S\u017d mus\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it i boji\u0161t\u011b u Slavkova"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n                                        Dokument po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se zah\u00e1jen\u00edm prom\u011bny trati z Brna do Bla\u017eovic v roce 2028.                                     <\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edprava dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti rychlej\u0161\u00ed trati mezi Brnem a P\u0159erovem se prot\u00e1hne. Pl\u00e1n na \u00fapravu celkem 12 kilometr\u016f trati z Brna do Bla\u017eovic bude zkoumat Ministerstvo \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed podle z\u00e1kona o posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed vlivu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic kv\u016fli tomu mus\u00ed p\u0159edlo\u017eit detailn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dokumentaci.<\/p>\n<p>Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to ze <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.cenia.cz\/eiasea\/download\/RUlBX09WNzIyOF96amlzdG92YWNpRE9DXzE1MjQ1OTE0Nzg0MjA2ODMwOTUwLnBkZg\/OV7228_zjistovaci.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f zji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/a>. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina trati povede v nov\u00e9 stop\u011b, jde o o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed.\u00a0Ministerstvo stanovilo celkem 8 podm\u00ednek, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dokumentace mus\u00ed Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic doplnit. Jde o podm\u00ednky, kter\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed hlavn\u011b z p\u0159ipom\u00ednek b\u011bhem zji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Nov\u00fd \u00fasek trati Brno - Bla\u017eovice. Podm\u00ednkou bude i studie vlivu z\u00e1m\u011bru na krajinn\u00fd r\u00e1z pro \u00fazem\u00ed obc\u00ed dot\u010den\u00fdch z\u00e1m\u011brem. \u201eV r\u00e1mci studie budou navr\u017eena kompenza\u010dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed k eliminaci negativn\u00edch vliv\u016f stavby na krajinu, se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na pam\u00e1tkovou z\u00f3nu boji\u0161t\u011b bitvy u Slavkova,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed ministerstvo v rozhodnut\u00ed. Dokumentace m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 vy\u0159e\u0161it zhodnocen\u00ed vlivu z\u00e1m\u011bru na zdrav\u00ed lid\u00ed. Pl\u00e1ny maj\u00ed l\u00e9pe specifikovat i vliv na kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i samotn\u00e9 stavb\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pon\u011btovice necht\u011bj\u00ed rekultivaci opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho \u00faseku<\/p>\n<p>K dokumentaci se vyj\u00e1d\u0159ily obce \u0160lapanice, Pon\u011btovice, Ji\u0159\u00edkovice, Kobylnice a Prace a tak\u00e9 Jihomoravsk\u00fd kraj a org\u00e1ny st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy. Nep\u0159i\u0161lo jedin\u00e9 vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed od spolk\u016f \u010di fyzick\u00fdch osob. Z vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 z obc\u00ed nen\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u011b proti, pouze cht\u011bj\u00ed m\u00edt jistotu, \u017ee nedojde ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Obec Pon\u011btovice nesouhlas\u00ed s rekultivac\u00ed cel\u00e9ho opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho \u00faseku trati na \u00fazem\u00ed obce, nebo\u0165 n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti chce vyu\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1m\u011br se t\u00fdk\u00e1 celkem 12 kilometr\u016f trati, 7 kilometr\u016f z t\u00e9to trasy povede v nov\u00e9 stop\u011b jako p\u0159elo\u017eka kolem Pon\u011btovic. N\u00e1vrhov\u00e1 rychlost je 200 km\/h. Bude sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed takzvan\u00fdch rychl\u00fdch spojen\u00ed, jak st\u00e1t p\u0159ejmenoval pl\u00e1novanou s\u00ed\u0165 v\u011bt\u0161inou vysokorychlostn\u00edch trat\u00ed. 200 km\/h nen\u00ed vysokorychlostn\u00ed trat\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b modernizace dojde tak\u00e9 k roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed po\u010dtu kolej\u00ed, tra\u0165 bude v tomto \u00faseku \u010dty\u0159kolejn\u00e1. Dv\u011b koleje budou pro sm\u011br do P\u0159erova, dv\u011b koleje na Uhersk\u00e9 Hradi\u0161t\u011b. Novostavba povede od odbo\u010dky Brno \u2013 \u010cernovice a\u017e po Bla\u017eovice. V trase vzniknou t\u0159i nov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky: Brno-\u010cernovick\u00e1 terasa, Brno-Tu\u0159any leti\u0161t\u011b a Pon\u011btovice (n\u00e1hrada za st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed zast\u00e1vku na opou\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9m \u00faseku trati). Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed stavby je i celkov\u00e1 rekonstrukce stanice Brno-Slatina, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 dojde k p\u0159esunut\u00ed n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 ke st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu silni\u010dn\u00edmu nadjezdu v ulici Tu\u0159anka.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 tra\u0165 bude vybavena ETCS, zmiz\u00ed v\u0161echny \u00farov\u0148ov\u00e9 p\u0159ejezdy. Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s t\u00edm, \u017ee ji stejn\u011b jako dal\u0161\u00ed dva \u00faseky postav\u00ed metodou PPP se zapojen\u00edm soukrom\u00e9ho kapit\u00e1lu. Cel\u00fd \u00fasek z Brna do P\u0159erova je rozd\u011blen na p\u011bt staveb, dv\u011b se ji\u017e stav\u00ed. Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic aktu\u00e1ln\u011b po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s mo\u017en\u00fdm zah\u00e1jen\u00edm v roce 2028.
