Stani\u010dn\u00ed budova z\u00a0roku 1888\u00a0dostala v\u00a0r\u00e1mci rekonstrukce za 16,5\u00a0milionu korun k\u0159iklav\u011b oran\u017eov\u00fd n\u00e1t\u011br, co\u017e vyvolalo \u0159adu \u0161tiplav\u00fdch p\u0159ipom\u00ednek.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eTot\u00e1ln\u00ed hnus! Odporn\u00e9, nevkusn\u00e9 a\u00a0bez jak\u00e9koliv \u00facty k\u00a0historii,\u201c napsal na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edti jeden z\u00a0m\u00edstn\u00edch ob\u010dan\u016f, zat\u00edmco jin\u00fd rovnou p\u0159irovnal nov\u00fd vzhled k\u00a0nev\u011bstinci. \u201eNa Spr\u00e1v\u011b \u017eeleznic jsou kreativci\u00a0\u2013 bu\u010f zbourat, nebo zprznit!\u201c doplnil dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky sice nov\u00fd vzhled n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed naopak oce\u0148ovaly, nicm\u00e9n\u011b Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic (S\u017d) si kritiku vzala k\u00a0srdci a\u00a0jej\u00ed nov\u00fd \u0159editel Tom\u00e1\u0161 T\u00f3th se omluvil. \u201eBudova je oran\u017eov\u00e1 v\u00edc, ne\u017e si kdokoliv p\u0159\u00e1l a\u00a0p\u0159edstavoval. P\u0159ijde mi f\u00e9rov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edct ve\u0159ejnosti, tohle jsme zbabrali. Promi\u0148te, naprav\u00edme to v\u00a0nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edm mo\u017en\u00e9m term\u00ednu a\u00a0za relativn\u011b mal\u00fd pen\u00edz,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 T\u00f3th.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Rekonstrukce n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov jsou ov\u0161em v\u00a0\u010cesku ter\u010dem kritiky dlouhodob\u011b. \u201eNa opravy n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed jde skute\u010dn\u011b hodn\u011b pen\u011bz, v\u00a0\u0159\u00e1du miliard. Je to \u010dasto nesmysln\u00e9, proto\u017ee S\u017d pro n\u011b nem\u00e1 vyu\u017eit\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00edklad majitel dopravce RegioJet Radim Jan\u010dura.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Podle propo\u010dt\u016f Seznam Zpr\u00e1v a\u00a0sd\u011blen\u00ed S\u017d \u0161lo na \u00fadr\u017ebu, opravy a\u00a0rekonstrukce n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed za posledn\u00ed dek\u00e1du 18\u00a0a\u017e 19\u00a0miliard korun, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje zhruba 3\u00a0% z\u00a0celkov\u00fdch rozpo\u010dt\u016f Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic za uveden\u00e9 obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Tyto \u00fadaje se nicm\u00e9n\u011b t\u00fdkaj\u00ed pouze budov, nikoliv n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed coby dopravn\u00edch uzl\u016f, jejich\u017e rekonstrukce a\u00a0modernizace jsou \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e samotn\u00e9 budovy. N\u011bkter\u00e9 takov\u00e9 projekty S\u017d kv\u016fli nedostatku pen\u011bz dokonce pozastavila.<\/p>\n<p>Kolik stoj\u00ed rekonstrukce<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic (do roku 2020\u00a0se tato organizace naz\u00fdvala Spr\u00e1va \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b S\u017dDC) m\u00e1 na starosti t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1600\u00a0n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov, kter\u00e9 z\u00edskala v\u00a0roce 2016\u00a0za 3,3\u00a0miliardy korun od st\u00e1tn\u00edho dopravce \u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eDle prvotn\u00edch hrub\u00fdch odhad\u016f si stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce vy\u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed celkem v\u00edce ne\u017e 10\u00a0miliard korun,\u201c uvedla Spr\u00e1va ve v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1v\u011b za rok 2016.\u00a0Podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f o\u00a0v\u00fddaj\u00edch sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch do n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov se v\u0161ak p\u016fvodn\u011b avizovan\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka u\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zdvojn\u00e1sobila.