V\u00a0roce 2017 \u0161lo o\u00a0v\u00edce ne\u017e 300\u00a0tis\u00edc voz\u016f a\u00a0automobilka si tehdy pl\u00e1novala, \u017ee tam bude prod\u00e1vat p\u0159es p\u016fl milionu. Ale tyto pl\u00e1ny nevy\u0161ly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV kontextu dynamick\u00e9 transformace \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho trhu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/reportaze\/ne-skodovky-ale-ojete-cinske-elektromobily-jsou-budoucnosti-aaa-auto-o-kvalite-si-ale-iluze-nedelame-1431252\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sm\u011brem k\u00a0elektromobilit\u011b<\/a> doch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00a0zemi k\u00a0v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b tr\u017en\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u00fdrobce,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 mluv\u010d\u00ed automobilky Ivana Povoln\u00e1. Automobilka proto v\u00a0anal\u00fdze dosp\u011bla k\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee se bude rad\u011bji soust\u0159edit na Indii a\u00a0celkov\u011b na region ASEAN, tedy na jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asii.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVe spolupr\u00e1ci s\u00a0region\u00e1ln\u00edm partnerem budeme pokra\u010dovat v\u00a0prodeji model\u016f zna\u010dky \u0160koda na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu a\u017e do poloviny roku 2026,\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Povoln\u00e1 s\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee servis a\u00a0poprodejn\u00ed slu\u017eby budou pokra\u010dovat podle \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch pravidel.<\/p>\n<p>Postupn\u00e9 n\u00e1znaky<\/p>\n<p>O konci na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/doprava-a-logistika\/volkswagen-a-saic-zavrely-cinsky-zavod-ktery-vyrabel-i-vozy-skoda-1425984\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu<\/a> se spekulovalo posledn\u00ed t\u0159i roky. Velk\u00fd n\u00e1znak dala \u0160koda v\u00a0\u00fanorov\u00e9 tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b, v\u00a0n\u00ed\u017e byla mapa v\u00fdroby voz\u016f zna\u010dky po sv\u011bt\u011b a\u00a0\u010c\u00edna tam v\u016fbec nebyla zm\u00edn\u011bna. U\u017e loni bylo ozn\u00e1meno uzav\u0159en\u00ed jednoho z\u00a0v\u00fdrobn\u00edch z\u00e1vod\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V samotn\u00e9 v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1v\u011b za lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok, kter\u00e1 byla zve\u0159ejn\u011bna v\u00a0b\u0159eznu, ale konec na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu zm\u00edn\u011bn nen\u00ed, jen progn\u00f3za, \u017ee \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd trh z\u016fstane zhruba na lo\u0148sk\u00e9 \u00farovni. V\u00a0sekci strategie ale nen\u00ed o\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b jak\u00e1koli zm\u00ednka, a\u00a0se zem\u00ed se tak nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 jako s\u00a0p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k r\u016fstu.<\/p>\n<p>Lo\u0148sk\u00e9 prodeje ve v\u00fd\u0161i 15\u00a0tis\u00edc voz\u016f nep\u016fsob\u00ed na prvn\u00ed pohled jako vysloven\u00fd propad\u00e1k, jde ale o\u00a0lok\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdrobu, a nav\u00edc o\u00a0celou \u0159adu model\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad Octavi\u00ed Pro, co\u017e je pro \u010c\u00ednu prodlou\u017een\u00e1 verze evropsk\u00e9 Octavie, se loni prodalo 1112. V\u00a0Evrop\u011b se podobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed prod\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva dny. Tento model museli in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i \u0160kody prodlou\u017eit, p\u0159ipravit v\u0161echny d\u00edly a\u00a0p\u0159\u00edstroje na jejich v\u00fdrobu, p\u0159ipravit v\u00fdrobn\u00ed linky a\u00a0zajistit i\u00a0logistiku dodavatel\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f. Voz\u016f se ale nakonec za t\u0159i roky prodalo zhruba t\u0159i tis\u00edce. I\u00a0modely Bentley se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch