Residential podfond. Tam pat\u0159\u00ed projekt Polsk\u00e1 7 na Vinohradech realizovan\u00fd s developerem Satpo, kde se cenovka pohybuje kolem \u010dtvrt milionu za metr \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00ed a prod\u00e1no m\u00e1 b\u00fdt kolem 65 procent byt\u016f, d\u00e1le pak projekt Yards \u017di\u017ekov. Na m\u00edst\u011b b\u00fdval\u00e9ho n\u00e1kladov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed vyroste ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Cresco Real Estate celkem 1 100 byt\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e stavba prvn\u00ed etapy vypukne v l\u00e9t\u011b 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00fd reziden\u010dn\u00ed podfond, kter\u00fd c\u00edl\u00ed na ro\u010dn\u00ed \u010dist\u00fd v\u00fdnos 12 a\u017e 15 procent, loni podle z\u00e1stupc\u016f skupiny vynesl investor\u016fm dvoucifern\u00fd zisk.
