V\u00a0okam\u017eiku se z\u00a0poruchy jednoho motoru stal probl\u00e9m cel\u00e9ho letadla.<\/p>\n<p>Pos\u00e1dka netu\u0161ila, jak velk\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed je<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Pos\u00e1dka p\u0159itom zpo\u010d\u00e1tku nemohla p\u0159esn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt, jak rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed utrp\u011bla. Letoun je konstruov\u00e1n tak, aby dok\u00e1zal pokra\u010dovat v\u00a0letu i\u00a0p\u0159i ztr\u00e1t\u011b motoru. Uvnit\u0159 motoru se nach\u00e1zelo olejov\u00e9 potrub\u00ed, jeho\u017e \u010d\u00e1st m\u011bla ten\u010d\u00ed st\u011bnu, ne\u017e p\u0159edepisovala konstruk\u010dn\u00ed specifikace. Tato odchylka v\u00fdrazn\u011b zkr\u00e1tila jeho \u017eivotnost, v\u00a0potrub\u00ed se postupn\u011b vytvo\u0159ila \u00fanavov\u00e1 trhlina a\u00a0olej za\u010dal unikat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Unikaj\u00edc\u00ed olej se dostal do prostoru uvnit\u0159 motoru, kde do\u0161lo k\u00a0po\u017e\u00e1ru. Vysok\u00e1 teplota n\u00e1sledn\u011b po\u0161kodila konstrukci mezitlak\u00e9 turb\u00edny. Turb\u00ednov\u00fd disk se odd\u011blil od sv\u00e9ho h\u0159\u00eddele a\u00a0za\u010dal se nekontrolovan\u011b rozt\u00e1\u010det. Jeho rychlost vzrostla natolik, \u017ee se disk nakonec roztrhl a\u00a0tehdy p\u0159i\u0161la druh\u00e1, mnohem ni\u010div\u011bj\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze cel\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">\u010c\u00e1sti roztr\u017een\u00e9ho turb\u00ednov\u00e9ho disku a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed fragmenty prorazily pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 motoru a\u00a0s obrovskou energi\u00ed zas\u00e1hly letoun. N\u011bkter\u00e9 pronikly do lev\u00e9ho k\u0159\u00eddla, jin\u00e9 po\u0161kodily konstrukci mezi k\u0159\u00eddlem a\u00a0trupem. N\u00e1sledkem nebyla pouze ztr\u00e1ta motoru, ale rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed n\u011bkolika nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f A380.\u00a0Byl to p\u0159esn\u011b ten typ poruchy, p\u0159ed kter\u00fdm je modern\u00ed dopravn\u00ed letadlo navr\u017eeno jako v\u00edcevrstv\u00fd bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Jen\u017ee tentokr\u00e1t jeden probl\u00e9m p\u0159ekro\u010dil hranici motoru a\u00a0zas\u00e1hl n\u011bkolik dal\u0161\u00edch vrstev najednou.<\/p>\n<p>Kokpit zaplavila varov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Pro pos\u00e1dku nastala situace, kter\u00e1 se jen obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b d\u00e1 p\u0159ipravit b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm v\u00fdcvikem. Piloti nebyli postaveni p\u0159ed jedinou jasn\u011b definovanou poruchu, ale p\u0159ed obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 se objevily t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sou\u010dasn\u011b. ATSB ve fin\u00e1ln\u00ed zpr\u00e1v\u011b popisuje rozsah syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch poruch jako \u201emultitude of system failures\u201c. Pos\u00e1dka musela nejprve zjistit, kter\u00e9 syst\u00e9my skute\u010dn\u011b selhaly, kter\u00e9 informace jsou pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 a\u00a0jak\u00fd dopad budou m\u00edt jednotliv\u00e9 z\u00e1vady na ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed letounu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">To je jeden z\u00a0nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f QF32.\u00a0Modern\u00ed dopravn\u00ed letadlo nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit pouze podle toho, co pilot vid\u00ed p\u0159ed sebou. Kokpit je z\u00e1visl\u00fd na obrovsk\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed senzor\u016f, po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f a\u00a0datov\u00fdch propojen\u00ed. Pokud je letoun zasa\u017een fyzick\u00fdmi fragmenty, probl\u00e9mem proto nen\u00ed pouze po\u0161kozen\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1stka. Probl\u00e9mem je tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee pos\u00e1dka m\u016f\u017ee postupn\u011b p\u0159ich\u00e1zet o\u00a0informace, podle kter\u00fdch norm\u00e1ln\u011b rozhoduje. Piloti QF32\u00a0tak museli na novou situaci reagovat p\u0159\u00edmo b\u011bhem letu. P\u0159itom st\u00e1le let\u011bli s\u00a0A380.<\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9m nebyl jen v\u00a0motoru<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Po prvotn\u00edm \u0161oku bylo nutn\u00e9 zjistit, zda je letoun skute\u010dn\u011b ovladateln\u00fd. Pos\u00e1dka provedla \u0159adu kontrol a\u00a0postupn\u011b zji\u0161\u0165ovala, jak A380\u00a0reaguje na jednotliv\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy do \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. FAA uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee letoun po ud\u00e1losti vstoupil do vy\u010dk\u00e1vac\u00edho prostoru a\u00a0pos\u00e1dka p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50\u00a0minut prov\u00e1d\u011bla p\u0159edepsan\u00e9 postupy a\u00a0krok za krokem ov\u011b\u0159ovala ovladatelnost letadla, ne\u017e se rozhodla pro p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed. To nebyla zbyte\u010dn\u00e1 prodleva. Za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1st