s\u00e9ri\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Kolem tis\u00edce, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch stovk\u00e1ch voz\u016f jsou i\u00a0prodeje dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch model\u016f. \u010casto jde ale o\u00a0doprodeje star\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1sob, samotn\u00e1 v\u00fdroba u\u017e je mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. I\u00a0tento v\u016fz se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed ve velmi mal\u00fdch s\u00e9ri\u00edch. Jedin\u00fd v\u016fz vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd po tis\u00edc\u00edch ro\u010dn\u011b je p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generace modelu Superb. T\u011bch loni z\u00a0\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny sjelo \u0161est tis\u00edc, prodej\u016fm ale musely pom\u00e1hat velk\u00e9 slevy, d\u00edky nim\u017e byl tento v\u016fz u\u00a0dealer\u016f k\u00a0dispozici v\u00a0p\u0159epo\u010dtu za 280\u00a0tis\u00edc korun, tedy zlomek evropsk\u00e9 ceny.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160koda v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed trochu komplikovan\u011bji ne\u017e na jin\u00fdch trz\u00edch. Stejn\u011b jako se v\u00a0minulosti zisky z\u00a0tohoto trhu prakticky neprojevovaly na ekonomick\u00fdch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch samotn\u00e9 \u0160kody, nyn\u00ed se o\u010dek\u00e1vateln\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed op\u011bt sp\u00ed\u0161e p\u0159\u00edmo ve v\u00fdsledc\u00edch koncernu. Samotn\u00e1 \u0160koda loni vyk\u00e1zala mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd rok: na evropsk\u00e9m trhu dotahuje druhou Toyotu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/byznys\/prumysl-a-energetika\/skoda-auto-hlasi-rekordni-zisk-tahly-modely-octavia-kodiaq-nebo-fabia-1431375\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm evropsk\u00fdm prodejc\u016fm elektromobil\u016f<\/a> a\u00a0vykazuje tak\u00e9 vysokou ziskovost. Vyd\u011blala zhruba 45\u00a0miliard korun po zdan\u011bn\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Zlat\u00e9 \u010dasy jsou pry\u010d<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00ednsk\u00fd trh je pro z\u00e1padn\u00ed automobilky v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b komplikovan\u00fd. P\u016fvodn\u011b platilo, \u017ee kdo chce v\u00a0zemi p\u016fsobit, mus\u00ed m\u00edt spole\u010dn\u00fd podnik s\u00a0n\u011bkterou z\u00a0m\u00edstn\u00edch automobilek. To znamenalo d\u011blit se o\u00a0zisky i\u00a0know-how. Zat\u00edmco d\u0159\u00edve automobilky jako \u0160koda nest\u00edhaly v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a\u00a0hned se prodalo prakticky v\u0161e a\u00a0bez v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch slev, nyn\u00ed u\u017e musej\u00ed na extr\u00e9mn\u011b konkuren\u010dn\u00edm trhu bojovat o\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednoho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka. U\u017e i\u00a0\u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da musela zasahovat a\u00a0automobilk\u00e1m domlouvat, \u017ee spir\u00e1la slev nikam nevede.<\/p>\n<p>Garance v\u00fdkupu po t\u0159ech letech<\/p>\n<p>I ak\u010dn\u00ed nab\u00eddky \u0160kody na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu obsahovaly takov\u00e9 v\u011bci, jako je garance v\u00fdkupn\u00ed ceny po t\u0159ech letech a\u00a0z\u00e1vazek slevy na n\u00e1kup dal\u0161\u00edho vozu koncernu Volkswagen. To ve v\u00fdsledku znamenalo, \u017ee kdo si koupil \u0161kodovku za 400\u00a0tis\u00edc korun, po t\u0159ech letech ji prod\u00e1 za 320\u00a0tis\u00edc korun a dostane slevu 80\u00a0tis\u00edc na dal\u0161\u00ed v\u016fz. Ani toto v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed popt\u00e1vku \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f nep\u0159ineslo, proto\u017ee takov\u00fdch nab\u00eddek najdou i\u00a0u\u00a0konkurence spoustu.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1padn\u00ed automobilky nyn\u00ed na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed a\u00a0projevuje se to na jejich celkov\u00fdch prodej\u00edch i\u00a0zisc\u00edch.
