V Doksanech meteorologov\u00e9 28. \u010dervna nam\u011b\u0159ili 41,9 \u00b0C, \u010d\u00edm\u017e padl absolutn\u00ed teplotn\u00ed rekord \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je \u010detnost extr\u00e9mn\u00edch hodnot a letos vid\u00edme i enormn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst d\u00e9lky jejich trv\u00e1n\u00ed. To je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pro n\u00e1s nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, mus\u00edme zm\u00edrnit na\u0161e aktivity a horka se sna\u017eit p\u0159e\u010dkat. Ne v\u0161ichni v\u0161ak takovou mo\u017enost m\u00e1me. Ani p\u0159\u00edroda nem\u00e1 mo\u017enost se p\u0159izp\u016fsobit tak rychle, jak zm\u011bny postupuj\u00ed. Krajina vysych\u00e1 a extr\u00e9my nar\u016fstaj\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tolasz.<\/p>\n<p>V tom se leto\u0161n\u00ed l\u00e9to li\u0161\u00ed od pohledu na jedin\u00fd hork\u00fd den. V z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b byly \u010derven a \u010dervenec mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b tepl\u00e9, z\u00e1rove\u0148 se v\u00fdrazn\u011b projevoval nedostatek vody. Pr\u00e1v\u011b spojen\u00ed vysok\u00fdch teplot se suchem za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch rys\u016f leto\u0161n\u00edho l\u00e9ta.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e horko potk\u00e1 vyschlou krajinu<\/p>\n<p>Vysok\u00e9 teploty samy o sob\u011b nejsou jedin\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je stav krajiny, kter\u00e1 v horku p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed o vodu a t\u00edm i o \u010d\u00e1st schopnosti p\u0159irozen\u011b se ochlazovat. \u201eVlhkost v krajin\u011b se p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch vypa\u0159uje a t\u00edm krajinu ochlazuje. Pokud je v ekosyst\u00e9mech m\u00e1lo vody, p\u016fda je vysu\u0161en\u00e1, sni\u017euje se v\u00fdpar a dodate\u010dn\u011b se tak zvy\u0161uje teplota,\u201c vysv\u011btluje meteorolo\u017eka Dagmar Honsov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Podle n\u00ed p\u0159itom leto\u0161n\u00ed situaci nelze odd\u011blit od p\u0159edchoz\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. \u201eA kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdom\u00edme, \u017ee jsme m\u011bli na sn\u00edh chudou zimu, m\u00e1lo sr\u00e1\u017eek na ja\u0159e, tak i p\u0159i stejn\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 situaci, kter\u00e1 by k n\u00e1m p\u0159ed lety p\u0159inesla teploty 30 a\u017e 35 \u00b0C maxim\u00e1ln\u011b, \u201anajednou\u2018 m\u011b\u0159\u00edme \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtky,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Honsov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Slu\u017eba pro klimatick\u00e9 zm\u011bny programu <a href=\"https:\/\/climate.copernicus.eu\/copernicus-highest-july-global-ocean-surface-temperatures-exceptionally-hot-dry-conditions-fuel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Copernicus<\/a> v \u010dervnu zaznamenala v rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech z\u00e1padn\u00ed, st\u0159edn\u00ed a v\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropy su\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e obvykl\u00e9 podm\u00ednky. N\u00edzk\u00e1 p\u016fdn\u00ed vlhkost se spolu s vysok\u00fdmi teplotami prom\u00edtla do stavu \u0159ek a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho rizika po\u017e\u00e1r\u016f. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech byly pr\u016ftoky v\u00fdrazn\u011b pod dlouhodob\u00fdm pr\u016fm\u011brem. Probl\u00e9m tak nekon\u010d\u00ed u zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed. N\u00edzk\u00e1 hladina \u0159ek komplikuje lodn\u00ed dopravu, nedostatek vody m\u016f\u017ee zas\u00e1hnout energetiku a vysok\u00e9 teploty zvy\u0161uj\u00ed n\u00e1roky na chlazen\u00ed. Z po\u010das\u00ed se tak st\u00e1v\u00e1 ekonomick\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1pad a jih Evropy dostaly v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sah<\/p>\n<p>Rozsah leto\u0161n\u00edho extr\u00e9mu nav\u00edc nen\u00ed v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b stejn\u00fd. Zat\u00edmco z\u00e1pad a jih kontinentu \u010delily dlouh\u00fdm obdob\u00edm horka, suchu a po\u017e\u00e1r\u016fm, jin\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Evropy m\u011bly teploty bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed norm\u00e1lu. \u201eZat\u00edm je brzo hodnotit, ale vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee situace v z\u00e1padn\u00ed a ji\u017en\u00ed Evrop\u011b je letos o dost dramati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u n\u00e1s. \u0158e\u0161\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my v z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed