Pr\u00e1v\u011b detailn\u00ed z\u00e1b\u011bry z\u00a0tov\u00e1rn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed identifikovat, co\u00a0se na\u00a0konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm kusu m\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 a\u00a0pro\u010d je\u00a0to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Co je\u00a0na z\u00e1b\u011brech vid\u011bt: T-72A s\u00a0Reliktem a\u00a0zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00fdmi boky<\/p>\n<p>Podle Tarasenka zachycuje materi\u00e1l T-72A, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 na\u00a0v\u011b\u017ei instalovan\u00fd reaktivn\u00ed panc\u00ed\u0159 Relikt. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 jsou na\u00a0boc\u00edch (track-side fenders) nam\u00edsto standardn\u00edch p\u0159\u00eddavn\u00fdch palivov\u00fdch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed osazen\u00e9 ochrann\u00e9 moduly. To\u00a0je praktick\u00fd detail, kter\u00fd \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 hodn\u011b: kdy\u017e se\u00a0i \u201eprostor pro palivo\u201c m\u011bn\u00ed na\u00a0\u201eprostor pro ochranu\u201c, priorita je\u00a0jasn\u00e1 \u2013 zv\u00fd\u0161it \u0161anci na\u00a0p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed v\u00a0prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde hroz\u00ed z\u00e1sahy shora i\u00a0z\u00a0bok\u016f a\u00a0kde je\u00a0panc\u00e9\u0159ov\u00e1 ochrana \u010dasto to, co\u00a0rozhoduje o\u00a0osudu pos\u00e1dky.<\/p>\n<p>Tarasenko k\u00a0tomu p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 i\u00a0\u0161ir\u0161\u00ed interpretaci na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed: pokud UVZ dok\u00e1\u017ee pokra\u010dovat v\u00a0letech 2026 a\u00a02027 s\u00a0vyu\u017eit\u00edm \u201ezastaral\u00fdch\u201c T-72A, pak podle n\u011bj Omsk vy\u010derp\u00e1 z\u00e1soby sov\u011btsk\u00fdch T-80B (BV) u\u017e kolem roku 2026. A\u00a0klade ot\u00e1zku, kter\u00e1 vis\u00ed ve\u00a0vzduchu nad cel\u00fdm programem: dok\u00e1\u017ee Rusk\u00e1 federace zorganizovat masovou v\u00fdrobu nov\u00fdch tank\u016f?<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00edsla modernizac\u00ed: Pl\u00e1n na\u00a0828 kus\u016f T-72B3M do\u00a0roku 2036<\/p>\n<p>Do obrazu zapadaj\u00ed i\u00a0odhady a\u00a0pl\u00e1novac\u00ed data, kter\u00e1 cituj\u00ed analytici Frontelligence Insight. Ti\u00a0uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee k\u00a0podzimu 2025 Rusko pl\u00e1novalo v\u00a0horizontu 10\u00a0let opravit a\u00a0modernizovat v\u00edce ne\u017e 800 tank\u016f T-72 na\u00a0standard T-72B3M. Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b data ukazuj\u00ed pl\u00e1n na\u00a0828 vozidel\u00a0v konfiguraci\u00a0T-72B3M do\u00a0roku 2036, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e\u00a0vrchol aktivity\u00a0se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 kolem\u00a0roku 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tempo m\u00e1 p\u0159ij\u00edt mezi\u00a02027\u20132029, kdy je\u00a0projektov\u00e1no\u00a0498\u00a0tank\u016f opraven\u00fdch nebo modernizovan\u00fdch na\u00a0T-72B3M. Jin\u00fdmi slovy: nejde o\u00a0\u201ejednor\u00e1zovou vlnu\u201c, ale o\u00a0dlouhou k\u0159ivku, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed bod zhruba uprost\u0159ed.<\/p>\n<p>OSINT v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u00a0Jompy, kter\u00fd odhaduje zbyl\u00e9 z\u00e1soby techniky ze\u00a0satelitn\u00edch sn\u00edmk\u016f, k\u00a0tomu dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee uveden\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo se\u00a0t\u011bsn\u011b shoduje s\u00a0t\u00edm, kolik T-72 m\u00e1 podle jeho anal\u00fdz je\u0161t\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1vat ve\u00a0skladech. To\u00a0je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 shoda: pl\u00e1n \u201esed\u00ed\u201c na\u00a0realitu dostupn\u00fdch trup\u016f \u2013 a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee prostor pro navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed bez novov\u00fdroby m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt omezen\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d pr\u00e1v\u011b T-72A: Dv\u011b t\u0159etiny z\u00e1sob jsou star\u0161\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edky<\/p>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd detail je\u00a0ale struktura z\u00e1sob. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b\u00a0dv\u011b t\u0159etiny\u00a0z toho, co\u00a0m\u00e1 b\u00fdt k\u00a0dispozici, tvo\u0159\u00ed star\u0161\u00ed\u00a0T-72A, kter\u00e9 vstoupily do\u00a0slu\u017eby v\u00a0roce 1979\u00a0a vyr\u00e1b\u011bly se\u00a0do\u00a0roku 1985. N\u011bkter\u00e9 kusy u\u017e podle dostupn\u00fdch informac\u00ed p\u0159e\u0161ly do\u00a0UVZ.