Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo se rozhodne vyu\u017e\u00edt dopravu po \u017eeleznici a\u00a0uleh\u010dit tak p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm silnic\u00edm, se rozhodn\u011b po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1,\u201c uvedl n\u00e1m\u011bstek pra\u017esk\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora pro oblast dopravy Jarom\u00edr Ber\u00e1nek (Pir\u00e1ti).<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Dopravci podle Buchetky z\u00a0IDSK v\u00a0polovin\u011b lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho kv\u011btna podali p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 nab\u00eddky, kter\u00fdmi se kvalifikovali do dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze sout\u011b\u017ee. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jednac\u00ed f\u00e1ze o\u00a0nab\u00eddk\u00e1ch byly smluvn\u00ed aspekty cel\u00e9ho kontraktu a\u00a0konzultace technick\u00e9 dokumentace na vozidla typu EMU 400, co\u017e je pracovn\u00ed ozna\u010den\u00ed nov\u00e9 generace elektrick\u00fdch jednotek pro p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstskou dopravu v\u00a0metropoli a\u00a0okol\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Nov\u00e9 jednotky mus\u00ed nab\u00eddnout minim\u00e1ln\u011b 380\u00a0sedadel ve dvou t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00a0prvn\u00ed t\u0159\u00edd\u011b m\u00e1 b\u00fdt alespo\u0148 22\u00a0m\u00edst v\u00a0uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed 2+1.\u00a0Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se se t\u0159emi toaletami, dv\u011bma m\u00edsty pro voz\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1\u0159e, mechanickou rampou a\u00a0velk\u00fdmi multifunk\u010dn\u00edmi odd\u00edly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">V nich bude minim\u00e1ln\u011b osmn\u00e1ct m\u00edst pro j\u00edzdn\u00ed kola v\u00a0zimn\u00ed konfiguraci a\u00a0a\u017e \u0161estat\u0159icet v\u00a0letn\u00ed, spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0prostorem pro nejm\u00e9n\u011b \u0161est ko\u010d\u00e1rk\u016f. Standardem bude palubn\u00ed Wi-Fi, z\u00e1suvky 230\u00a0V\u00a0a USB porty, ve druh\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b jedna z\u00e1suvka na dv\u011b sedadla, v\u00a0prvn\u00ed jedna na ka\u017ed\u00e9 sedadlo. Ob\u011b t\u0159\u00eddy nab\u00eddnou i\u00a0bezdr\u00e1tov\u00e9 nab\u00edjen\u00ed. Z\u00e1vazn\u011b bude objedn\u00e1no nejm\u00e9n\u011b \u0161edes\u00e1t souprav, dal\u0161\u00ed dod\u00e1vky budou z\u00e1viset na pot\u0159eb\u011b i\u00a0postupu infrastrukturn\u00edch staveb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Prvn\u00ed nasazen\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b \u0161edes\u00e1ti vlak\u016f se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 na link\u00e1ch \u010cesk\u00fd Brod\u00a0\u2013 Praha\u00a0\u2013 \u0158evnice\u00a0\u2013 Beroun, kde bude zpo\u010d\u00e1tku zaveden provoz s\u00a0p\u0159estupem, d\u00e1le mezi pra\u017esk\u00fdm Veleslav\u00ednem a\u00a0Kladnem\u2011Ostrovcem (S5, R45), na leti\u0161tn\u00ed lince S55\u00a0a\u00a0na trat\u00edch Praha\u00a0\u2013 Po\u0159\u00ed\u010dany\u00a0\u2013 Kol\u00edn (S1) a\u00a0Kol\u00edn\u00a0\u2013 Kutn\u00e1 Hora (R41).<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Dal\u0161\u00ed roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed provozu jednotek EMU 400\u00a0bude z\u00e1viset na dokon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed infrastrukturn\u00edch projekt\u016f, zejm\u00e9na pak dokon\u010den\u00ed modernizace \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u011b mezi Masarykov\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm a\u00a0Veleslav\u00ednem v\u00a0Praze nebo zaveden\u00ed nov\u00e9 linky do Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi. Pro tyto \u00fa\u010dely m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dopravcem po\u0159\u00edzeno dal\u0161\u00edch a\u017e 73\u00a0jednotek formou aktivace p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch opc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eP\u0159\u00edprava sout\u011b\u017ee, ale i\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bh jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, byly a\u00a0jsou mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Odpov\u00edd\u00e1 to ostatn\u011b i\u00a0d\u016fle\u017eitosti a\u00a0velikosti zak\u00e1zky. Cel\u00fd t\u00fdm odvedl maximum mo\u017en\u00e9ho a\u00a0v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee sv\u016fj d\u00edl pr\u00e1ce dot\u00e1hnou do konce i\u00a0uchaze\u010di a\u00a0p\u0159edlo\u017e\u00ed kvalitn\u00ed nab\u00eddky,\u201c uvedl radn\u00ed St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00e9ho kraje pro oblast ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy a\u00a0mobility Petr Boreck\u00fd (STAN).<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Slo\u017eit\u00e1 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0uchaze\u010di vedla k\u00a0pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu odesl\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdzvy k\u00a0pod\u00e1n\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00edch nab\u00eddek. Term\u00edn pro pod\u00e1n\u00ed fin\u00e1ln\u00edch nab\u00eddek budou m\u00edt dopravci do konce kv\u011btna tohoto roku.
