Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed v souvislosti s konfliktem na Bl\u00edzk\u00e9m v\u00fdchod\u011b kv\u016fli \u00edr\u00e1nsk\u00e9 blok\u00e1d\u011b Hormuzsk\u00e9ho pr\u016flivu se nad\u00e1le stup\u0148uje a nafta za 45 K\u010d a benz\u00edn kolem 40 K\u010d jsou ceny, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u011b sv\u00edt\u00ed na pouta\u010d\u00edch benzinek u d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edch tah\u016f \u010di ve velk\u00fdch m\u011bstech.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158idi\u010di v posledn\u00edch dnech op\u011bt s nap\u011bt\u00edm sleduj\u00ed cenovky na stojanech \u010derpac\u00edch stanic, a zat\u00edmco u d\u00e1lnic je po r\u016fstu cen u stojan\u016f pusto, u benzinek s n\u00edzkou mar\u017e\u00ed se tvo\u0159\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 kolony. A to nejen aut s \u010desk\u00fdmi pozn\u00e1va\u010dkami. Zejm\u00e9na v n\u011bmeck\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edhrani\u010d\u00ed nyn\u00ed lid\u00e9 \u010dekaj\u00ed na natankov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e obvykle, proto\u017ee v zem\u00edch na z\u00e1pad od n\u00e1s aktu\u00e1ln\u011b zdra\u017eila paliva mnohem citeln\u011bji.<\/p>\n<p>Podle pond\u011bln\u00edch dat, kter\u00e1 na sv\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden zve\u0159ej\u0148uje Evropsk\u00e1 komise ve sv\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/energy.ec.europa.eu\/data-and-analysis\/weekly-oil-bulletin_en\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ropn\u00e9m bulletinu<\/a>, \u010cesko aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed do prvn\u00ed \u0161estice zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed benz\u00edn v EU, a v cen\u00e1ch nafty zauj\u00edm\u00e1me v unijn\u00ed sedmadvac\u00edtce osm\u00e9 m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260313_175008.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tFoto: Ceny na \u010derpac\u00edch stan\u00edch v Praze v p\u00e1tek ve\u010der<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tNa po\u010d\u00e1tku t\u00fddne u n\u00e1s litr benz\u00ednu st\u00e1l pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 36,35 K\u010d a u nafty se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena vy\u0161plhala na 39,15 K\u010d za litr. \u010ce\u0161t\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di tak u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed na ka\u017ed\u00e9m litru paliva kolem 5 korun oproti evropsk\u00e9mu pr\u016fm\u011bru. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena nafty v r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9 EU toti\u017e na po\u010d\u00e1tku t\u00fddne byla 45,45 K\u010d za litr a benz\u00ednu 43,31 K\u010d. Zem\u00ed, kde by se dalo natankovat oproti \u010cesku v\u00fdrazn\u011b levn\u011bji, je v EU jen poskrovnu. Na Slovensku stoj\u00ed benz\u00edn t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stejn\u011b a u\u0161et\u0159it se d\u00e1 jen v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tankov\u00e1n\u00ed nafty, kter\u00e1 tam pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b na po\u010d\u00e1tku t\u00fddne st\u00e1la 36,21 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Natankovat v okoln\u00edch st\u00e1tech ji\u017e ned\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<p>    Anketa<\/p>\n<p>Co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te na chov\u00e1n\u00ed Petra Macinky?<\/p>\n<p>hlasovalo: 11042 lid\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Oproti r\u016fstu cen paliv v dob\u011b po napaden\u00ed Ukrajiny a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch sankc\u00edch uvalen\u00fdch na rusk\u00e9 ropn\u00e9 produkty se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b situace oto\u010dila a \u010cech\u016fm se ji\u017e nevyplat\u00ed jezdit ani do Polska. Zejm\u00e9na u nafty by naopak byla takov\u00e1 v\u00fdprava s kanystrem kontraproduktivn\u00ed. Polsk\u00e1 nafta moment\u00e1ln\u011b vych\u00e1z\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru na 42,26 K\u010d za litr, co\u017e je o cel\u00e9 t\u0159i koruny v\u00edce ne\u017e u \u010desk\u00fdch \u010derpac\u00edch stanic. Benz\u00edn u severn\u00edch soused\u016f vyjde na 36,62 K\u010d, co\u017e je tak\u00e9 o n\u011bco vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cena, ne\u017e je pr\u016fm\u011br u n\u00e1s (36,35 K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdrazn\u011b dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed jsou paliva rovn\u011b\u017e v Rakousku. Litr benz\u00ednu tam stoj\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b 41,70 K\u010d a nafta 46,34 K\u010d. St\u00e1le ale nejde o nejhor\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto, kde m\u016f\u017ee motorista skon\u010dit s pr\u00e1zdnou n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed p\u0159i cest\u011b k n\u00e1m \u2013 \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku cen pohonn\u00fdch hmot kraluje N\u011bmecko.