Firma je sice v\u00a0\u010dern\u00fdch \u010d\u00edslech, neda\u0159\u00ed se j\u00ed ale plnit \u0159adu intern\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Hlavn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem jsou mar\u017ee, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru na 2,8\u00a0procentech. V\u00a0praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee koncern na ka\u017ed\u00e9m aut\u011b s\u00a0milionovou cenovkou vyd\u011bl\u00e1 jen 28\u00a0tis\u00edc korun.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u0160\u00e9f Volkswagenu Oliver Blume proto v\u00a0dopise akcion\u00e1\u0159\u016fm sl\u00edbil dal\u0161\u00ed velk\u00e9 \u00faspory. \u201eCelkem m\u00e1 b\u00fdt do roku 2030\u00a0v\u00a0cel\u00e9m koncernu Volkswagen v\u00a0N\u011bmecku zru\u0161eno p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50\u00a0tis\u00edc pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst,\u201c napsal Blume.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u0160krty se maj\u00ed t\u00fdkat are\u00e1l\u016f nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d cel\u00fdm N\u011bmeckem &#8211; vedle tov\u00e1ren Volkswagenu tedy i\u00a0z\u00e1vod\u016f Audi, Porsche \u010di softwarov\u00e9 divize Cariad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Volkswagen m\u011bl tak malou ziskovost naposledy v\u00a0roce 2016, kdy jeho prodeji zm\u00edtala af\u00e9ra Dieselgate a\u00a0koncern \u010delil ob\u0159\u00edm pokut\u00e1m za obch\u00e1zen\u00ed emisn\u00edch test\u016f. Blumeho c\u00edlem je, aby mar\u017ee v\u00a0leto\u0161n\u00edm roce vzrostly na 4\u00a0a\u017e 5,5\u00a0procenta. A\u00a0do konce dek\u00e1dy a\u017e na 8\u00a0procent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Lo\u0148skou ziskovost automobilky oslabilo n\u011bkolik faktor\u016f. T\u00edm hlavn\u00edm byly podle koncernu zm\u011bny ve strategii zna\u010dky Porsche. Ta se do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry odch\u00fdlila od elektromobility a\u00a0prakticky zav\u0159ela svou divizi na v\u00fdrobu bateri\u00ed. Jen tyto kroky st\u00e1ly v\u00a0p\u0159epo\u010dtu p\u0159es 100\u00a0miliard korun.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Na Volkswagen z\u00e1rove\u0148 dopadla americk\u00e1 cla a\u00a0sl\u00e1bnouc\u00ed prodeje v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/ekonomika-firmy-volkswagen-znovu-hleda-svaty-gral-nova-linka-v-boleslavi-tomu-pomuze-299900\" class=\"e_m h_mi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"2304\"   width=\"4096\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/hala-baterie-skoda-auto.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_U e_S\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Za poklesem mar\u017e\u00ed ale paradoxn\u011b stoj\u00ed i\u00a0rostouc\u00ed prodeje v\u00a0jednom segmentu, st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odbyt maj\u00ed koncernov\u00e1 elektroauta, na kter\u00fdch ale Volkswagen v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli vyd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e na vozech se spalovac\u00edmi motory. Ob\u0159\u00ed investice do elektromobility jsou toti\u017e \u010derstv\u00e9 a\u00a0vyplatit by se m\u011bly teprve z\u00a0dlouhodob\u00e9ho pohledu.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1hadn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo, d\u00edky kter\u00e9mu management dos\u00e1hne na pr\u00e9mie<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">I p\u0159es v\u00fdrazn\u00fd pokles zisk\u016f ale p\u0159edn\u00ed mana\u017ee\u0159i koncernu dostanou vysok\u00fd bonus. A\u00a0slu\u0161n\u00e9 dividendy mohou o\u010dek\u00e1vat tak\u00e9 akcion\u00e1\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Volkswagen m\u011bl toti\u017e loni ne\u010dekan\u011b vysok\u00e9 \u010dist\u00e9 cash-flow (rozd\u00edl mezi p\u0159\u00edjmy a\u00a0v\u00fddaji). Jeho hodnota m\u011bla podle p\u016fvodn\u00edch o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fstat t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na nule. Nakonec ale vyrostla v\u00a0p\u0159epo\u010dtu skoro na 156\u00a0miliard korun.