2013Habrov\u00e1 o\u00a0d\u00e9lce zhruba dva kilometry, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt zprovozn\u011bna v\u00a0roce 2027.\u00a0Povede skrz z\u00e1stavbu, propoj\u00ed oblast se zbytkem metropole, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b s\u00a0Prahou 3\u00a0a\u00a0Prahou 10, a\u00a0jej\u00ed v\u00fdstavba bude st\u00e1t p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 710\u00a0milion\u016f korun.
