Na palub\u011b bylo 136\u00a0cestuj\u00edc\u00edch a\u00a016\u00a0\u010dlen\u016f pos\u00e1dky. Letadlo m\u00ed\u0159ilo na dr\u00e1hu 27L a\u00a0v\u0161e nasv\u011bd\u010dovalo tomu, \u017ee za n\u011bkolik minut bude po dlouh\u00e9m letu bezpe\u010dn\u011b na zemi. Tehdy ale za\u010dal probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd vy\u0161et\u0159ovatel\u00e9 pozd\u011bji ozna\u010dili za mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b neobvyklou kombinaci okolnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Motory nebyly rozbit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Prvn\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 v\u011bc je z\u00e1rove\u0148 jedna z\u00a0nej\u010dast\u011bji \u0161patn\u011b popisovan\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00e9to nehody. Oba motory se mechanicky nezastavily. Ve v\u00fd\u0161ce p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 720\u00a0stop, tedy asi 220\u00a0metr\u016f nad zem\u00ed, prav\u00fd motor p\u0159estal reagovat na p\u0159\u00edkaz autothrottlu ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdkonu. M\u00edsto o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9ho n\u00e1r\u016fstu tahu jeho v\u00fdkon klesl. O\u00a0pouh\u00fdch sedm sekund pozd\u011bji se podobn\u00e1 situace opakovala na lev\u00e9m motoru.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed AAIB n\u00e1sledn\u011b zjistilo, \u017ee oba motory m\u011bly omezen\u00fd p\u0159\u00edvod paliva. A\u00a0pr\u00e1v\u011b nedostatek paliva na vstupu do motor\u016f zp\u016fsobil prudk\u00fd pokles tahu. Ne\u0161lo tedy o\u00a0klasickou poruchu, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e by se oba motory sou\u010dasn\u011b mechanicky rozbily. To je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rozd\u00edl. Piloti m\u011bli p\u0159ed sebou letadlo, jeho\u017e motory st\u00e1le pracovaly, ale nedok\u00e1zaly dodat v\u00fdkon pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Led, kter\u00fd vznikal tis\u00edce kilometr\u016f od Lond\u00fdna<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Ko\u0159eny probl\u00e9mu sahaly mnohem d\u00e1l ne\u017e k\u00a0posledn\u00edm minut\u00e1m letu. Boeing str\u00e1vil zna\u010dnou \u010d\u00e1st cesty ve velk\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce a\u00a0ve velmi chladn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Samotn\u00e9 leteck\u00e9 palivo p\u0159itom nezamrzlo. Ten se postupn\u011b usazoval uvnit\u0159 palivov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. B\u011bhem cestovn\u00edho letu to nevadilo, proto\u017ee motory v\u00a0tomto re\u017eimu nepot\u0159ebovaly tak velk\u00fd pr\u016ftok paliva. Nahromad\u011bn\u00fd led tak mohl z\u016fstat prakticky skryt\u00fd. Vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed ozna\u010dilo za mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou kombinaci t\u0159\u00ed faktor\u016f: palivo bylo dlouhou dobu vystaveno teplot\u00e1m pod bodem mrazu, b\u011bhem cestovn\u00edho letu byl po\u017eadovan\u00fd pr\u016ftok paliva relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00fd a\u00a0p\u0159i p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed se naopak pr\u016ftok prudce zv\u00fd\u0161il. Posledn\u00ed zm\u011bna byla rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Piloti pot\u0159ebovali p\u0159idat v\u00fdkon<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">P\u0159i p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed se zm\u011bnil re\u017eim pr\u00e1ce motor\u016f a\u00a0pr\u016ftok paliva vzrostl. Nahromad\u011bn\u00fd led se za\u010dal uvol\u0148ovat a\u00a0pohyboval se palivov\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem sm\u011brem k\u00a0motor\u016fm. Na obou motorech se n\u00e1sledn\u011b dostal k\u00a0palivov\u011b-olejov\u00e9mu v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku tepla, zn\u00e1m\u00e9mu jako FOHE. Ten m\u00e1 v\u00a0motoru d\u016fle\u017eitou funkci a\u00a0mimo jin\u00e9 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 oh\u0159\u00edvat palivo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Zde v\u0161ak led vytvo\u0159il p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku, kter\u00e1 omezila pr\u016ftok paliva. Podle z\u00e1v\u011bru AAIB byl tento mechanismus u\u00a0prav\u00e9ho motoru prok\u00e1z\u00e1n, u\u00a0lev\u00e9ho motoru vy\u0161et\u0159ovatel\u00e9 pova\u017eovali omezen\u00ed u\u00a0FOHE za nejpravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vysv\u011btlen\u00ed. Situace byla o\u00a0to nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee se probl\u00e9m objevil p\u0159esn\u011b ve chv\u00edli, kdy letadlo pot\u0159ebovalo v\u00fdkon zv\u00fd\u0161it.<\/p>\n<p>Ranvej byla na dohled, ale Boeing k\u00a0n\u00ed nedolet\u011bl<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Boeing se p\u0159ibli\u017eoval k\u00a0ranveji a\u00a0pot\u0159eboval udr\u017eet sestupovou dr\u00e1hu. Autopilot se sna\u017eil zachovat spr\u00e1vnou trajektorii, jen\u017ee bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho tahu nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u011b udr\u017eet pot\u0159ebnou rychlost. Ta proto za\u010dala klesat. Ve v\u00fd\u0161ce p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 200\u00a0stop dos\u00e1hla asi 108\u00a0uzl\u016f. Letadlo u\u017e bylo velmi n\u00edzko a\u00a0situace se b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika sekund zm\u011bnila z\u00a0b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00a0boj o\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00fd metr.