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Od t\u00e9to hodnoty se odv\u00edj\u00ed nejen p\u0159\u00edstup bank p\u0159i financov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fav\u011br\u016f, ale i\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161e dividend a\u00a0pak i\u00a0ro\u010dn\u00ed odm\u011bny pro \u010dleny veden\u00ed. Prakticky v\u0161ichni d\u00edky tomu dos\u00e1hnou na odm\u011bny p\u0159es milion eur. Jejich celkov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem ale meziro\u010dn\u011b klesl, proto\u017ee p\u0159edstavenstvo si v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u00faspor postupn\u011b sni\u017euje pravidelnou mzdu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Z\u00e1stupci odbor\u016f volaj\u00ed po tom, aby se koncern o\u00a0p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun pen\u011bz pod\u011blil i\u00a0s \u0159adov\u00fdmi zam\u011bstnanci. \u201eRozhovory vypadaj\u00ed slibn\u011b,\u201c \u0159ekla k\u00a0tomu \u0161\u00e9fka podnikov\u00e9 rady Daniela Cavallov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Jej\u00ed t\u00fdm nicm\u00e9n\u011b brzy \u010dek\u00e1 mnohem n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 koncernov\u00fd \u0159editel Blume toti\u017e nov\u011b avizuje mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ru\u0161en\u00ed pozic, ne\u017e bylo p\u016fvodn\u011b domluveno. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci takzvan\u00e9 skupiny Core\u00a0\u2013 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na velkoobjemovou v\u00fdrobu\u00a0\u2013 tak v\u00edc slou\u010d\u00ed strukturu veden\u00ed zna\u010dek VW, \u0160koda a\u00a0Seat\/Cupra a\u00a0u\u017eitkov\u00e9 divize Volkswagenu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">N\u011bkter\u00fdm zna\u010dk\u00e1m, v\u010detn\u011b \u0160kody,\u00a0se mimo jin\u00e9 zmen\u0161\u00ed po\u010det mana\u017eer\u016f v\u00a0p\u0159edstavenstvu ze \u0161esti zhruba na \u010dty\u0159i. C\u00edlem je zjednodu\u0161it rozhodovac\u00ed procesy a\u00a0samoz\u0159ejm\u011b tak\u00e9 u\u0161et\u0159it. Zna\u010dky by mezi sebou m\u011bly mnohem v\u00edce spolupracovat a\u00a0vyhnout se nap\u0159\u00edklad tomu, aby nez\u00e1visle na sob\u011b nepracovaly na tom sam\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Samotn\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed zna\u010dky \u0160koda se v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli nem\u011bn\u00ed. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nov\u00e9 strategie je ostatn\u011b vlajkov\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 SUV Peaq, kter\u00fdm by mohla oslovit i\u00a0z\u00e1kazn\u00edky z\u00a0pr\u00e9miov\u011bj\u0161\u00edho segmentu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">N\u00e1znakem toho, jak chce koncern v\u00edce sladit procesy jednotliv\u00fdch zna\u010dek, je ale rozm\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdroby nov\u00fdch projekt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Dostupn\u00e9 SUV \u0160koda Epiq se bude i\u00a0s ohledem na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed efektivitu vyr\u00e1b\u011bt spole\u010dn\u011b s\u00a0trojic\u00ed p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch model\u016f od Cupry a\u00a0VW\u00a0\u2013 za produkci vozu budou odpov\u00eddat tov\u00e1rny ve \u0160pan\u011blsku.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">V\u00a0Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi mezit\u00edm vznikl nov\u00fd z\u00e1vod na v\u00fdrobu bateriov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f.
