Potvrzuj\u00ed to jak firmy, tak pr\u016fzkum mezi dom\u00e1cnostmi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b pro 72\u00a0procent lid\u00ed hraj\u00ed dotace z\u00a0programu Nov\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 \u00faspor\u00e1m (NZ\u00da) podstatnou nebo z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli p\u0159i realizaci \u00fasporn\u00e9ho opat\u0159en\u00ed, bez n\u00ed by do renovace \u0161lo jen 28\u00a0procent z\u00e1jemc\u016f. Vyplynulo to z\u00a0v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00fd si nechala zpracovat spole\u010dnost E.ON ve spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0Ipsos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Lid\u00e9 podle n\u011bj jednozna\u010dn\u011b up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed podporu formou dotace, jen zhruba t\u0159etina v\u00edt\u00e1 bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00e9 p\u016fj\u010dky, kter\u00fdmi vl\u00e1da v\u011bt\u0161inu dotac\u00ed z\u00a0Nov\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 \u00faspor\u00e1m nahradila. Dotace zachovala pouze pro n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti, kter\u00e9 spl\u0148uj\u00ed krit\u00e9ria pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed superd\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201eNa\u0161e zku\u0161enosti ukazuj\u00ed nezastupitelnou roli p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 dotace a\u00a0pr\u016fzkum, kter\u00fd jsme si nechali zpracovat, to jen potvrzuje. Bez n\u00ed \u0159ada rekonstrukc\u00ed a\u00a0instalac\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed neprob\u011bhla bu\u010f v\u016fbec, anebo pouze v\u202fomezen\u00e9 podob\u011b a\u00a0teprve se uk\u00e1\u017ee, jak nov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed zafunguje,\u201c uvedl Jan Z\u00e1poto\u010dn\u00fd, m\u00edstop\u0159edseda p\u0159edstavenstva spole\u010dnosti E.ON Energie.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/ekonomika-finance-nova-zelena-usporam-stoji-na-bezurocnych-pujckach-vetsina-dotaci-je-pryc-301089\" class=\"e_n f_lY\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"720\"   width=\"1280\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/zetepleni-zateplovani-dum-rodinny-dum.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Zm\u011bna v\u00a0program dopadne nejen na rozpo\u010dty dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed, ale zejm\u00e9na na firmy, jejich\u017e byznys byl dotacemi poh\u00e1n\u011bn. \u201eV minul\u00fdch letech bylo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 95\u00a0procent na\u0161ich realizac\u00ed pro dom\u00e1cnosti spojeno s\u00a0dota\u010dn\u00edmi programy,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Pavel Matejovi\u010d, produktov\u00fd mana\u017eer spole\u010dnosti Schlieger, kter\u00e1 instaluje sol\u00e1rn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rny pro dom\u00e1cnosti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Dotace se p\u0159estaly vypl\u00e1cet u\u017e loni v\u00a0listopadu, a\u00a0tak se spole\u010dnosti musely zam\u011b\u0159it i\u00a0na z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed projekty realizuj\u00ed bez ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 podpory, co\u017e podle Matejovi\u010de uk\u00e1zalo nov\u00fd trend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201eDom\u00e1cnosti dnes st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji hledaj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed navr\u017een\u00e1 podle sv\u00e9 skute\u010dn\u00e9 spot\u0159eby a\u00a0pot\u0159eb, nikoli syst\u00e9my dimenzovan\u00e9 prim\u00e1rn\u011b na z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed dotace. Tento posun je patrn\u00fd nejen u\u00a0fotovoltaiky, ale tak\u00e9 u\u00a0tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel, zateplen\u00ed i\u00a0jejich kombinac\u00ed,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Matejovi\u010d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Nervozitu na trhu poci\u0165uj\u00ed i\u00a0spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm energetick\u00fdch posudk\u016f, pr\u016fkaz\u016f energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budov a\u00a0dota\u010dn\u00ed administrac\u00ed. Jednou z\u00a0nich je i\u00a0spole\u010dnost Endum, kter\u00e1 tyto povinnosti vy\u0159izuje pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed si cht\u011bj\u00ed zateplit bytov\u00fd d\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201eZ praxe v\u00edme, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina projekt\u016f zateplen\u00ed bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f je p\u0159ipravov\u00e1na pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00a0c\u00edlem z\u00edskat dota\u010dn\u00ed podporu, kter\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje ekonomiku cel\u00e9 investice. V\u00a0minul\u00e9m roce jsme vy\u0159\u00eddili dotaci pro dv\u011b des\u00edtky bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f, dal\u0161\u00edch 10\u00a0jsme p\u0159ipravili s\u00a0ohledem na to, \u017ee bylo avizov\u00e1no zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f pro dotace i\u00a0pro rok 2026,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dalibor Be\u010dka, odborn\u011b technick\u00fd poradce firmy Endum.<\/p>\n<p>Lidem vad\u00ed vidina dluhu<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Zda vlastn\u00edci bytov\u00fdch \u010di rodinn\u00fdch dom\u016f vyu\u017eij\u00ed zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fd \u00fav\u011br, je nyn\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 odhadovat. \u0158ada z\u00e1jemc\u016f doufala, \u017ee dotace budou zachov\u00e1ny, t\u0159eba\u017ee nebudou tak \u0161t\u011bdr\u00e9 jako v\u00a0minul\u00fdch letech.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201eVn\u00edmaj\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi nevratnou dotac\u00ed a\u00a0\u00fav\u011brem velmi citliv\u011b. \u00dav\u011br znamen\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed zadlu\u017een\u00ed a\u00a0nejistotu ohledn\u011b budouc\u00edch spl\u00e1tek. