V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b souboru Sever kraj po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1, \u017ee smlouva bude sp\u00ed\u0161e na krat\u0161\u00ed dobu, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b na 5 a\u017e 10 let.
