Kaligrafii, jej\u00edm\u017e hlavn\u00edm poselstv\u00edm je v\u011bta \u201eforma se neli\u0161\u00ed od pr\u00e1zdnoty a\u00a0pr\u00e1zdnota od formy\u201c, vytvo\u0159il v\u00a0polovin\u011b 90.\u00a0let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed na zdi nedaleko sv\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e v\u00a0pra\u017esk\u00e9m Pal\u00e1ci Metro japanolog Petr Geisler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201eN\u011bkolik prvn\u00edch sloupc\u016f s\u00fatry zaznamenal \u0161t\u011btcem a\u00a0\u010dernou barvou zprava doleva na b\u00edle nat\u0159enou a\u00a0o\u0161oupanou desku panelu, kter\u00fd zakr\u00fdval jak\u00fdsi pr\u00e1v\u011b rekonstruovan\u00fd obchod,\u201c popisuje japanologova dcera Ester Geislerov\u00e1. Vystudovan\u00e1 multimedi\u00e1ln\u00ed um\u011blkyn\u011b, \u010dasto pracuj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00a0videem, se stala tahounem n\u011bkolik let chystan\u00e9 v\u00fdstavy, je\u017e v\u00a0DOX potrv\u00e1 do 7.\u00a0\u010dervna. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Zvukov\u011b obrazov\u00e1 rekonstrukce Geislerova po\u010dinu vznikla d\u00edky n\u011bkolika n\u00e1hodn\u00fdm sn\u00edmk\u016fm, kter\u00e9 tehdy v\u00a0pas\u00e1\u017ei Pal\u00e1ce Metro po\u0159\u00eddila japonsk\u00e1 bohemistka a\u00a0p\u0159ekladatelka Kijomi Hirano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Kaligrafick\u00e9 znaky na o\u0161oupan\u00e9 desce a\u00a0spontaneita i\u00a0vnit\u0159n\u00ed pot\u0159eba, ze kter\u00e9 vznikly, mimod\u011bk potvrzuj\u00ed, co o\u00a0Petru Geislerovi \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed nejen dcery Ester a\u00a0here\u010dka Anna, ale tak\u00e9 jeho \u017e\u00e1k, japanolog Petr Hol\u00fd. \u201eByl nejen na\u0161\u00edm u\u010ditelem na pra\u017esk\u00e9 japanologii, ale i\u00a0symbolem lidsk\u00e9 a\u00a0tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed svobody. V\u00a0jedn\u00e9 osob\u011b p\u0159edstavoval pedagoga, novin\u00e1\u0159e, p\u0159ekladatele, kaligrafa, um\u011blce. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k\u00a0v\u00fdstav\u011b je proto on s\u00e1m a\u00a0jeho nep\u0159edst\u00edran\u00fd, non\u0161alantn\u00ed, bonviv\u00e1nsk\u00fd a\u00a0v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b punkov\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota, podpo\u0159en\u00fd nesm\u00edrn\u00fdm nad\u00e1n\u00edm a\u00a0p\u00edl\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme se s\u00a0Ester sna\u017eili zachytit ve t\u0159ech poloh\u00e1ch,\u201c poznamen\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Kaligrafie, sprej a\u00a0faxov\u00fd pap\u00edr<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Geisler \u017eil v\u00a0letech 1949\u00a0a\u017e 2009.