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Za deset let investoval \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed spr\u00e1vce do budov na osobn\u00edch n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed podle propo\u010dt\u016f Seznam Zpr\u00e1v celkem 18,1\u00a0miliardy korun. To p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b odpov\u00edd\u00e1 i\u00a0vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed S\u017d. \u201eOd roku 2016, kdy n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy spravujeme, do roku 2025\u00a0\u0161lo do oprav, \u00fadr\u017eby a\u00a0rekonstrukc\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 19\u00a0miliard korun,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed mluv\u010d\u00ed S\u017d Nela Eberl Friebov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Takov\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka p\u0159edstavuje zhruba 3\u00a0% z\u00a0rozpo\u010dt\u016f Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic, kter\u00e9 v\u00a0sou\u010dtu za posledn\u00edch deset let dos\u00e1hly v\u00edce ne\u017e 550\u00a0miliard. Nov\u00fd \u0159editel S\u017d Tom\u00e1\u0161 T\u00f3th proto kritiku pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed odm\u00edt\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eVy jste tu \u010d\u00e1stku vy\u010d\u00edslil na 18\u00a0miliard za deset let, Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic ale letos bude hospoda\u0159it s\u00a0rozpo\u010dtem 72,2\u00a0miliardy korun. T\u00edm chci \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee investice sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm do trat\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o\u00a0koridorov\u00e9 trat\u011b, nebo o\u00a0trat\u011b region\u00e1ln\u00edho charakteru. Ne v\u0161echny pen\u00edze Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic jdou do n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov nebo do velk\u00fdch \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch uzl\u016f\u00a0\u2013 je to sp\u00ed\u0161e naopak,\u201c prohl\u00e1sil T\u00f3th.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/audio-podcast-agenda-konec-ery-kartelu-sef-spravy-zeleznic-chce-levnejsi-trate-a-nove-hrace-300705\" class=\"e_m h_mi\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"1697\"   width=\"3017\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1773312848_428_regiony-koleje-zeleznice-vlak-doprava.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_U e_S\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eCestuj\u00edc\u00ed do vlak\u016f nep\u0159itahuj\u00ed jen modern\u00ed soupravy. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 m\u00edsto, kde svou cestu za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed, tedy n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed. Dnes u\u017e to nen\u00ed jen prostor, kter\u00fdm lid\u00e9 projdou na vlak. Mohou si tam n\u011bco koupit, vyu\u017e\u00edt dal\u0161\u00ed slu\u017eby a\u00a0servis, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic nab\u00eddnout ve spolupr\u00e1ci se soukrom\u00fdmi firmami,\u201c dopl\u0148uje \u0161\u00e9f S\u017d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">P\u0159esn\u00fd po\u010det n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov opraven\u00fdch k\u00a0po\u010d\u00e1tku leto\u0161n\u00edho roku S\u017d nezve\u0159ejnila. Loni v\u00a0dubnu se ale pochlubila, \u017ee od roku 2016\u00a0zrekonstruovala 338\u00a0n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159itom spr\u00e1vce \u017eeleznic nest\u00edhal tempo, kter\u00e9 si s\u00e1m nastavil. Podle z\u00e1v\u011br\u016f Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho kontroln\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu (NK\u00da), kter\u00fd rekonstrukce a\u00a0modernizace n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov prov\u011b\u0159il v\u00a0roce 2020, vy\u010derpala tehdej\u0161\u00ed S\u017dDC na tyto \u00fa\u010dely pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b o\u00a036\u00a0% m\u00e9n\u011b pen\u011bz, ne\u017e pl\u00e1novala.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eD\u016fvodem bylo zejm\u00e9na nezaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed p\u0159ipravenosti ze strany p\u0159edchoz\u00edho vlastn\u00edka a\u00a0pr\u016ftahy ve stavebn\u00edch nebo zad\u00e1vac\u00edch \u0159\u00edzen\u00edch. Cena na 1\u00a0m2\u00a0zastav\u011bn\u00e9 plochy u\u00a0ukon\u010den\u00fdch oprav a\u00a0rekonstrukc\u00ed v\u00fdpravn\u00edch budov osobn\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed se pohybovala v\u00a0rozsahu od 3,6\u00a0tis\u00edce korun do 52,3\u00a0tis\u00edce (bez DPH),\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed zpr\u00e1va NK\u00da.