Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b siln\u00fd je tento trend v\u00a0N\u011bmecku, kde automobilky i\u00a0dodavatel\u00e9 ru\u0161\u00ed n\u011bkdy i\u00a0cel\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b vrcholov\u00e9ho managementu ve sv\u00e9 spletit\u00e9 hierarchii. C\u00edl je jasn\u00fd: \u0161t\u00edhlej\u0161\u00ed struktura, efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed procesy a\u00a0ve v\u00fdsledku vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed konkurenceschopnost.<\/p>\n<p>O tom, \u017ee se jednotliv\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti pouze nesna\u017e\u00ed podku\u0159ovat akcion\u00e1\u0159\u016fm a\u00a0investor\u016fm, ale skute\u010dn\u011b \u0161et\u0159\u00ed, napov\u00eddaj\u00ed statistiky spolkov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce. V\u00a0roce 2021 jich skon\u010dilo osm tis\u00edc, loni u\u017e dvan\u00e1ct tis\u00edc. Od roku 2019, jen\u017e byl posledn\u00edm, kter\u00fd neovlivnila pandemie covidu-19, tak n\u011bmeck\u00e9 automobilky a\u00a0dodavatel\u00e9 zru\u0161ili asi ka\u017ed\u00e9 osm\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto. Zhruba polovina tohoto propou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed prob\u011bhla loni.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePro firmy je to tak\u00e9 ot\u00e1zka d\u016fv\u011bryhodnosti. Pokud zru\u0161\u00edm \u0159adu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst ve v\u00fdrob\u011b, nem\u016f\u017eu nechat v\u0161e p\u0159i star\u00e9m ani ve veden\u00ed. V\u00a0praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se celkov\u00fd po\u010det \u010dlen\u016f p\u0159edstavenstva ka\u017ed\u00e9 zna\u010dky sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed do leto\u0161n\u00edho l\u00e9ta asi o\u00a0t\u0159etinu.
