Stellantis vsad\u00ed na n\u00e1hradu z It\u00e1lie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Zat\u00edmco n\u011bkter\u00e9 automobilky v posledn\u00edch letech od trendu downsizingu \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b ustoupily, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/stellantis-hlasi-rekordni-ztratu-22-3-miliardy-eur-a-vraci-se-ke-spalovacim-motorum-1431091\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Stellantis<\/a> v Evrop\u011b nad\u00e1le ve velk\u00e9m s\u00e1z\u00ed na mal\u00fd t\u0159\u00edv\u00e1lcov\u00fd motor 1,2 litru, kter\u00fd si mezi \u0159idi\u010di nevyslou\u017eil zrovna dobrou pov\u011bst. Do budoucna ho ale m\u00e1 nahradit nov\u00e1 pohonn\u00e1 jednotka. Agreg\u00e1t d\u0159\u00edve zn\u00e1m\u00fd pod ozna\u010den\u00edm PureTech se neocitl pod kritikou kv\u016fli projevu nebo kultivovanosti, ale hlavn\u011b kv\u016fli v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm konstruk\u010dn\u00edm slabin\u00e1m. Nej\u010dast\u011bji zmi\u0148ovan\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem je rozvodov\u00fd \u0159emen b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed v olejov\u00e9 l\u00e1zni, kter\u00fd se m\u016f\u017ee kv\u016fli degradaci oleje a p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00edm nesp\u00e1len\u00e9ho paliva za\u010d\u00edt p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u011b rozpadat.<\/p>\n<p>Drobn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti gumy pak mohou ucpat sac\u00ed ko\u0161 olejov\u00e9ho \u010derpadla, co\u017e vede k prudk\u00e9mu poklesu mazac\u00edho tlaku, po\u0161kozen\u00ed turbodmychadla a v krajn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b i k zad\u0159en\u00ed cel\u00e9ho motoru. Kv\u016fli tomu je nutn\u00e9 m\u011bnit olej nejpozd\u011bji po 10 tis\u00edc\u00edch kilometrech, pou\u017e\u00edvat jen p\u0159edepsan\u00e1 maziva a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b kontrolovat stav i \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku \u0159emenu p\u0159es nal\u00e9vac\u00ed otvor.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto motory se nav\u00edc pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed i s nadm\u011brn\u00fdm vznikem karbonov\u00fdch usazenin a s rizikem detona\u010dn\u00edho spalov\u00e1n\u00ed ozna\u010dovan\u00e9ho jako LSPI. Usazeniny se tvo\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u011b na sac\u00edch ventilech a p\u00edstn\u00edch krou\u017ec\u00edch, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee \u010dasem v\u00e9st ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 spot\u0159eb\u011b oleje a poklesu komprese. Pokud motor pracuje v n\u00edzk\u00fdch ot\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1ch a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pod vysokou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k nekontrolovan\u00e9mu p\u0159edz\u00e1palu sm\u011bsi, kter\u00fd je schopen po\u0161kodit p\u00edsty.<\/p>\n<p>Kauza motor\u016f PureTech vy\u00fastila ve Francii v jednu z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch hromadn\u00fdch \u017ealob v evropsk\u00e9m autopr\u016fmyslu, ke kter\u00e9 se pod hlavi\u010dkou platformy MyLeo p\u0159ipojily des\u00edtky tis\u00edc po\u0161kozen\u00fdch majitel\u016f. \u017dalobci obvi\u0148uj\u00ed koncern Stellantis z toho, \u017ee o konstruk\u010dn\u00ed vad\u011b rozvodov\u00e9ho \u0159emene v\u011bd\u011bl minim\u00e1ln\u011b od roku 2017, ale z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b ji tajil, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se dopustil klam\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebitele a ohro\u017een\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti provozu.