paliva b\u011bhem letu odhodit, po po\u0161kozen\u00ed palivov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu ale situace nebyla norm\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">ATSB mezi bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi ot\u00e1zkami, kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpad QF32\u00a0odhalil, v\u00fdslovn\u011b uv\u00e1d\u00ed tak\u00e9 problematiku v\u00fdpo\u010dtu p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti A380\u00a0p\u0159i hmotnostech mimo b\u011b\u017en\u00fd rozsah. Letoun tedy nebyl jen po\u0161kozen\u00fd, byl tak\u00e9 mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0minim\u00e1ln\u00ed rezervou<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">P\u0159i n\u00e1vratu do Changi bylo nutn\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edtat s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee A380\u00a0nebude m\u00edt k\u00a0dispozici v\u0161echny syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 by za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch podm\u00ednek pom\u00e1haly p\u0159i p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00ed a\u00a0n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m zastaven\u00ed. Pos\u00e1dka musela pracovat s\u00a0mno\u017estv\u00edm omezen\u00ed a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 ur\u010dit, jakou rychlost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee letoun bezpe\u010dn\u011b p\u0159iv\u00e9st na dr\u00e1hu. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed komplikace znamenala potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed prodlou\u017een\u00ed p\u0159ist\u00e1vac\u00ed dr\u00e1hy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Tady se uk\u00e1zalo, pro\u010d bylo rozhodnut\u00ed pos\u00e1dky nejprve letoun d\u016fkladn\u011b prov\u011b\u0159it tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. P\u0159ist\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy by znamenalo riskovat s\u00a0letadlem, jeho\u017e skute\u010dn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b nebylo dostate\u010dn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9. \u010cekat p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouho zase znamenalo pokra\u010dovat s\u00a0t\u011b\u017ece po\u0161kozen\u00fdm strojem. Rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed tedy nebylo ot\u00e1zkou jedin\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edkazu, \u0161lo o\u00a0postupn\u00e9 skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, kontrolu jednotliv\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f a\u00a0vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed rizika. ATSB n\u00e1sledn\u011b ozna\u010dil QF32\u00a0za ud\u00e1lost, kter\u00e1 p\u0159inesla \u0159adu bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch poznatk\u016f nejen pro provozovatele A380, ale tak\u00e9 pro konstrukci a\u00a0certifikaci dopravn\u00edch letadel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Po s\u00e9rii kontrol a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edprav zam\u00ed\u0159il po\u0161kozen\u00fd A380\u00a0zp\u011bt k\u00a0Changi. Na palub\u011b nebyl nikdo usmrcen ani zran\u011bn. Dva lid\u00e9 na indon\u00e9sk\u00e9m Batamu utrp\u011bli lehk\u00e1 zran\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0souvislosti s\u00a0dopadem \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed motoru. Bilance proto z\u016fstala mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1: 469\u00a0lid\u00ed na palub\u011b p\u0159e\u017eilo. <\/p>\n<p>Po QF32\u00a0p\u0159i\u0161la konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">QF32\u00a0nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhem o\u00a0jedn\u00e9 vadn\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1stce, pr\u00e1v\u011b naopak. Vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo \u0159et\u011bzec, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e se n\u011bkolik probl\u00e9m\u016f navz\u00e1jem spojilo. V\u00fdrobn\u00ed odchylka vedla k\u00a0\u00fanavov\u00e9 trhlin\u011b. ta zp\u016fsobila \u00fanik oleje, olej vyvolal po\u017e\u00e1r, po\u017e\u00e1r po\u0161kodil turb\u00ednov\u00fd disk. Ten se odd\u011blil, p\u0159ekro\u010dil bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky, rozpadl se a\u00a0jeho fragmenty n\u00e1sledn\u011b po\u0161kodily letadlo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">Incident nez\u016fstal pouze u\u00a0vy\u0161et\u0159ovac\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy. Kontroly motor\u016f Trent 900\u00a0byly zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bny a\u00a0byla p\u0159ijata opat\u0159en\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e1 na problematick\u00e9 olejov\u00e9 potrub\u00ed. Regul\u00e1to\u0159i a\u00a0provozovatel\u00e9 dostali pokyny k\u00a0identifikaci motor\u016f s\u00a0potenci\u00e1ln\u011b nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00edmi sou\u010d\u00e1stkami. Rolls-Royce z\u00e1rove\u0148 upravil sv\u00e9 postupy \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed kvality a\u00a0pr\u00e1ce s\u00a0nevyhovuj\u00edc\u00edmi d\u00edly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_cz\">V\u00fdznamnou zm\u011bnou byla tak\u00e9 \u00faprava softwaru elektronick\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed motoru.
