Do 7.\u00a0\u010dervna 2026\u00a0toti\u017e mus\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e1 republika do sv\u00e9 legislativy zapracovat evropskou sm\u011brnici o\u00a0transparentn\u00edm odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Krom\u011b zve\u0159ej\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed mzdov\u00fdch rozp\u011bt\u00ed v\u00a0inzer\u00e1tech budou muset zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 nav\u00edc nap\u0159\u00edklad zve\u0159ej\u0148ovat krit\u00e9ria pro stanoven\u00ed mezd a\u00a0postupy v\u00a0odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0tak\u00e9 informovat o\u00a0rozd\u00edlech ve mzd\u00e1ch mezi \u017eenami a\u00a0mu\u017ei. Povinnost se bude t\u00fdkat pouze firem s\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e sto\u00a0zam\u011bstnanci, informov\u00e1n\u00ed se bude zav\u00e1d\u011bt postupn\u011b. Nejd\u0159\u00edve od roku 2027\u00a0u\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch podnik\u016f, men\u0161\u00ed firmy se p\u0159ipoj\u00ed a\u017e od roku 2031.<\/p>\n<p>Mzda nal\u00e1k\u00e1 z\u00e1jemce<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Uveden\u00ed mzdy nebo alespo\u0148 jej\u00edho mo\u017en\u00e9ho rozmez\u00ed p\u0159itom v\u00fdrazn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje z\u00e1jem uchaze\u010d\u016f. V\u00a0takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je ale kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 otev\u0159\u00edt t\u00e9ma odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed hned v\u00a0\u00favodu v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a\u00a0nastavit realistick\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c mysl\u00ed si.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Transparentnost v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu procesu v\u00fdb\u011bru pracovn\u00edka je podle n\u00ed dnes stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 jako samotn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka v\u00a0inzer\u00e1tu. \u201eNep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed a\u017e v\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed si nep\u0159eje ani jedna strana\u00a0\u2013 otev\u0159en\u00e1 komunikace \u0161et\u0159\u00ed \u010das a\u00a0energii\u00a0jak\u00a0firm\u011b, tak\u00a0i\u00a0uchaze\u010d\u016fm,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1. <\/p>\n<p>Ve st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1v\u011b se konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stka ne\u010dek\u00e1<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Podle port\u00e1lu JenPr\u00e1ce.cz jsou v\u00a0transparentnosti zve\u0159ej\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e mzdy zat\u00edm velk\u00e9 rozd\u00edly, z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale transparentnost vn\u00edmaj\u00ed velmi rozd\u00edln\u011b i\u00a0samotn\u00ed pracovn\u00edci. Zat\u00edmco v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch oborech m\u016f\u017ee zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed mzdy po\u010det uchaze\u010d\u016f i\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e zdvojn\u00e1sobit, jinde je jeho efekt jen slab\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vliv m\u00e1 m\u00edra transparentnosti inzer\u00e1tu v\u00a0sektoru ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0cestovn\u00edho ruchu, kde zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed odm\u011bny znamen\u00e1 n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu uchaze\u010d\u016f a\u017e o\u00a0204,4\u00a0procenta. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eV ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0cestovn\u00edm ruchu se potk\u00e1vaj\u00ed vysok\u00e1 fluktuace, sez\u00f3nnost a\u00a0\u010dasto ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mzdy. Uchaze\u010di jsou proto extr\u00e9mn\u011b citliv\u00ed na to, kolik si skute\u010dn\u011b vyd\u011blaj\u00ed. Kdy\u017e mzdu nevid\u00ed, na inzer\u00e1t jednodu\u0161e nereaguj\u00ed,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Michal \u0160pan\u011bl, analytik port\u00e1lu JenPr\u00e1ce.cz. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">V\u00fdrazn\u00fd efekt zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 mzdy je patrn\u00fd tak\u00e9 ve v\u011bd\u011b, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0sportu, kde po\u010det kandid\u00e1t\u016f roste o\u00a0111,1\u00a0procenta, a\u00a0v technick\u00fdch oborech, kde se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd po\u010det reakc\u00ed prakticky zdvojn\u00e1sobuje. Podobn\u011b je tomu i\u00a0v\u00a0pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 a\u00a0chemick\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b nebo v\u00a0IT. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eV IT si kandid\u00e1ti mohou vyb\u00edrat z\u00a0des\u00edtek nab\u00eddek a\u00a0jsou zvykl\u00ed na otev\u0159en\u011b komunikovan\u00e1 mzdov\u00e1 p\u00e1sma. Pokud firma mzdu skryje, uchaze\u010di to \u010dasto vn\u00edmaj\u00ed jako sign\u00e1l, \u017ee nab\u00eddka nebude konkurenceschopn\u00e1,\u201c vysv\u011btluje \u0160pan\u011bl. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Podle \u0160pan\u011bla je efekt mzdov\u00e9 transparentnosti zn\u00e1t p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0oborech, kde je dlouhodob\u00fd nedostatek pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly. Firmy se tak inzer\u00e1ty bez uveden\u00ed mzdov\u00e9ho rozp\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed o\u00a0podstatnou \u010d\u00e1st z\u00e1jemc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/domaci-zivot-v-cesku-cesi-vahaji-s-prolomenim-tabu-ctyri-z-deseti-nechteji-znat-vyplatu-kolegu-274570\" class=\"e_m h_mi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img height=\"3078\"   width=\"5472\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/5TzHY.