pitnou vodou a byli posti\u017eeni rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi po\u017e\u00e1ry,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Honsov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Copernicus uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evropa m\u011bla v \u010dervnu v\u016fbec nejteplej\u0161\u00ed \u010derven v historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 \u010dervenec byl v t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti kontinentu mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fd. Rozd\u00edly mezi regiony jsou ale natolik velk\u00e9, \u017ee evropsk\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br nemus\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fd rozsah extr\u00e9mu vystihnout. Leto\u0161n\u00ed situace tak ukazuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm to, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je kombinace jednotliv\u00fdch faktor\u016f. Samotn\u00e1 vysok\u00e1 teplota m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kr\u00e1tkodobou epizodou. Foto: climate.copernicus.eu<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e1v\u011b s t\u00edm by podle Honsov\u00e9 m\u011bla Evropa po\u010d\u00edtat i do budoucna. \u201eKdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na existuj\u00edc\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e zm\u011bny klimatu, tak nem\u016f\u017eeme v dal\u0161\u00edch letech o\u010dek\u00e1vat p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed situaci \u2013 letn\u00ed hork\u00e9 vlny se i u n\u00e1s st\u00e1vaj\u00ed nov\u00fdm norm\u00e1lem a n\u00e1m nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 ne\u017e s t\u00edm po\u010d\u00edtat,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nejde p\u0159itom pouze o p\u0159\u00edpravu na samotn\u00e9 teploty. Honsov\u00e1 upozor\u0148uje na nutnost p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat m\u011bsta i budovy. \u201eVe m\u011bstech se mus\u00edme v\u011bnovat budov\u00e1n\u00ed a dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b modrozelen\u00e9 infrastruktury, hledat mo\u017enosti ochlazen\u00ed v bytech, \u00fa\u0159adech, \u0161kol\u00e1ch, a hlavn\u011b ve zdravotnick\u00fdch a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch. Nad t\u00edm bychom nem\u011bli p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let, ale rychle sm\u011b\u0159ovat k realizaci. Jsou to nezbytn\u00e1 adapta\u010dn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Co ukazuje l\u00e9to v \u010cesku<\/p>\n<p>\u010cesk\u00e1 republika p\u0159itom leto\u0161n\u00ed evropsk\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh sleduje zbl\u00edzka. Rekord 41,9 \u00b0C v Doksanech byl jeho nejviditeln\u011bj\u0161\u00edm symbolem, d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v\u00fdvoj, kter\u00fd k n\u011bmu vedl. \u010cerven byl u n\u00e1s t\u0159et\u00edm nejteplej\u0161\u00edm \u010dervnem od roku 1961. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota dos\u00e1hla 19,1 stupn\u011b Celsia, tedy 2,6 stupn\u011b nad norm\u00e1lem 1991\u20132020. V Praze-Klementinu byl \u010derven druh\u00fdm nejteplej\u0161\u00edm v cel\u00e9 historii m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Podle Tolasze bychom se ale p\u0159i hodnocen\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho l\u00e9ta nem\u011bli soust\u0159edit pouze na maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed teplotu. \u201eU n\u00e1s mus\u00edme sledovat rozlo\u017een\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eek, trv\u00e1n\u00ed hork\u00fdch vln a zm\u011bny v proud\u011bn\u00ed. Tam vid\u00edme nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sign\u00e1ly m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edho se klimatu u n\u00e1s ne do budoucna, ale u\u017e dnes,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 klimatolog. Pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00e9lka hork\u00fdch epizod je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 tak\u00e9 pro krajinu. Pokud vysok\u00e9 teploty p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed, p\u016fda ztr\u00e1c\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed vodu a vegetace se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 pod st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed tlak. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00fd jednotliv\u00fd extr\u00e9m automaticky p\u0159ipsat jednomu jedin\u00e9mu faktoru.