<\/p>\n<p>Ceny v N\u011bmecku p\u0159itom nejsou na vrcholu jen ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed sousedn\u00edch zem\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku cen v cel\u00e9 Unii. Pr\u00e1v\u011b N\u011bmci tankuj\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u011b po Nizozemc\u00edch nejdr\u00e1\u017ee v Evrop\u011b a cenovky tam ji\u017e p\u0159ekro\u010dily hranici 50 korun za litr benz\u00ednu i nafty. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena benz\u00ednu v N\u011bmecku \u010din\u00ed 50,66 K\u010d za litr a nafty 52,81 K\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl na jedn\u00e9 pln\u00e9 n\u00e1dr\u017ei tak d\u011bl\u00e1 stovky korun a nen\u00ed se \u010demu divit, \u017ee u levn\u00fdch \u010derpac\u00edch stanic u n\u00e1s stoj\u00ed fronty n\u011bmeck\u00fdch aut s kufry nap\u011bchovan\u00fdmi kanystry. Za sou\u010dasn\u00e9 situace se N\u011bmc\u016fm vyplat\u00ed ujet i des\u00edtky kilometr\u016f k n\u00e1m a m\u00edt 50litrovou n\u00e1dr\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b obou paliv plnou za t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o 700 korun m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Jak se zvednou ceny po zaveden\u00ed emisn\u00edch povolenek? N\u011bmci to ji\u017e v\u011bd\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d jsou tamn\u00ed ceny o tolik vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed? R\u016fst cen v sousedn\u00ed zemi mohlo krom\u011b nap\u011bt\u00ed podpo\u0159it zejm\u00e9na vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed paliv, kter\u00e9 je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o polovinu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u n\u00e1s. Do cen benz\u00ednu a nafty p\u0159itom v N\u011bmecku nevstupuje pouze spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 a DPH, ale t\u00e9\u017e tamn\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 da\u0148, v jej\u00edm\u017e d\u016fsledku n\u011bme\u010dt\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di plat\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brnou p\u0159ir\u00e1\u017eku dal\u0161\u00edch cca 17,1 centu (4,18 K\u010d) za benz\u00edn a cca 18,9 centu (4,61 K\u010d) za naftu.<\/p>\n<p>Podle n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu pro obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s emisemi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dehst.de\/DE\/Themen\/nEHS\/nEHS-verstehen\/nehs-verstehen_node.html#doc284546bodyText2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">jde o pilotn\u00ed verzi<\/a> toho, co m\u00e1 \u010dekat i zbytek Evropy po zaveden\u00ed unijn\u00edch emisn\u00edch povolenek ETS 2. \u00da\u0159ad si p\u0159itom pochvaluje, \u017ee r\u016fst cen \u201ed\u00e1le pos\u00edl\u00ed ekonomickou \u017eivotaschopnost emisn\u011b neutr\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed ve stavebnictv\u00ed a doprav\u011b\u201c. \u201eV\u00fdnosy z obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s emisemi se vracej\u00ed zp\u011bt ke spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dotac\u00ed na energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 renovace budov nebo elektromobilitu,\u201c p\u00ed\u0161e \u00fa\u0159ad k leto\u0161n\u00edmu stanoven\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 dan\u011b na p\u00e1smo 55\u201365 eur za tunu CO2 co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee povolenky letos mohou zdra\u017eit o 10 eur oproti lo\u0148sk\u00e9 cen\u011b. V z\u00e1v\u011bru roku (tzv. Nachkaufphase) m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i nedostatku certifik\u00e1t\u016f cena povolenek vy\u0161plhat a\u017e na 70 eur.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-orig-style=\"width: 4032px; height: 2268px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260313_175628.jpg\" style=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tFoto: Ceny na \u010derpac\u00edch stan\u00edch v Praze v p\u00e1tek ve\u010der<\/p>\n<p>Rozd\u00edl v n\u011bmeck\u00fdch cen\u00e1ch je tvo\u0159en t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b n\u011bmeckou spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u00ed, CO2 p\u0159ir\u00e1\u017ekou a n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm efektem DPH. \u010ce\u0161t\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di jedouc\u00ed p\u0159es N\u011bmecko tak ji\u017e nyn\u00ed mohou na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei za\u017e\u00edt, co je \u010dek\u00e1 i v dal\u0161\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch po zaveden\u00ed syst\u00e9mu plo\u0161n\u00e9ho obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s emisn\u00edmi povolenkami ETS 2. Ten toti\u017e funguje na podobn\u00e9m principu jako v N\u011bmecku, kter\u00e9 zavedlo tento syst\u00e9m zdan\u011bn\u00ed uhl\u00edku u paliv a vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed o n\u011bkolik let d\u0159\u00edve. A\u017e ETS 2 vstoup\u00ed v platnost, n\u011bmeck\u00fd syst\u00e9m se do n\u011bj v\u010dlen\u00ed a tamn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad pro obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s emisemi o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee dopady na spot\u0159ebitele budou toto\u017en\u00e9 jako nyn\u00ed. Rozd\u00edl bude v tom, \u017ee se to u\u017e nebude t\u00fdkat jen