Jde o nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159skou budovu, kter\u00e1 se v sou\u010dasnosti v Praze stav\u00ed pro voln\u00fd trh. Za dva roky nab\u00eddne 33 tis\u00edc metr\u016f pronaj\u00edmateln\u00e9 plochy.<\/p>\n<p>V pra\u017esk\u00fdch Roztylech za\u010dala stavba jednoho z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch projekt\u016f posledn\u00edch let. Radim Passer ve st\u0159edu dopoledne symbolicky poklepal klad\u00edvkem na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed k\u00e1men nov\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 budovy, kter\u00e1 vyr\u016fst\u00e1 mezi k\u0159i\u017eovatkou pra\u017esk\u00e9ho okruhu s d\u00e1lnic\u00ed D1 a Kr\u010dsk\u00fdm lesem. P\u016fjde o monument\u00e1ln\u00ed a tak\u00e9 technologicky aktu\u00e1ln\u011b nejvysp\u011blej\u0161\u00ed budovu o d\u00e9lce t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvou set metr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Jeden\u00e1ctipodla\u017en\u00ed budovu navrhlo architektonick\u00e9 studio A8000 pod veden\u00edm architekta Martina Krupauera, kter\u00fd mimo jin\u00e9 vede t\u00fdm, kter\u00fd p\u0159ipravuje projekt Vltavsk\u00e9 filharmonie. Na v\u00fdstavb\u011b se ji\u017e pracuje, datum dokon\u010den\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed na prvn\u00ed polovinu roku 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Na projektu se pod\u00edlej\u00ed dva investo\u0159i, spole\u010dnosti Passerinvest Group a Gemo Jarom\u00edra Uh\u00fdrka, kter\u00e1 je z\u00e1rove\u0148 zhotovitelem stavby. Passer si dr\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0projektu v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00fd pod\u00edl.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1jemce \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd, ambice velk\u00e9\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Architektonicky inovativn\u00ed budova bude m\u00edt jeden\u00e1ct nadzemn\u00edch a \u010dty\u0159i podzemn\u00ed podla\u017e\u00ed. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed projektu je velk\u00e1 st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed terasa se zelen\u00ed a relaxa\u010dn\u00ed z\u00f3ny. D\u00edky um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed na hlavn\u00ed pra\u017esk\u00e9 cyklostezce bude n\u00e1jemc\u016fm k dispozici kol\u00e1rna se \u0161atnami a sprchami.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b stav\u00edme a p\u0159ipravujeme nejv\u00edce projekt\u016f v\u00a0jeden \u010das za celou dobu na\u0161eho podnik\u00e1n\u00ed.