\u00a0Jeho kaligrafick\u00e1 tvorba v\u00a0DOX zab\u00edr\u00e1 cel\u00e9 jedno men\u0161\u00ed patro. Vystaven\u00e9 jsou tu i\u00a0jeho kousky ze sb\u00edrky pra\u017esk\u00e9 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed galerie, n\u00e1\u010din\u00ed nebo kaligrafie, kter\u00e9 b\u011bhem \u017eivota rozdal p\u0159\u00e1tel\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Coby samouk a\u00a0experiment\u00e1tor \u010dasto pracoval i\u00a0s jin\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem, ne\u017e je pap\u00edr a\u00a0tu\u0161. Div\u00e1kovu pozornost na v\u00fdstav\u011b p\u0159it\u00e1hne nap\u0159\u00edklad st\u0159\u00edb\u0159enka nebo karton, v\u00fdjimkou ale nebyly ani spreje, savo \u010di faxov\u00fd pap\u00edr. Na prvn\u00ed pohled pak zaujmou i\u00a0atypick\u00e9 r\u00e1my, kter\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 ke grafick\u00fdm list\u016fm nebo klasick\u00fdm obraz\u016fm. I\u00a0d\u00edky nim lze Geislerovu kaligrafii vn\u00edmat hlavn\u011b jako zaj\u00edmav\u00fd artefakt a\u00a0teprve ve druh\u00e9m pl\u00e1nu se p\u00eddit po v\u00fdznamu. Ten je v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech o\u00a0dost prozai\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e by si \u010dlov\u011bk myslel: V\u00a0DOX vis\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad kaligraficky ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00e1 s\u00f3jov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" height=\"1121\"   width=\"1800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/vystava-ga-i-su-ra.jpeg\" loading=\"eager\" decoding=\"sync\" class=\"e_aa e_Z\"\/>Foto: Profimedia.cz<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Humor a\u00a0netradi\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly ale podle Petra Hol\u00e9ho rozhodn\u011b nesni\u017euj\u00ed Geisler\u016fv kaligrafick\u00fd talent. \u201eNikdy mu ne\u0161lo o\u00a0to, aby jeho kaligrafie byly nejkr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Sna\u017eil se sp\u00ed\u0161 o\u00a0projev srdce a\u00a0slz. Dopadlo to tak, \u017ee ani Japonci nepoznaj\u00ed, \u017ee Petrovy kaligrafie ned\u011blal Japonec,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Jeden ze dvou asijsk\u00fdch pobyt\u016f, kter\u00e9 Geisler stihl absolvovat, dokonce s\u00a0jeho kaligrafick\u00fdm talentem p\u0159\u00edmo souvisel. V\u00a0roce 1998\u00a0jej mal\u00ed\u0159 Naoaki Jamamoto pozval do Jokohamsk\u00e9ho muzea um\u011bn\u00ed, aby se pod\u00edlel na kaligrafick\u00e9m workshopu. \u201eMysleli si, \u017ee pozvu mal\u00ed\u0159e \u010di socha\u0159e. Kdy\u017e zjistili, \u017ee chci pozvat cizince, kter\u00fd p\u00ed\u0161e kaligrafii, koukali na m\u011b jako na bl\u00e1zna,\u201c vzpom\u00ednal Jamamoto v\u00a0dubnu 2025\u00a0v\u00a0rozhovoru pro chystan\u00fd dokument\u00e1rn\u00ed film Dv\u011b deci tu\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Autentick\u00e1 japon\u0161tina<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Do Japonska odjel Geisler dvakr\u00e1t, studijn\u00ed pobyt na podzim 1987\u00a0byl sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed ke spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0japonsk\u00fdm den\u00edkem Jomiuri \u0161imbun. Pr\u00e1v\u011b s\u00a0t\u00edmto obdob\u00edm je spojena ta \u010d\u00e1st v\u00fdstavy, ji\u017e Ester Geislerov\u00e1 a\u00a0spolupracovn\u00edci pojali jako tat\u00ednkovu pracovnu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">K\u0159eslo, v\u00e1za s\u00a0kv\u011btinou a\u00a0st\u016fl pln\u00fd knih, dokument\u016f \u010di pozn\u00e1mek p\u016fsob\u00ed, jako kdyby si japanolog jen odb\u011bhl