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_U e_S\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale existuj\u00ed obory, kde zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed mzdy zvy\u0161uje z\u00e1jem uchaze\u010d\u016f jen minim\u00e1ln\u011b. V\u00a0oblasti obchodu, n\u00e1kupu a\u00a0prodeje stoup\u00e1 po\u010det reakc\u00ed pouze o\u00a08,2\u00a0procenta a\u00a0v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a\u00a0krmiv\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed o\u00a012,3\u00a0procenta. Pod pr\u016fm\u011brem z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 energetika, \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a\u00a0ekologie, marketing, reklama, m\u00e9dia a\u00a0PR, \u0159emesln\u00e1 v\u00fdroba nebo management, kde n\u00e1r\u016fst dosahuje zhruba 27\u00a0a\u017e 28\u00a0procent. Samostatnou kapitolou je pak st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1va a\u00a0samospr\u00e1va, kde po\u010det uchaze\u010d\u016f po zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed mzdy naopak zhruba o\u00a0procento kles\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Co zm\u011bn\u00ed nov\u00e1 pravidla<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Podle odborn\u00edk\u016f lze s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edchodem sm\u011brnice o\u00a0transparentnosti plat\u016f o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee o\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 pozice se slab\u0161\u00edm mzdov\u00fdm ohodnocen\u00edm bude men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem. A\u00a0u\u017e dnes se v\u00a0pracovn\u00edch inzer\u00e1tech objevuje mzdov\u00e9 rozp\u011bt\u00ed \u010dast\u011bji ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve, a\u00a0to i\u00a0bez z\u00e1konn\u00e9 povinnosti, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Petr Douda, tiskov\u00fd mluv\u010d\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed agentury Randstad \u010cR.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eFirmy necht\u011bj\u00ed ztr\u00e1cet \u010das s\u00a0uchaze\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed nere\u00e1ln\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Na pracovi\u0161t\u00edch je ale situace st\u00e1le sp\u00ed\u0161e konzervativn\u00ed, mzda je v\u00a0\u010cesku \u010dasto vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako tabu a\u00a0v mnoha firm\u00e1ch nad\u00e1le p\u0159e\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, by\u0165 pr\u00e1vn\u011b napadnuteln\u00e9, dolo\u017eky o\u00a0ml\u010denlivosti,\u201c vysv\u011btluje. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Pokud ale bude u\u00a0inzer\u00e1tu rovnou uvedena ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mzda, m\u016f\u017ee podle n\u011bj po\u010det reakc\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b klesnout. \u201eTo ale nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u0161patn\u011b, proto\u017ee pro firmu je lep\u0161\u00ed m\u00edt p\u011bt relevantn\u00edch kandid\u00e1t\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed mzdov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky akceptuj\u00ed, ne\u017e pades\u00e1t, se kter\u00fdmi se nakonec nedohodne,\u201c mysl\u00ed si. \u201eV\u011bt\u0161\u00ed transparentnost m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k\u00a0realisti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edm o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm a\u00a0efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdb\u011bru\u00a0\u2013\u00a0ozvou se ti,\u00a0pro kter\u00e9 nab\u00eddka skute\u010dn\u011b d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 i\u00a0Machov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eStatisticky se d\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u011b \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee na inzer\u00e1ty s\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mzdou uchaze\u010di reaguj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e na ty, kde je n\u00edzk\u00e1. Tud\u00ed\u017e u\u00a0inzer\u00e1t\u016f s\u00a0velmi n\u00edzkou mzdou to m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st i\u00a0k ni\u017e\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdkonu. Transparentnost nicm\u00e9n\u011b dod\u00e1v\u00e1 na d\u016fv\u011bryhodnosti a\u00a0tud\u00ed\u017e v\u00fdkonu inzer\u00e1tu &#8211; efekt se tedy v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee i\u00a0vynulovat, jinde budou v\u00fdsledky opravdu hor\u0161\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0160pan\u011bl.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Podle Machov\u00e9 by nov\u00e1 pravidla mohla p\u0159in\u00e9st p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz na systemati\u010dnost a\u00a0jasnou komunikaci. Firmy podle n\u00ed budou muset m\u00edt l\u00e9pe popsan\u00e9 principy odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0bude t\u0159eba, aby je um\u011bly\u00a0obh\u00e1jit daty. Sm\u011brnice by tam mohla p\u0159in\u00e9st i\u00a0zm\u011bny ve v\u00fd\u0161i mezd.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">To potvrzuje i\u00a0Douda, podle kter\u00e9ho by se viditeln\u00e9 rozd\u00edly mezi obdobn\u00fdmi pozicemi mohly narovnat. <\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fd nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl v\u00a0Evrop\u011b<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Sm\u011brnice by tak\u00e9 mohla pomoci sn\u00ed\u017eit \u010dasto zmi\u0148ovan\u00e9 rozd\u00edly v\u00a0odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed mu\u017e\u016f a\u00a0\u017een. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi mzdami \u017een a\u00a0mu\u017e\u016f je jen v\u00a0Estonsku. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Podle hlavn\u00edho analytika spole\u010dnosti Alma Career Tom\u00e1\u0161e Erv\u00edna Dombrovsk\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017ee sm\u011brnice p\u0159im\u011bt zam\u011bstnavatele, aby si ud\u011blali v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dek ve sv\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0za\u010dali postupn\u011b narovn\u00e1vat celou \u0159adu nef\u00e9rov\u00fdch a\u00a0neospravedlniteln\u00fdch rozd\u00edl\u016f ve mzd\u00e1ch na srovnateln\u00fdch pozic\u00edch.
