V\u00fdsledkem by mohl b\u00fdt i prodej n\u011bkter\u00fdch evropsk\u00fdch zna\u010dek t\u0159eba \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9mu Xiaomi.<\/p>\n<p>V Nizozemsku s\u00eddl\u00edc\u00ed koncern Stellantis u\u017e v roce 2023 koupil 20% pod\u00edl v \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m startupu Leapmotor. P\u0159es spole\u010dn\u00fd podnik Leapmotor International \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 vozy importuje do Evropy a tak\u00e9 to vypad\u00e1, \u017ee by se \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 technika mohla dostat i do jin\u00fdch zna\u010dek Stellantisu. Ani to ale zjevn\u011b nesta\u010d\u00ed, proto\u017ee podle agentury Bloomberg Stellantis jedn\u00e1 o spolupr\u00e1ci s dal\u0161\u00edmi \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi automobilkami.<\/p>\n<p>Veden\u00ed Stellantisu podle agentury Bloomberg v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b jednalo s \u0161\u00e9fy Xiaomi a Xpengu. Na stole je spolupr\u00e1ce na evropsk\u00fdch zna\u010dk\u00e1ch koncernu, Stellantis pr\u00fd konkr\u00e9tn\u011b hled\u00e1 investora pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 ze sv\u00fdch zna\u010dek.<\/p>\n<p>Jako nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed adept na podobnou spolupr\u00e1ci se zmi\u0148uje jm\u00e9no Maserati. Zejm\u00e9na tomu by se n\u011bjak\u00e1 forma pomoci jist\u011b hodila, proto\u017ee loni u\u017e se jeho prodeje dostaly i pod \u00farove\u0148 mnohem exkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho Ferrari. Zat\u00edmco Stellantis hled\u00e1 kapit\u00e1l, Xpeng a Xiaomi maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem o p\u0159\u00edstup k existuj\u00edc\u00edm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm z\u00e1vod\u016fm v Evrop\u011b. Je to pro n\u011b kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd strategick\u00fd krok k expanzi na zdej\u0161\u00edm trhu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 elegantn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak se do budoucna vyhnout dovozn\u00edm cl\u016fm. Xpeng u\u017e dnes nech\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 vozy montovat v tov\u00e1rn\u011b Magna Steyr v Rakousku, Xiaomi svou expanzi do Evropy pl\u00e1nuje na p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by ale podobn\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ce s \u010c\u00ed\u0148any podle Bloombergu mohla v\u00e9st k je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu rozkolu mezi americkou a evropskou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed Stellantisu, kter\u00e9 u\u017e dnes p\u016fsob\u00ed, jako by ka\u017ed\u00e1 byla z jin\u00e9 planety. Od Stellantisu obdr\u017eela pouze generick\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed: \u201eV r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed \u010dinnosti vede Stellantis jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u0159adou akt\u00e9r\u016f v oboru po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b o r\u016fzn\u00fdch t\u00e9matech, a to v\u017edy s kone\u010dn\u00fdm c\u00edlem nab\u00eddnout z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fm ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti v oblasti mobility.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Stellantis u\u017e vedle Leapmotoru m\u00e1 bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci tak\u00e9 s automobilkou Dongfeng. S tou m\u00e1 spole\u010dn\u00fd podnik v \u010c\u00edn\u011b a ob\u011b automobilky navz\u00e1jem vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 technologie. Stellantis ale tak\u00e9 na n\u011bkter\u00fdch trz\u00edch prod\u00e1v\u00e1 vozy zalo\u017een\u00e9 na modelech \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 automobilky Changan.<\/p>\n<p>Xpeng m\u00e1 rozjetou spolupr\u00e1ci s koncernem Volkswagen, kter\u00fd v n\u011bm dr\u017e\u00ed 5% pod\u00edl. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tento m\u011bs\u00edc se pro \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd trh za\u010dalo vyr\u00e1b\u011bt prvn\u00ed auto Volkswagenu postaven\u00e9 na technick\u00e9m z\u00e1klad\u011b Xpengu. Xiaomi zat\u00edm spolupr\u00e1ci se \u017e\u00e1dnou zahrani\u010dn\u00ed automobilkou nenav\u00e1zalo, ostatn\u011b prvn\u00ed model uvedlo na trh teprve v roce 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Minul\u00fd rok Stellantis vyk\u00e1zal \u010distou ztr\u00e1tu ve v\u00fd\u0161i 22,3 miliardy eur (zhruba 540 miliard korun). Za t\u00edm stoj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm masivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed odpisy spojen\u00e9 s nucen\u00fdm p\u0159ehodnocen\u00edm dosavadn\u00ed ambici\u00f3zn\u00ed strategie v oblasti elektromobility.
