V\u00a0d\u016fsledku toho byla tato metoda v\u00a0posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00edch t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u00fapln\u011b p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eena,\u201c uvedla Simonov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>300\u00a0gram\u016f ovsa denn\u011b<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci studie dodr\u017eovali p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd pl\u00e1n. Po dobu dvou dn\u016f jedli t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u00fdhradn\u011b ovesnou ka\u0161i. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk zkonzumoval 300\u00a0gram\u016f ovsa va\u0159en\u00e9ho ve vod\u011b denn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci si mohli p\u0159idat mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ovoce nebo zeleniny, ale nic dal\u0161\u00edho. Dieta tak\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eila p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b na polovinu toho, co b\u011b\u017en\u011b jedli.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Ovesnou dietu dokon\u010dilo 32\u00a0mu\u017e\u016f a\u00a0\u017een. Jin\u00e1 skupina dr\u017eela dietu se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem kalori\u00ed bez ovsa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">Ob\u011b skupiny zaznamenaly ur\u010dit\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed, co\u017e d\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl, kdy\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed kalorick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem. Skupina s\u00a0ovsem v\u0161ak vynikala. Jejich hladina cholesterolu se zlep\u0161ila v\u00edce a\u00a0zm\u011bny p\u0159etrvaly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c_bz\">\u201eHladina zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9ho LDL cholesterolu u\u00a0nich klesla o\u00a010\u00a0%, co\u017e je v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, i\u00a0kdy\u017e se to zcela ned\u00e1 srovnat s\u00a0\u00fa\u010dinkem modern\u00edch l\u00e9k\u016f,\u201c poznamenala profesorka Simonov\u00e1. Kdy\u017e je ho v\u00a0krvi p\u0159\u00edli\u0161, usazuje se na st\u011bn\u00e1ch c\u00e9v.