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 150\u00a0stop se autopilot odpojil a\u00a0\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159evzal prvn\u00ed d\u016fstojn\u00edk John Coward. Kapit\u00e1n Peter Burkill mezit\u00edm provedl d\u016fle\u017eitou zm\u011bnu konfigurace letadla: klapky nastavil z\u00a030\u00a0na 25\u00a0stup\u0148\u016f. T\u00edm sice nez\u00edskali zp\u011bt ztracen\u00fd tah, ale sn\u00ed\u017eili odpor letadla. Boeing tak mohl l\u00e9pe vyu\u017e\u00edt rychlost a\u00a0energii, kter\u00e1 mu je\u0161t\u011b zb\u00fdvala.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">V posledn\u00edch okam\u017eic\u00edch u\u017e nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 letadlo bezpe\u010dn\u011b dot\u00e1hnout a\u017e na za\u010d\u00e1tek ranveje. Boeing p\u0159elet\u011bl okol\u00ed leti\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0dosedl na tr\u00e1vu p\u0159ed dr\u00e1hou 27L. Podle z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy se letadlo dotklo zem\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 330\u00a0metr\u016f p\u0159ed zpevn\u011bnou plochou ranveje a\u00a0n\u00e1sledoval tvrd\u00fd n\u00e1raz. Podvozek byl v\u00e1\u017en\u011b po\u0161kozen a\u00a0letadlo pokra\u010dovalo po tr\u00e1v\u011b a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u011b po povrchu leti\u0161t\u011b. Stroj byl natolik po\u0161kozen, \u017ee byl pozd\u011bji odeps\u00e1n, k\u00a0trag\u00e9dii ale na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nedo\u0161lo. Samotn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edtomnost vody v\u00a0palivu nebyla mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1. AAIB dosp\u011bla k\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee mno\u017estv\u00ed vody bylo v\u00a0norm\u00e1ln\u00edm rozsahu. Probl\u00e9mem byla kombinace teploty, d\u00e9lky letu, pr\u016ftoku paliva a\u00a0konstrukce konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti palivov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Je\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bylo zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk FOHE spl\u0148oval tehdy platn\u00e9 certifika\u010dn\u00ed po\u017eadavky. Jen\u017ee tyto po\u017eadavky s\u00a0konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm mechanismem nahromad\u011bn\u00ed a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u00e9ho uvoln\u011bn\u00ed ledu nepo\u010d\u00edtaly. Jin\u00fdmi slovy: letadlo mohlo spl\u0148ovat p\u0159edpisy a\u00a0p\u0159esto se dostat do situace, kterou p\u0159edpisy dostate\u010dn\u011b nepokr\u00fdvaly. AAIB ozna\u010dila pr\u00e1v\u011b tuto mezeru v\u00a0tehdej\u0161\u00edch znalostech a\u00a0certifika\u010dn\u00edch po\u017eadavc\u00edch za jeden z\u00a0kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch faktor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u0161lo o\u00a0izolovan\u00fd probl\u00e9m<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">P\u0159\u00edpad British Airways Flight 38\u00a0m\u011bl n\u00e1sledky pro cel\u00fd leteck\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. V\u00a0roce 2008\u00a0se za\u010dalo ukazovat, \u017ee probl\u00e9m nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt omezen pouze na tento jedin\u00fd Boeing. Vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159ilo na dal\u0161\u00ed letadla vybaven\u00e1 motory Rolls-Royce Trent 800\u00a0a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u011b se objevily tak\u00e9 podobn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my p\u0159i jin\u00e9m letu Boeingu 777\u00a0spole\u010dnosti Delta Air Lines.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">V\u00fdrobce motor\u016f proto za\u010dal pracovat na \u00faprav\u011b palivov\u011b-olejov\u00e9ho v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edku. C\u00edlem bylo zabr\u00e1nit tomu, aby nahromad\u011bn\u00fd led dok\u00e1zal natolik omezit pr\u016ftok paliva, \u017ee motor nebude schopen reagovat na po\u017eadavek zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed tahu. Incident tak nakonec vedl k\u00a0\u00faprav\u00e1m syst\u00e9mu a\u00a0nov\u00e9mu pohledu na riziko zamrz\u00e1n\u00ed vody v\u00a0palivu b\u011bhem dlouh\u00fdch let\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhodly sekundy<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Na letu BA38\u00a0je fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm to, jak m\u00e1lo \u010dasu pos\u00e1dka dostala. Probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd se za\u010dal vytv\u00e1\u0159et n\u011bkde b\u011bhem dlouh\u00e9ho letu nad chladn\u00fdmi oblastmi Asie, se projevil a\u017e p\u0159i posledn\u00ed f\u00e1zi p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. Od prvn\u00edho v\u00fdrazn\u00e9ho poklesu v\u00fdkonu prav\u00e9ho motoru do podobn\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu u\u00a0lev\u00e9ho motoru uplynulo pouh\u00fdch sedm sekund. Boeing 777\u00a0se p\u0159itom nach\u00e1zel jen n\u011bkolik stovek metr\u016f nad zem\u00ed. Piloti u\u017e nem\u011bli mo\u017enost probl\u00e9m analyzovat ani se pokou\u0161et o\u00a0jeho odstran\u011bn\u00ed. Museli okam\u017eit\u011b pracovat s\u00a0t\u00edm, co jim z\u016fstalo: s\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161kou, rychlost\u00ed a\u00a0energi\u00ed letadla.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">V\u00fdsledkem byl n\u00e1raz p\u0159ed ranvej\u00ed, nikoli do hust\u011b zastav\u011bn\u00e9ho okol\u00ed Heathrow.
