Chystan\u00e9 zp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bn\u00ed podm\u00ednek v\u017edy vyvol\u00e1 vlnu p\u0159edz\u00e1soben\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b do dal\u0161\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f by se ji\u017e mohla negativn\u011b prom\u00edtnout aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed geopolitick\u00e1 situace, kter\u00e1 jen za posledn\u00ed dva t\u00fddny poslala nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u0159\u00edlet\u00e9 \u00farokov\u00e9 swapy o\u00a060\u00a0bazick\u00fdch bod\u016f v\u00fd\u0161e,\u201c upozornil produktov\u00fd mana\u017eer p\u016fj\u010dek na bydlen\u00ed Komer\u010dn\u00ed banky Ond\u0159ej \u0160uchman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u00farokov\u00e1 sazba u\u00a0nov\u00fdch hypot\u00e9k byla v\u00a0\u00fanoru o\u00a00,26\u00a0procentn\u00edho bodu n\u00ed\u017ee ne\u017e sazba 4,72\u00a0procenta p\u0159ed rokem, co\u017e sni\u017euje m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed spl\u00e1tky hypot\u00e9ky p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o\u00a00,7\u00a0procenta \u010dist\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu \u017eadatele, tedy o\u00a0700\u00a0korun. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota hypote\u010dn\u00ed sazby v\u00a0roce 2025\u00a0dos\u00e1hla 4,58\u00a0procenta v\u00a0porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se sazbou 5,07\u00a0procenta v\u00a0roce 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bK\">Kombinace poklesu \u00farokov\u00e9 sazby a\u00a0vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161e hypot\u00e9ky v\u00a0\u00fanoru 2026\u00a0ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdmi hodnotami z\u00a0roku 2025\u00a0zv\u00fd\u0161ila pr\u016fm\u011brnou m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed spl\u00e1tku hypot\u00e9ky o\u00a02000\u00a0korun. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hodnota skute\u010dn\u011b nov\u011b poskytnut\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky v\u00a0\u00fanoru stoupla na 4,63\u00a0milionu korun, tedy t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o\u00a0t\u0159i procenta mezim\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b.