<\/p>\n<p>To vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d se\u00a0T-72A objevuje v\u00a0moderniza\u010dn\u00edm kontextu: kdy\u017e je\u00a0v\u011bt\u0161ina \u201ezbytkov\u00e9ho kapit\u00e1lu\u201c ve\u00a0skladech pr\u00e1v\u011b tohoto typu, pr\u016fmysl d\u0159\u00edv nebo pozd\u011bji naraz\u00ed na\u00a0realitu, \u017ee modernizovat bude muset i\u00a0to, co\u00a0je star\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na\u00a0p\u0159estavbu.<\/p>\n<p>Pln\u00e1 p\u0159estavba na\u00a0T-72B3M je\u00a0u T-72A slo\u017eit\u00e1<\/p>\n<p>A tady p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed technick\u00e1 brzda. Pln\u00e1 modernizace T-72A na\u00a0standard T-72B3M je\u00a0podle uveden\u00fdch informac\u00ed\u00a0technicky komplexn\u00ed: vy\u017eadovala by\u00a0v\u00fdm\u011bnu elektronick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, \u00fapravy podvozku a\u00a0automatick\u00e9ho nab\u00edje\u010de, a\u00a0tak\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy do\u00a0panc\u00e9\u0159ov\u00fdch bal\u00edk\u016f korby i\u00a0v\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>To je\u00a0z\u00e1sadn\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u201emodernizace\u201c nen\u00ed jedno slovo \u2013 je\u00a0to \u0161k\u00e1la. N\u011bkdy znamen\u00e1 nov\u00fd zam\u011b\u0159ova\u010d a\u00a0komunikaci, jindy z\u00e1sadn\u00ed rekonstrukci vnit\u0159nost\u00ed tanku. A\u00a0u\u00a0T-72A m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt rozd\u00edl mezi \u201eud\u011blat z\u00a0n\u011bj pou\u017eiteln\u00fd stroj\u201c a\u00a0\u201eud\u011blat z\u00a0n\u011bj plnohodnotn\u00fd B3M\u201c velmi drah\u00fd, pomal\u00fd a\u00a0v\u00fdrobn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Co u\u017e bylo vid\u011bt v\u00a0praxi: T-72A s\u00a0reaktivn\u00edm panc\u00ed\u0159em v\u00a0roce 2024<\/p>\n<p>Do toho zapad\u00e1 pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00a0roku\u00a02024: v\u00a0rusk\u00e9 slu\u017eb\u011b byly zaznamen\u00e1ny\u00a0obnoven\u00e9, ale ne\u00a0pln\u011b modernizovan\u00e9 T-72A, kter\u00e9 dostaly reaktivn\u00ed panc\u00ed\u0159 na\u00a0\u00farovni \u201eT-72B3 typu\u201c. To\u00a0p\u016fsob\u00ed jako pragmatick\u00fd kompromis: zvednout ochranu (a t\u00edm p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed) bez toho, aby se\u00a0\u0161lo do\u00a0nejhlub\u0161\u00edch, nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00edch a\u00a0nejpomalej\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1sah\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1b\u011bry s\u00a0Reliktem a\u00a0bo\u010dn\u00edmi ochrann\u00fdmi moduly tak mohou b\u00fdt dal\u0161\u00edm st\u0159\u00edpkem stejn\u00e9 logiky: kdy\u017e je\u00a0pot\u0159eba rychle dodat kusy a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 zv\u00fd\u0161it odolnost, \u201epanc\u00e9\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed nav\u00edc\u201c je\u00a0\u010dasto prvn\u00ed volba \u2013 i\u00a0kdy\u017e zbytek platformy z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 star\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Paraleln\u00ed program: 1\u00a0118 kus\u016f T-90M a\u00a0T-90M2 v\u00a0letech 2027\u20132029<\/p>\n<p>T-72 ale nen\u00ed jedin\u00e1 osa. Vedle toho m\u00e1 Rusko podle uveden\u00fdch informac\u00ed pl\u00e1novat mezi\u00a02027\u20132029\u00a0tak\u00e9 v\u00fdrobu, modernizace nebo gener\u00e1ln\u00ed opravy celkem\u00a01 118\u00a0tank\u016f\u00a0T-90M a\u00a0T-90M2.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dtu to\u00a0vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed obraz, kde se\u00a0rusk\u00e9 kapacity op\u00edraj\u00ed o\u00a0dv\u011b v\u011bci z\u00e1rove\u0148:<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t\u201eVyt\u011b\u017een\u00ed sklad\u016f\u201c\u00a0(T-72, v\u010detn\u011b star\u0161\u00edch T-72A) p\u0159es opravy a\u00a0modernizace,&#13;<br \/>\n\ta\u00a0b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed program T-90\u00a0ve velk\u00fdch objemech v\u00a0relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m obdob\u00ed.&#13;<\/p>\n<p>Co z\u00a0toho plyne: Sign\u00e1l o\u00a0limitech i\u00a0o\u00a0adaptaci<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159echod k\u00a0modernizaci T-72A lze \u010d\u00edst jako dvoj\u00ed sign\u00e1l. Na\u00a0jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b ukazuje, \u017ee \u201esnadn\u00e9\u201c z\u00e1soby nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch T-72B nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nekone\u010dn\u00e9. Na\u00a0stran\u011b druh\u00e9 je\u00a0to zn\u00e1mka adaptace: pokud je\u00a0ve skladech nejv\u00edc T-72A, pr\u016fmysl se\u00a0je bude sna\u017eit prom\u011bnit v\u00a0bojeschopn\u00e9 kusy, i\u00a0kdyby cesta vedla p\u0159es jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed (a rychlej\u0161\u00ed) bal\u00ed\u010dky \u00faprav, jako je\u00a0reaktivn\u00ed panc\u00ed\u0159 a\u00a0dodate\u010dn\u00e1 ochrana.<\/p>\n<p>A pr\u00e1v\u011b proto jsou podobn\u00e9 z\u00e1b\u011bry z\u00a0tov\u00e1ren tak cenn\u00e9: n\u011bkdy \u0159eknou v\u00edc ne\u017e prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed.
