Intenzivn\u00ed stimulace po probuzen\u00ed zat\u011b\u017euje mozek a m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it m\u00edru stresu. To n\u00e1s bu\u010f z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska dostane na emo\u010dn\u00ed hranu, kdy na\u0161e psychika v nejhor\u0161\u00edm vypov\u00ed funkci a pak n\u00e1s snadno rozh\u00e1z\u00ed i zd\u00e1nliv\u00e9 banality, nebo se staneme emo\u010dn\u011b otup\u011bl\u00fdmi.