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Denn\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota povrchu mo\u0159e (\u00b0C) zpr\u016fm\u011brovan\u00e1 pro sv\u011btov\u00fd oce\u00e1n mimo pol\u00e1rn\u00ed oblasti (60\u00b0 j. \u0161. a\u017e 60\u00b0 s. \u0161.) v letech 2023 (\u017elut\u011b), 2024 (oran\u017eov\u011b), 2025 (\u010derven\u011b) a 2026 (tmav\u011b \u010derven\u011b). V\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed roky mezi 1979 a 2022 jsou zn\u00e1zorn\u011bny \u0161ed\u00fdmi \u010darami. Bohu\u017eel proto, \u017ee v\u011bda na tento trend upozor\u0148uje u\u017e des\u00edtky let a z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u017edy \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, \u017ee jak\u00e9koliv opat\u0159en\u00ed v klimatick\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu se za des\u00edtky let za\u010dne projevovat. Jsme tedy dnes v dob\u011b, kdy jsme mohli vid\u011bt za\u010d\u00e1tek postupn\u00e9 stabilizace antropogenn\u00ed zm\u011bny klimatu. To za nespln\u011bn\u00e9ho p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee by u\u017e d\u00e1vno za\u010daly stagnovat a pot\u00e9 klesat glob\u00e1ln\u00ed emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Nestalo se, i kdy\u017e jsme na to m\u011bli des\u00edtky let,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Srpen m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tepl\u00fd, podzim se p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1 h\u016f\u0159<\/p>\n<p>Co ale p\u0159ijde d\u00e1l? Pr\u00e1v\u011b tady za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 b\u00fdt pot\u0159eba rozli\u0161ovat mezi p\u0159edpov\u011bd\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed a sezonn\u00edm v\u00fdhledem. Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdhledy d\u00e1vaj\u00ed pro dal\u0161\u00ed t\u00fddny zv\u00fd\u0161enou pravd\u011bpodobnost nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch teplot. Pro Evropu je p\u0159itom teplotn\u00ed sign\u00e1l v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sign\u00e1l sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Z model\u016f tedy lze vy\u010d\u00edst v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost teplej\u0161\u00edho po\u010das\u00ed, mnohem h\u016f\u0159e se ale ur\u010duje, zda bude z\u00e1rove\u0148 sucho, nebo naopak p\u0159ijde dostatek sr\u00e1\u017eek.<\/p>\n<p>Pro \u010cesko z toho nelze vyvodit, \u017ee cel\u00fd zbytek l\u00e9ta bude hork\u00fd. U\u017e v\u016fbec ne, \u017ee takov\u00fd bude cel\u00fd podzim. Tolasz proto z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 u z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a \u0159\u00edjna opatrn\u00fd. \u201eM\u016f\u017eeme se t\u011b\u0161it na bab\u00ed l\u00e9to, ale zat\u00edm je brzo, abychom um\u011bli ud\u011blat podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Hork\u00e9 l\u00e9to neznamen\u00e1 automaticky such\u00fd podzim<\/p>\n<p>Leto\u0161n\u00ed v\u00fdvoj proto nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 mechanicky p\u0159en\u00e9st do z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a \u0159\u00edjna. Hork\u00e9 l\u00e9to m\u016f\u017ee skon\u010dit v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm ochlazen\u00edm a vydatn\u00fdmi sr\u00e1\u017ekami, stejn\u011b jako m\u016f\u017ee pokra\u010dovat teplej\u0161\u00ed po\u010das\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV klimatick\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu v\u0161ak nen\u00ed nic takto jasn\u00e9ho a jednoduch\u00e9ho, jednotliv\u00e9 projevy se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed a projevy kombinuj\u00ed. M\u00e9n\u011b sn\u011bhu v zim\u011b nemus\u00ed nutn\u011b znamenat such\u00e9 jaro a hork\u00e9 l\u00e9to nen\u00ed n\u011bjakou ochranou p\u0159ed podzimn\u00ed povodn\u00ed,\u201c upozor\u0148uje Tolasz.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 i kv\u016fli vod\u011b. N\u011bkolik de\u0161tiv\u00fdch dn\u016f na podzim nemus\u00ed automaticky znamenat, \u017ee se dopln\u00ed z\u00e1soby podzemn\u00ed vody, stejn\u011b jako sou\u010dasn\u00e9 sucho neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee podzimn\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017eky budou nutn\u011b podpr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9. Nejistota je u sr\u00e1\u017eek v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u teplot.<\/p>\n<p>El Ni\u00f1o se rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed. Jeho dopady se ale v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech sv\u011bta li\u0161\u00ed a nelze ho pou\u017e\u00edt jako jednoduch\u00e9 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho evropsk\u00e9ho horka ani jako p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f \u010desk\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Honsov\u00e1 jeho v\u00fdznam vid\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e ve v\u00fdhledu na dal\u0161\u00ed obdob\u00ed. \u201eAktu\u00e1ln\u00ed odhady o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed v Evrop\u011b teplej\u0161\u00ed a sr\u00e1\u017ekov\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b vydatnou zimu.