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed klienti nav\u00edc pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b na \u00fav\u011br v\u016fbec nedos\u00e1hnou, a\u0165 u\u017e z\u00a0d\u016fvodu v\u011bku, p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f nebo ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00edch z\u00e1vazk\u016f,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Be\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Reakce jsou v\u0161ak r\u016fznorod\u00e9. \u201eNa jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed by si teprve cht\u011bli vz\u00edt hypot\u00e9ku a\u00a0zva\u017euj\u00ed renovaci star\u0161\u00edho domu, pro takov\u00e9 bude nov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed podm\u00ednek velkou v\u00fdhodou,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Eva Neudertov\u00e1, \u0159editelka Asociace pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed tepeln\u00fdch \u010derpadel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 se v\u0161ak na \u00fav\u011bry d\u00edvaj\u00ed rezervovan\u011b. \u0158adu z\u00a0nich by mohla vidina zadlu\u017een\u00ed odradit a\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00e9 skupiny na \u00fav\u011br zkr\u00e1tka nedos\u00e1hnou. \u201eI proto m\u00e1 podle n\u00e1s smysl zam\u011b\u0159it se na to, kdo bude moci p\u0159\u00edmou dotaci \u010derpat i\u00a0nad\u00e1le. Je ot\u00e1zka, zda tuto mo\u017enost nedat i\u00a0st\u0159edn\u011b p\u0159\u00edjmov\u00fdm dom\u00e1cnostem\u00a0\u2013 typicky mlad\u00fdm rodin\u00e1m s\u202fd\u011btmi, kter\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e1 ne\u010derpaj\u00ed superd\u00e1vku, ale za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed etapu a\u00a0necht\u011bj\u00ed fungovat s\u202fnadbyte\u010dn\u00fdm dluhov\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Z\u00e1poto\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p><a data-dot=\"mol-article-card-media\" aria-hidden=\"true\" tabindex=\"-1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seznamzpravy.cz\/clanek\/ekonomika-byznys-trendy-analyzy-komentar-zelena-usporam-nebo-spis-cervena-301156\" class=\"e_n f_lY\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img height=\"1012\"   width=\"1800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1773607872_745_ptam-se-ja.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">V praxi proto m\u016f\u017ee doch\u00e1zet k\u00a0odkl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed nebo \u00fapln\u00e9mu ru\u0161en\u00ed pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch rekonstrukc\u00ed. \u201e\u010c\u00e1st na\u0161ich klient\u016f ji\u017e nyn\u00ed v\u00ed, \u017ee renovaci odlo\u017e\u00ed\u00a0\u2014 d\u016fvodem je nap\u0159\u00edklad finan\u010dn\u00ed situace rodiny s\u00a0mal\u00fdmi d\u011btmi nebo spl\u00e1cen\u00ed jin\u00e9ho \u00fav\u011bru. Vylo\u017een\u011b nejist\u00e1 je pak situace u\u00a0t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed si koupili neobyvateln\u00fd d\u016fm s\u00a0c\u00edlem jej zrenovovat, \u010derpaj\u00ed \u00fav\u011br na koupi nemovitosti a\u00a0po\u010d\u00edtali s\u00a0dotac\u00ed Oprav d\u016fm po babi\u010dce. Dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fav\u011br pro n\u011b nen\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm,\u201c popisuje Be\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">N\u011bkter\u00fdch realiza\u010dn\u00edch firem se dotkne omezen\u00ed podpory v\u00edce, jin\u00fdch m\u00e9n\u011b. Nap\u0159\u00edklad spole\u010dnost Vexta, kter\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161\u00ed zateplov\u00e1n\u00ed budov \u010dasto formou ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch zak\u00e1zek, nepostihne sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed podpory tolik jako jej\u00ed konkurenty. P\u0159esto realizovala s\u00a0pomoc\u00ed NZ\u00da asi 10\u00a0procent zak\u00e1zek a\u00a0zm\u011bnu v\u00a0jej\u00edm fungov\u00e1n\u00ed pova\u017euje za krok zp\u011bt. \u201eNa trhu z\u0159ejm\u011b dojde k\u00a0oslaben\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b v\u00a0na\u0161em regionu Praha a\u00a0St\u0159edn\u00ed \u010cechy je v\u011bt\u0161ina dom\u016f ji\u017e po revitalizaci,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Tom\u00e1\u0161 Vesel\u00fd, \u0159editel Vexta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Za kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 dotace pova\u017euj\u00ed tak\u00e9 ti, kte\u0159\u00ed uva\u017eovali o\u00a0po\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla. Tento zdroj vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed sice dok\u00e1\u017ee generovat n\u011bkolikatis\u00edcov\u00e9 \u00faspory ro\u010dn\u011b, ale po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed investice je mnohdy vysok\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201ePosledn\u00ed dostupn\u00e1 data m\u00e1me z\u00a0roku 2024, ov\u0161em potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee Nov\u00e1 zelen\u00e1 \u00faspor\u00e1m je pro dom\u00e1cnosti skute\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Tuzemsk\u00e9 prodeje tehdy tvo\u0159ily asi 20\u00a0tis\u00edc kus\u016f a\u00a0o podporu z\u00a0NZ\u00da \u017e\u00e1dalo asi 85\u00a0procent z\u00a0nich,\u201c uvedla Neudertov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Mezi z\u00e1jemci o\u00a0tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla podle n\u00ed st\u00e1le p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 nejistota, nebo\u0165 nejde o\u00a0polo\u017eku, na kterou by si lid\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b brali \u00fav\u011br. Zat\u00edm nejsou zn\u00e1m\u00e9 p\u0159esn\u00e9 parametry, podle kter\u00fdch by m\u011bl nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch p\u016fj\u010dek fungovat.
