Poskytuje dostupn\u00e9 a\u00a0bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 bydlen\u00ed lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b \u017eij\u00ed u\u017e dlouho, mo\u017en\u00e1 u\u017e n\u011bkolik\u00e1tou generaci. Takov\u00fdch byt\u016f je v\u00a0Barcelon\u011b podle nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 platformy <a data-dot=\"atm-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/insideairbnb.com\/barcelona\/\" class=\"e_n\">Inside Airbnb<\/a> zhruba 20\u00a0tis\u00edc. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 metropole stanoven\u00fd cenov\u00fd strop pro stavbu nov\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch byt\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e ovliv\u0148uje, za kolik budou lid\u00e9 v\u00a0t\u011bchto domech \u017e\u00edt\u00a0\u2013 n\u00e1klady na stavbu se toti\u017e p\u0159\u00edmo prom\u00edtaj\u00ed do cen n\u00e1jm\u016f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Ani to ale nen\u00ed samosp\u00e1sn\u00e9.
