Praha a St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj vyzvaly \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky otev\u0159en\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee k pod\u00e1n\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00edch nab\u00eddek na t\u0159icetilet\u00fd provoz velkokapacitn\u00edch jednotek EMU 400 pro provoz na hlavn\u00edch trat\u00edch v syst\u00e9mu Pra\u017esk\u00e9 integrovan\u00e9 dopravy (PID). Term\u00edn je konec kv\u011btna. O v\u00edt\u011bzi rozhodne cena.<\/p>\n<p>V sout\u011b\u017ei jsou ofici\u00e1ln\u011b t\u0159i dopravci, podle informac\u00ed den\u00edku Zdopravy.cz ale u\u017e Arriva vlaky jako jeden ze z\u00e1jemc\u016f v ob\u0159\u00edm tendru s odhadovanou cenou 142 miliard korun kon\u010d\u00ed a nab\u00eddku nepod\u00e1. Ve h\u0159e tak z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy a RegioJet.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/mensi-konkurence-v-nejvetsi-drazni-zakazce-jeden-ze-tri-zajemcu-o-smlouvu-na-30-let-pro-pid-ztraci-zajem-272985\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Men\u0161\u00ed konkurence v nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed dr\u00e1\u017en\u00ed zak\u00e1zce. Jeden ze t\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1jemc\u016f o smlouvu na 30 let pro PID ztr\u00e1c\u00ed z\u00e1jem<\/a><\/p>\n<p>U dopravc\u016f b\u011b\u017e\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee na vozidla<\/p>\n<p>Dopravci nejprve loni v kv\u011btnu podali p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 nab\u00eddky, jimi\u017e se kvalifikovali do dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze sout\u011b\u017ee. Mezit\u00edm sami dopravci vypsali sout\u011b\u017ee na dod\u00e1vku nov\u00fdch vozidel EMU 400, ty st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b b\u011b\u017e\u00ed. \u201eSlo\u017eit\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0uchaze\u010di vedla k\u00a0pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu odesl\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdzvy k\u00a0pod\u00e1n\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00edch nab\u00eddek. Prvo\u0159ad\u00fdm c\u00edlem zadavatel\u016f v\u0161ak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nastaven\u00ed transparentn\u00edch podm\u00ednek, kter\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dast v\u0161em kvalifikovan\u00fdm uchaze\u010d\u016fm z\u00a0\u0159ad dopravc\u016f i v\u00fdrobc\u016f vozidel,\u201c uvedly St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj a Praha ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Praha a St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fd kraj se rozhodly pro nezvykle dlouh\u00fd kontrakt na 30 let. Po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti nov\u00fdch jednotek by m\u011blo b\u00fdt spolufinancov\u00e1no z dotac\u00ed, kdy Praha usp\u011bla ve v\u00fdzv\u011b programu TRANSGov. V\u00fd\u0161e dotace by m\u011bla \u010dinit p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2,8 miliardy korun. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kontrakt po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se 60 jednotkami, s vyu\u017eit\u00edm opc\u00ed a\u017e 133 jednotek. Po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch vlak\u016f bude z\u00e1viset hlavn\u011b na tempu, jak\u00fdm bude Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic modernizovat a stav\u011bt n\u011bkter\u00e9 trat\u011b. Jde zejm\u00e9na o elektrizaci trati z Prahy do Kladna nebo novou tra\u0165 do Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159\u00edprava sout\u011b\u017ee, ale i pr\u016fb\u011bh jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, byly a jsou mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Odpov\u00edd\u00e1 to ostatn\u011b i d\u016fle\u017eitosti a velikosti zak\u00e1zky. Jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den, \u017ee cel\u00fd t\u00fdm odvedl maximum mo\u017en\u00e9ho a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee sv\u016fj d\u00edl pr\u00e1ce dot\u00e1hnou do konce i uchaze\u010di a