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">V prvn\u00edch letech po p\u0159evzet\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov od \u010cesk\u00fdch drah se opravovaly hlavn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed budovy, mimo jin\u00e9 v\u00a0Kostomlatech nad Labem, Dob\u0159\u00ed\u0161i, Rakovn\u00edku, Ku\u0159imi, Sokolov\u011b \u010di Turnov\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Opravy velk\u00fdch \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch \u201ekatedr\u00e1l\u201c p\u0159i\u0161ly na \u0159adu pozd\u011bji. Velkou rekonstrukc\u00ed tak pro\u0161ly nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch, Plzni, Hradci Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9, Kol\u00edn\u011b, B\u0159eclavi \u010di historick\u00e1 Fantova budova na pra\u017esk\u00e9m hlavn\u00edm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eAktu\u00e1ln\u011b rekonstruujeme n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Ostrava-V\u00edtkovice, Pardubice a\u00a0Klatovy. V\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9 budovy pak nap\u0159\u00edklad prob\u00edh\u00e1 v\u00a0Mlad\u00e9 Boleslavi nebo v\u00a0Kladn\u011b. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b jsme v\u00e1z\u00e1ni schv\u00e1len\u00edm rozpo\u010dtu pro tento rok a\u00a0dostupn\u00fdmi finan\u010dn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky pro roky n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed mluv\u010d\u00ed S\u017d Eberl Friebov\u00e1 s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu jsou opravy n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0Chebu, T\u00e1bo\u0159e nebo Turnov\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>P\u011bt miliard z\u00a0n\u00e1jm\u016f<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Komer\u010dn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch prostor je dal\u0161\u00edm \u010dast\u00fdm ter\u010dem kritiky. Podle Radima Jan\u010dury by m\u011bla S\u017d n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed prodat. \u201eSpr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic \u010dasto nem\u00e1 pro n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 smyslupln\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed. Je tedy lep\u0161\u00ed nejprve nab\u00eddnout tyto objekty za tr\u017en\u00ed cenu developer\u016fm, proto\u017ee developer je obvykle dok\u00e1\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt opravdu do posledn\u00edho metru,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0161\u00e9f RegioJetu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u00dadaje z\u00a0v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00edch zpr\u00e1v S\u017d nicm\u00e9n\u011b ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00a0pron\u00e1jm\u016f prostor na n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edch plyne st\u00e1tn\u00ed organizaci nezanedbateln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem. V\u00a0letech 2014\u00a0a\u017e 2024\u00a0tak S\u017d utr\u017eila t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 5,2\u00a0miliardy korun, tedy v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dtvrtinu investic do rekonstrukc\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">V roce 2016\u00a0S\u017d za pron\u00e1jmy inkasovala kolem 360\u00a0milion\u016f korun, v\u00a0roce 2024\u00a0to bylo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 760\u00a0milion\u016f, tedy o\u00a0111\u00a0procent v\u00edce. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 maloobchodn\u00edch prostor za celou \u010ceskou republiku se p\u0159itom za stejnou dobu podle dostupn\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f zv\u00fd\u0161ilo z\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 400\u00a0korun na 600\u00a0korun za m2\u00a0m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, tedy zhruba o\u00a0polovinu.