Developersk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Corwin p\u0159i realizaci prvn\u00ed etapy spolupracuje se sv\u011btov\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00fdmi urbanisty Janem Gehlem a Davidem Simem, kter\u00e9 dopl\u0148uje \u010desk\u00e9 architektonick\u00e9 studio OVA. <\/p>\n<p>Projekt transformuje zanedban\u00e9 are\u00e1ly n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00edho spot\u0159ebn\u00edho dru\u017estva V\u010dela a Pra\u017e\u00edren v modern\u00ed m\u011bstskou \u010dtvr\u0165, kter\u00e1 po dokon\u010den\u00ed v\u0161ech f\u00e1z\u00ed nab\u00eddne v\u00edce ne\u017e 1 000 byt\u016f, kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 prostory a kompletn\u00ed ob\u010danskou vybavenost v\u010detn\u011b mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00edm rysem nov\u00e9 v\u00fdstavby je n\u00e1vrat k tradi\u010dn\u00ed blokov\u00e9 struktu\u0159e, kter\u00e1 v sou\u010dasn\u00e9m rozvoji Prahy nen\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na, a\u010dkoli efektivn\u011b kombinuje ve\u0159ejn\u00e9, polove\u0159ejn\u00e9 a soukrom\u00e9 plochy. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup ocenili p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta i m\u011bstsk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti Praha 9, podle nich\u017e projekt ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed pouze transformaci vlastn\u00edho pozemku, ale m\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00fd p\u0159esah do \u0161ir\u0161\u00edho okol\u00ed a napom\u00e1h\u00e1 propojen\u00ed Vyso\u010dan s \u017di\u017ekovem. N\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora Petr Hlav\u00e1\u010dek vyzdvihl zejm\u00e9na skute\u010dnost, \u017ee iniciativa k takto kvalitn\u00edmu urbanistick\u00e9mu \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vze\u0161la p\u0159\u00edmo od investora, co\u017e v kombinaci se zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi zku\u0161enostmi a otev\u0159enou spoluprac\u00ed s m\u011bstem vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pro metropoli vysokou p\u0159idanou hodnotu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem nen\u00ed jen postavit nov\u00e9 byty, ale vytvo\u0159it skute\u010dnou m\u011bstskou \u010dtvr\u0165 s ulicemi, n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00edm, obchody, \u0161kolkou i zelen\u00fdmi vnitrobloky a z\u00e1rove\u0148 takovou, kter\u00e1 ur\u010d\u00ed charakter cel\u00e9 \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed lokality a propoj\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed sm\u011brem ven.