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1vn\u00ed bitva, kter\u00e1 b\u00fdv\u00e1 tiskem ozna\u010dov\u00e1na jako \u201efrancouzsk\u00e1 Dieselgate\u201c, donutila automobilku k radik\u00e1ln\u00ed defenziv\u011b. V\u00fdrobce proto v roce 2024 plo\u0161n\u011b zavedl prodlou\u017eenou desetiletou z\u00e1ruku (nebo do 175.000 km) na vybran\u00e9 komponenty motoru, aby uklidnil trh a p\u0159ede\u0161el miliardov\u00fdm od\u0161kodn\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Je\u0161t\u011b o rok d\u0159\u00edve ale koncern nahradil rozvodov\u00fd \u0159emen klasick\u00fdm ocelov\u00fdm \u0159et\u011bzem. Tato konstruk\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bna se t\u00fdk\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nov\u00fdch mild-hybridn\u00edch verz\u00ed (48V), kter\u00e9 jsou spojeny s dvouspojkovou p\u0159evodovkou e-DCS6 a vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Miller\u016fv cyklus spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se tou dobou p\u0159estal pou\u017e\u00edvat obchodn\u00ed n\u00e1zev PureTech.<\/p>\n<p>Italsk\u00fd m\u00edsto francouzsk\u00e9ho<\/p>\n<p>Te\u010f to ale vypad\u00e1, \u017ee se t\u0159\u00edv\u00e1lcov\u00e9 dvan\u00e1ctistovky z Francie zbav\u00edme \u00fapln\u011b. Bohu\u017eel to ale neznamen\u00e1 n\u00e1vrat k vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm objem\u016fm. Je\u0161t\u011b ne\u017e se spojily koncerny PSA a FCA, oba pou\u017e\u00edvaly velmi podobn\u00e9 motory. Zat\u00edmco PSA m\u011blo PureTech, FCA vyu\u017e\u00edvalo \u0159adu GSE, zn\u00e1mou obchodn\u011b jako FireFly. Ve t\u0159\u00edv\u00e1lcov\u00e9 verzi m\u00e1 litrov\u00fd objem, ve \u010dty\u0159v\u00e1lcov\u00e9 1,3 nebo 1,5 litru. Krom \u010dist\u011b spalovac\u00edch verz\u00ed u\u017e po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed i s mild-hybridem a plug-in hybridem.<\/p>\n<p>Fiat a dal\u0161\u00ed zna\u010dky d\u0159\u00edve spadaj\u00edc\u00ed pod FCA ov\u0161em postupn\u011b tyto motory za\u010daly opou\u0161t\u011bt. \u010c\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b to bylo d\u00e1no t\u00edm, \u017ee nov\u00e9 modely za\u010daly p\u0159ech\u00e1zet na platformy p\u016fvodn\u011b vyvinut\u00e9 u PSA. Dnes si tak v Evrop\u011b motor FireFly mohou po\u0159\u00eddit t\u0159eba kupci hybridn\u00edho Fiatu 500, Pandy, Alfy Romeo Tonale nebo Jeepu Renegade. P\u0159ekvapiv\u011b se ale dostaly tak\u00e9 do Peugeotu 208 nebo Citro\u00ebnu C3, av\u0161ak pouze v Ji\u017en\u00ed Americe.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160\u00e9f evropsk\u00e9ho Stellantisu ned\u00e1vno ozn\u00e1mil, \u017ee se \u0159ada motor\u016f GSE do\u010dk\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed investice a dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdvoje, kter\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed jejich nasazen\u00ed pod emisn\u00ed normou Euro 7. Jejich v\u00fdroba m\u00e1 proto pokra\u010dovat i d\u00e1le po roce 2030. To samo o sob\u011b by je\u0161t\u011b nemuselo znamenat tak moc, Stellantis ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 ozn\u00e1mil ukon\u010den\u00ed produkce spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f v tov\u00e1rn\u011b ve francouzsk\u00e9m Douvrinu. Tedy p\u0159esn\u011b t\u00e9, kde dnes vznikaj\u00ed motory d\u0159\u00edve zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako PureTech.<\/p>\n<p>Tov\u00e1rna samotn\u00e1 m\u011bla pokra\u010dovat jako prvn\u00ed evropsk\u00e1 v\u00fdroba bateri\u00ed spole\u010dnosti ACC (spole\u010dn\u00fd podnik Stellantisu, Mercedes-Benzu a TotalEnergies).