<\/p>\n<p>Modernizace uzl\u016f<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Vedle samotn\u00fdch n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edch budov modernizuje Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic i\u00a0cel\u00e9 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed uzly. Tyto projekty jsou \u0159\u00e1dov\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee krom\u011b stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed zahrnuj\u00ed i\u00a0nov\u00e9 infrastrukturn\u00ed, zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed a\u00a0dal\u0161\u00ed investice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Vloni za\u010daly pr\u00e1ce na \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edm uzlu \u010cesk\u00e1 T\u0159ebov\u00e1, nejrozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edm projektu sv\u00e9ho druhu v\u00a0d\u011bjin\u00e1ch S\u017d za p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20\u00a0miliard. Projekt s\u00a0c\u00edlem usnadnit pr\u016fjezd osobn\u00ed i\u00a0n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprav\u011b po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm tra\u0165ov\u00e9 rychlosti, rekonstrukc\u00ed n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 i\u00a0zkr\u00e1cen\u00edm j\u00edzdn\u00edch dob.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">V sou\u010dasnosti tak\u00e9 pokra\u010duje p\u011btimiliardov\u00e1 p\u0159estavba n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Praha-Sm\u00edchov, t\u0159et\u00edho nejvyt\u00ed\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b. Krom\u011b modernizace koleji\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0n\u00e1stupi\u0161\u0165 vznikne nad kolejemi ob\u0159\u00ed betonov\u00e1 deska, na n\u00ed\u017e bude autobusov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a\u00a0parkovi\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Kolem sedmi miliard korun pak st\u00e1la modernizace uzlu v\u00a0Pardubic\u00edch dokon\u010den\u00e1 v\u00a0roce 2024, po kter\u00e9 se\u00a0zv\u00fd\u0161ila tra\u0165ov\u00e1 rychlost pr\u016fjezdu na 160\u00a0km\/h, vzniklo nov\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b a\u00a0zjednodu\u0161il se pr\u016fjezd pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vlaky o\u00a0d\u00e9lce 740\u00a0metr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">\u201eTo jsou \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed uzly, kter\u00e9 obsluhuj\u00ed velkou \u010d\u00e1st s\u00edt\u011b a\u00a0maj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na jej\u00ed pr\u016fchodnost. Proto bych to nevid\u011bl tak dramaticky,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 ke kritice n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch projekt\u016f prezident Svazu podnikatel\u016f ve stavebnictv\u00ed Ji\u0159\u00ed Nouza. \u201eCh\u00e1pu, \u017ee to n\u011bkoho m\u016f\u017ee dr\u00e1\u017edit, ale j\u00e1 to tak vyhrocen\u011b nevn\u00edm\u00e1m. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u00faspory lze hledat v\u017edy a\u00a0v\u0161ude. Ostatn\u011b, pokud jsem spr\u00e1vn\u011b \u010detl posledn\u00ed informace, n\u011bkter\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee nyn\u00ed kon\u010d\u00ed zhruba o\u00a020\u00a0% levn\u011bji,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Po lo\u0148sk\u00e9m p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed se po\u010d\u00e1tkem roku znovu rozb\u011bhly p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce na kontroverzn\u00ed p\u0159estavb\u011b hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0Brn\u011b, kter\u00e1 by mohla vyj\u00edt a\u017e na 70\u00a0miliard. \u201eV sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b st\u00e1le p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me zah\u00e1jen\u00ed prac\u00ed na modernizaci brn\u011bnsk\u00e9ho uzlu v\u00a0roce 2028,\u201c <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/domaci-zivot-v-cesku-penize-se-nasly-zeleznicari-pocitaji-se-stavbou-projektu-za-desitky-miliard-297537\" class=\"e_m\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u0159ekl v\u00a0lednu Seznam Zpr\u00e1v\u00e1m<\/a> Du\u0161an Gavenda ze Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u010cerstv\u011b opraven\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0Pacov\u011b na Pelh\u0159imovsku vzbudilo ned\u00e1vno velk\u00e9 emoce.