n\u011bco za\u0159\u00eddit. Pracovn\u00ed z\u00e1p\u0159ah ilustruje na rohu stolu le\u017e\u00edc\u00ed post\u0159eh z\u00a0Japonska, jak\u00e9 Geislerovi pravideln\u011b tiskl pr\u00e1v\u011b list Jomiuri \u0161imbun. Autor v\u00a0n\u011bm l\u00ed\u010d\u00ed st\u0159et s\u00a0tamn\u00ed v\u00fdraznou barevnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">\u201eUp\u0159ednost\u0148uje se \u0161k\u00e1la od \u010derven\u00e9 po odst\u00edny zelen\u00e9, v\u00a0Japonsku naz\u00fdvan\u00e9 tak\u00e9 barvou \u010derstv\u00fdch list\u016f. Aby tyto barvy co nejl\u00e9pe vynikly, dovedn\u011b se kombinuj\u00ed s\u00a0\u010dernou a\u00a0b\u00edlou. P\u0159i proch\u00e1zce are\u00e1lem T\u00f3daid\u017ei jsem se kochal sceneri\u00ed, kter\u00e1 de facto tvo\u0159\u00ed podstatu japonsk\u00e9 barevn\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly. Kamkoliv jsem se pod\u00edval, rozprost\u00edraly se v\u00fdhledy, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaly se vzory lakovan\u00e9ho podnosu s\u00a0m\u00fdm j\u00eddlem. Tu\u0148\u00e1kov\u011b zbarven\u00e9 podzimn\u00ed list\u00ed, tempura barvy jinanu, podlouhl\u00e9 pap\u00edrky s\u00a0v\u011b\u0161tbami omikud\u017ei v\u00a0barv\u011b b\u011blav\u00e9 s\u00e9pie, borovicov\u011b zbarven\u00e1 nakl\u00e1dan\u00e1 zelenina o\u0161ink\u00f3. Chr\u00e1m barvy s\u00f3jov\u00e9 om\u00e1\u010dky \u0161\u00f3ju. Sna\u017eil se sp\u00ed\u0161 o\u00a0projev srdce a\u00a0slz,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 Petr Hol\u00fd na sv\u00e9ho u\u010ditele Petra Geislera (na fotografii z\u00a0v\u00fdstavy je jeho st\u016fl).<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Do novin p\u0159isp\u00edval Geisler p\u0159es 30\u00a0let a\u00a0podle jednoho ze spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00fd mluv\u00ed v\u00a0chystan\u00e9m filmu, byl jedin\u00fdm cizincem odevzd\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm sv\u00e9 sloupky v\u00a0japon\u0161tin\u011b. Fakt, \u017ee nen\u00ed rodil\u00fd mluv\u010d\u00ed, byl sice ze specificky u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho jazyka zn\u00e1t, edito\u0159i jej ale nech\u00e1vali beze zm\u011bn: Styl toti\u017e pova\u017eovali za autentick\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Zem\u011b otisknut\u00e1 ve fotk\u00e1ch<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Citlivost Petra Geislera v\u016f\u010di sv\u011btu se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed i\u00a0na fotografi\u00edch lemuj\u00edc\u00edch galerijn\u00ed m\u00edstnost. Jednobarevn\u00e9 pr\u00e1dlo t\u0159epotaj\u00edc\u00ed se na \u0161\u0148\u016f\u0159e, d\u00edvky na kole\u010dkov\u00fdch brusl\u00edch nebo ruch ulic i\u00a0redakce jsou d\u00edky cizokrajn\u00e9 estetice p\u0159ita\u017eliv\u00e9 samy o\u00a0sob\u011b. Geisler si ov\u0161em tehdy osvojil techniku v\u00edceexpozic: Analogov\u00fdm fo\u0165\u00e1kem po\u0159\u00eddil sn\u00edmek, film opatrn\u011b p\u0159evinul zp\u011bt a\u00a0p\u0159idal dal\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1b\u011br. