D\u011bti Zem\u011b neusp\u011bly se st\u00ed\u017enost\u00ed na sal\u00e1movou metodu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n                                        Podle \u00fa\u0159adu nem\u00e1 stavba trat\u00ed vliv na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.                                     <\/p>\n<p>Brno si m\u016f\u017ee u pl\u00e1n\u016f na budov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti Trnit\u00e1 u budouc\u00edho nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed od\u0161krtnout mo\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m s povolov\u00e1n\u00edm jedn\u00e9 z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch staveb.<\/p>\n<p>Krajsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad rozhodl, \u017ee pl\u00e1ny na budouc\u00ed tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b v t\u00e9to oblasti nebudou m\u00edt z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee tak pokra\u010dovat p\u0159\u00edprava stavby, ani\u017e by se musela na n\u011bkolik let d\u011blat d\u016fkladn\u00e1 dokumentace o vlivu stavby na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (tzv. EIA).<\/p>\n<p>Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z rozhodnut\u00ed v <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.cenia.cz\/eiasea\/download\/RUlBX0pITTE4OTZfemppc3RvdmFjaURPQ18xNjM1NDQ3ODE2MjQ3MTk3MTQ4Ni5wZGY\/JHM1896_zjistovaci.pdf.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">registru EIA<\/a>. Zat\u00edmco \u00fa\u0159ady se stavbou nem\u011bly probl\u00e9m, proti byl spolek D\u011bti Zem\u011b. Ten upozornil, \u017ee cel\u00e9 povolov\u00e1n\u00ed tramvajov\u00e9 trati je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bru na p\u0159estavbu \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho uzlu Brno, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 laicky jako p\u0159esun hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed do nov\u00e9 lokality. Podle spolku nelze tramvajovou 6\/11 tra\u0165 posuzovat izolovan\u011b, nebo\u0165 je funk\u010dn\u011b a dopravn\u011b podm\u00edn\u011bna realizac\u00ed hlavn\u00edho \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho uzlu. Takov\u00fd postup ozna\u010dil za sal\u00e1movou metodu. \u00da\u0159ad takovou argumentaci ale odm\u00edtl. \u201eNejde o \u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 d\u011blen\u00ed jedn\u00e9 stavby s c\u00edlem obej\u00edt z\u00e1konn\u00e9 povinnosti,\u201c uvedl krajsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad v rozhodnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Celkem 2,13 kilometru nov\u00fdch kolej\u00ed m\u011blo slou\u017eit k obsluze jak Trnit\u00e9, tak Nov\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed Brno. M\u011bsto o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee v Trnit\u00e9 bude bydlet kolem 15 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00da\u0159ady u\u017e jednou tento pl\u00e1n posuzovaly v r\u00e1mci stanoviska EIA pro p\u0159esun hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, Brno ale na po\u010d\u00e1tku roku pro jistotu kv\u016fli nezn\u00e1m\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku \u017e\u00e1dosti o prodlou\u017een\u00ed tohoto stanoviska p\u0159edlo\u017eilo samostatn\u011b dokumentaci jen pro tramvajovou tra\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Napojen\u00ed ze t\u0159\u00ed sm\u011br\u016f<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b v Trnit\u00e9 budou napojeny ze t\u0159\u00ed sm\u011br\u016f. Ze severoz\u00e1padu z prostoru k\u0159i\u017eovatky ulic Hybe\u0161ova \u2013 Nov\u00e9 sady \u2013 N\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed p\u0159es pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed ulice Hybe\u0161ova k \u00dazk\u00e9 ulici a d\u00e1le nov\u011b budovanou ulici Bulv\u00e1r do prostoru p\u0159ed nov\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm na k\u0159i\u017eovatku s budouc\u00ed ulic\u00ed Rosick\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Z v\u00fdchodu se napoj\u00ed ze st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed tramvajov\u00e9 trat\u011b v ulici Plotn\u00ed p\u0159es novou ulici Rosickou do prostoru p\u0159ed nov\u00fdm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm na k\u0159i\u017eovatku s ulic\u00ed Bulv\u00e1r. Od jihoz\u00e1padu bude tramvajov\u00e1 tra\u0165 vedena od \u00favrat\u011b na tramvajov\u00e9m most\u011b p\u0159es \u0159eku Svratku pod\u00e9l n\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed budovy po ulici Rosick\u00e1 do p\u0159edn\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edho prostoru na k\u0159i\u017eovatku s ulic\u00ed Bulv\u00e1r.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bru je vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed zast\u00e1vky na ulici Bulv\u00e1r, stavba tramvajov\u00e9ho termin\u00e1lu a zast\u00e1vky zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159estup cestuj\u00edc\u00edch mezi \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravou a m\u011bstskou hromadnou dopravou v p\u0159edn\u00e1dra\u017en\u00edm prostoru na ulici Rosick\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zdopravy.cz\/v-brne-zacali-stavet-spojnici-k-novemu-nadrazi-mesto-slibuje-moderni-pulzujici-bulvar-274940\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">V Brn\u011b za\u010dali stav\u011bt spojnici k nov\u00e9mu n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed. M\u011bsto slibuje modern\u00ed pulzuj\u00edc\u00ed bulv\u00e1r<\/a><\/p>\n<p>V Trnit\u00e9 vzniknou celkem t\u0159i \u00faseky. Prvn\u00ed bude m\u011b\u0159it 1,09 kilometru. Povede od napojen\u00ed v prostoru tramvajov\u00e9 smy\u010dky na ulic\u00edch N\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed \u2013 Hybe\u0161ova k jihu p\u0159es ulici Hybe\u0161ova do nov\u011b budovan\u00e9ho Bulv\u00e1ru po k\u0159i\u017eovatku s budouc\u00ed ulic\u00ed Rosick\u00e1 p\u0159ed budouc\u00edm hlavn\u00edm vstupem do budovy nov\u00e9ho brn\u011bnsk\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tra\u0165 po ulici Rosick\u00e1 od k\u0159i\u017eovatky s ulic\u00ed Bulv\u00e1r jihoz\u00e1padn\u00edm sm\u011brem bude ukon\u010dena \u00favrat\u00ed na tramvajov\u00e9m most\u011b p\u0159es \u0159eku Svratku na jej\u00edm prav\u00e9m b\u0159ehu. Tato \u010d\u00e1st bude o d\u00e9lce cca 490 m.<\/p>\n<p>M\u011bsto p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novalo tramvajovou smy\u010dku na prav\u00e9m b\u0159ehu Svratky, od pl\u00e1nu ale kv\u016fli stavb\u011b protipovod\u0148ov\u00e9ho parku v \u00fazem\u00ed ustoupilo.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0159et\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed tramvajov\u00e9 trati povede po ulici Rosick\u00e1 od k\u0159i\u017eovatky s ulic\u00ed Bulv\u00e1r v\u00fdchodn\u00edm sm\u011brem. Tra\u0165 bude ukon\u010dena na budouc\u00ed k\u0159i\u017eovatce s ulic\u00ed Plotn\u00ed a zde bude na napojena na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed tramvajovou tra\u0165 z centra m\u011bsta do Kom\u00e1rova.
