Komise u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve uvedla, \u017ee pl\u00e1nuje navrhnout reformu syst\u00e9mu ve t\u0159et\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed leto\u0161n\u00edho roku, konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed term\u00edn ale nezm\u00ednila.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00fd syst\u00e9m ned\u00e1vno Babi\u0161 ozna\u010dil za \u201eabsolutn\u00ed katastrofu\u201c, na kter\u00e9 \u010cesko podle n\u011bj dosud tratilo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 160 miliard korun. \u010ceskou pozici \u017e\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed zm\u011bnu syst\u00e9mu emisn\u00edch povolenek ETS 1 podporuj\u00ed It\u00e1lie, N\u011bmecko, Rakousko, Slovensko, Polsko \u010di Ma\u010farsko.<\/p>\n<p>Cena emisn\u00edch povolenek v syst\u00e9mu EU ETS 1 se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pohybuje kolem 70 eur za tunu emis\u00ed oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho. V minul\u00fdch t\u00fddnech se cena pohybovala zhruba od 69 do 75 eur za tunu. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se cena v letech 2021 a 2022 pohybovala v p\u00e1smu 80 a\u017e 100 eur za tunu, v letech 2024 a 2025 byla v p\u00e1smu 60 a\u017e 90 eur za tunu.<\/p>\n<p>Vl\u00e1da tak\u00e9 dlouhodob\u011b kritizuje roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed syst\u00e9mu obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s emisn\u00edmi povolenkami na silni\u010dn\u00ed dopravu a vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed (EU ETS 2).