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto fotky, je\u017e roky le\u017eely ve sklep\u011b, jsou pro Ester Geislerovou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm otcova archivu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edky ale mohou stejn\u011b dob\u0159e zaujmout archivn\u00ed z\u00e1b\u011bry z\u00a0japanologick\u00fdch d\u00fdch\u00e1nk\u016f na chalup\u011b nebo odkaz na rom\u00e1n spisovatelky Anny Cimy nazvan\u00fd Probud\u00edm se na \u0160ibuji, kde Petr Geisler poslou\u017eil jako voln\u00e1 p\u0159edloha pro postavu zan\u00edcen\u00e9ho japanologa.<\/p>\n<p>Petr Geisler<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Japanolog, novin\u00e1\u0159, pedagog, p\u0159ekladatel a\u00a0kaligraf, kter\u00fd \u017eil v\u00a0letech 1949\u00a0a\u017e 2009, vystudoval japanologii a\u00a0anglistiku na Filozofick\u00e9 fakult\u011b Univerzity Karlovy v\u00a0Praze. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Od 70.\u00a0let \u00fazce spolupracoval s\u00a0japonsk\u00fdm den\u00edkem Jomiuri \u0161imbun.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">V 80.\u00a0a\u00a090.\u00a0letech p\u0159elo\u017eil do \u010de\u0161tiny mnoho d\u011bl starojaponsk\u00e9 poezie. Jeho p\u0159eklady najdeme v\u00a0antologi\u00edch Z\u00e1pisky z\u00a0voln\u00fdch chvil a\u00a0Bled\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc k\u00a0r\u00e1nu: milostn\u00e1 poezie star\u00e9ho Japonska. <\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">Kaligrafick\u00fdmi d\u00edly, kter\u00e1 oce\u0148uj\u00ed i\u00a0japon\u0161t\u00ed experti, doprovodil n\u011bkolik knih. Geislerovy kaligrafie jsou tak\u00e9 ve sb\u00edrce N\u00e1rodn\u00ed galerie Praha.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">V\u00fdstava reflektuj\u00edc\u00ed sv\u011bt protkan\u00fd l\u00e1skou k\u00a0Japonsku, um\u011bn\u00ed i\u00a0lidem kompozic\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 ned\u00e1vnou p\u0159ehl\u00eddku \u00dat\u011bcha v\u011bc\u00ed, kterou DOX v\u011bnoval spisovateli a\u00a0v\u00fdtvarn\u00edkovi Orhanu Pamukovi. Do velk\u00e9 m\u00edry je to dan\u00e9 v\u00fdtvarn\u00fdm i\u00a0byst\u0159e konceptu\u00e1ln\u00edm vid\u011bn\u00edm dvaa\u010dty\u0159icetilet\u00e9 Geislerovy dcery Ester.<\/p>\n<p class=\"e_bV\">O otce p\u0159i\u0161la v\u00a0p\u011btadvaceti, p\u0159\u00edprava v\u00fdstavy tak pro ni byla i\u00a0p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed doskl\u00e1dat ne\u00faplnou mozaiku jeho obrazu. \u201eMezi v\u0161emi kaligrafiemi, pozn\u00e1mkami, maily a\u00a0b\u011bhem dal\u0161\u00edho hled\u00e1n\u00ed se ob\u010das objev\u00ed i\u00a0rodinn\u00e9 pohlednice, na\u0161e d\u011btsk\u00e9 kresby, jeho vlastn\u00ed b\u00e1sn\u011b, nebo dokonce poh\u00e1dky. Nejv\u00edc se mi ale t\u00e1ta odtaj\u0148uje b\u011bhem nat\u00e1\u010den\u00ed dokumentu Dv\u011b deci du\u0161e, kdy o\u00a0n\u011bm mluv\u00edm s\u00a0lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed ho znali. Dozv\u011bd\u011bla jsem se o\u00a0jeho jemn\u00e9, k\u0159ehk\u00e9, vnit\u0159n\u00ed soustav\u011b, ale i\u00a0o jeho d\u00e9monech a\u00a0rozpolcenosti. D\u00edky jeho fotografi\u00edm, kter\u00e9 u\u017e roky proch\u00e1z\u00edm, tak\u00e9 vid\u00edm, co ho zaujalo, jak byl kreativn\u00ed a\u00a0jak\u00fd m\u011bl smysl pro humor. Je z\u00a0nich ale c\u00edtit i\u00a0to, jak byl miluj\u00edc\u00ed.