t\u011bch n\u011bmeck\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>Zdaleka nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00ed tankov\u00e1n\u00ed v Evrop\u011b za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed po N\u011bmc\u00edch u\u017e jen Nizozemci. Litr nafty tam v pr\u016fm\u011bru stoj\u00ed 55,06 K\u010d a benz\u00edn 53,02 K\u010d. Do klubu zem\u00ed s nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00edmi palivy se \u0159ad\u00ed tak\u00e9 D\u00e1nsko (nafta za 51,64 K\u010d) a Finsko (49,85 K\u010d). V\u00fdrazn\u011b se tam projevuje jednak vysok\u00e1 spot\u0159ebn\u00ed da\u0148 a tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 ekologick\u00e1 politika t\u011bchto st\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e1 tla\u010d\u00ed ceny klasick\u00fdch paliv c\u00edlen\u011b vzh\u016fru.<\/p>\n<p>V nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00edm Nizozemsku jde o z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00fd politick\u00fd c\u00edl. Tamn\u00ed vl\u00e1da chce ob\u010dany aktivn\u011b odradit od pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00edch aut se spalovac\u00edmi motory a siln\u00e9 zdan\u011bn\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv tak slou\u017e\u00ed jako donucovac\u00ed prost\u0159edek, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 obyvatele p\u0159esunout do elektromobil\u016f (je\u017e maj\u00ed u firemn\u00edch flotil masivn\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9 \u00falevy) \u010di do hromadn\u00e9 dopravy. \u201eSpecialitou\u201c Nizozemska je nap\u0159\u00edklad z\u00e1konn\u00e1 povinnost p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1vat do paliv v\u00fdrazn\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adggroep.nl\/nieuws\/benzineprijs-2026-2027\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed<\/a> bioslo\u017eky \u010di udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed vysok\u00fdch cen fosiln\u00edch paliv <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unitedconsumers.com\/tanken\/brandstofprijzen\/opbouw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pomoc\u00ed<\/a> spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dan\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260313_175242.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tFoto: Ceny na \u010derpac\u00edch stan\u00edch v Praze v p\u00e1tek ve\u010der<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tV Evrop\u011b je v\u00fdrazn\u011b levn\u011bji jen ve dvou st\u00e1tech<\/p>\n<p>Pokud naopak hled\u00e1te v EU st\u00e1ty s nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi pohonn\u00fdmi hmotami, mus\u00edte zam\u00ed\u0159it na Balk\u00e1n nebo do St\u0159edomo\u0159\u00ed. Zcela nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed benz\u00edn z cel\u00e9 sedmadvac\u00edtky natankujete v Bulharsku, kde litr stoj\u00ed 30,91 K\u010d (nafta 31,89 K\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>Absolutn\u011b nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed naftu pak eviduje Malta. Vl\u00e1da tohoto ostrovn\u00edho st\u00e1tu ceny dlouhodob\u011b reguluje a dr\u017e\u00ed je na 29,54 K\u010d za litr. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed cenov\u011b p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 st\u00e1ty pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 Kypr (nafta za 35,69 K\u010d) nebo Slovinsko (nafta za 35,70 K\u010d, benz\u00edn za 35,03 K\u010d). U zbytku zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou v \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku cen p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi, jsou ceny oproti t\u011bm na\u0161im ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed jen v jednotk\u00e1ch korun za litr.<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n\tCeny v\u0161ak rostly i v pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u00fddne a pr\u016fm\u011brnou cenu benz\u00ednu a nafty nelze \u010dekat v Praze, u d\u00e1lnic \u010di v nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch m\u011bstech. B\u011bhem p\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho ve\u010dera redakce Parlamentn\u00edchList\u016f.cz zaznamenala v hlavn\u00edm m\u011bst\u011b ceny benz\u00ednu kolem 39 korun a nafty mezi 43 a 44 korunami. V\u00fdjimkou byly pouze vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 \u010derpac\u00ed stanice s n\u00edzkou mar\u017e\u00ed, kde byl benz\u00edn k dost\u00e1n\u00ed i za 35,90 K\u010d za litr a nafta za 39,90 K\u010d. Hlavn\u00ed ekonom Patria Finance Dominik Rusinko popisuje, \u017ee se situace m\u016f\u017ee nad\u00e1le vyhrotit. \u201ePokud ale k ukon\u010den\u00ed konfliktu v nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch t\u00fddnech nedojde, hroz\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed r\u016fst cen ropy. Producenti na Bl\u00edzk\u00e9m v\u00fdchod\u011b toti\u017e kv\u016fli zablokovan\u00e9mu Hormuzsk\u00e9mu pr\u016flivu v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezuj\u00ed t\u011b\u017ebu a mimo trh tak aktu\u00e1ln\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u011b 6 milion\u016f barel\u016f denn\u011b (asi 6 % glob\u00e1ln\u00ed nab\u00eddky).
