Kdy\u017e odjede, z peronu se otev\u0159e \u0161irok\u00fd v\u00fdhled na pr\u00e1v\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u017eivo na nov\u00fdch n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u00edch u kolej\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo 8 a 9 zrovna nen\u00ed. Dva mu\u017ei na plo\u0161in\u011b p\u0159ichycuj\u00ed ke st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed platform\u011b kabely, t\u0159i jejich kolegov\u00e9 je sleduj\u00ed ze zem\u011b, dal\u0161\u00ed mu\u017e si pr\u00e1v\u011b ve kbel\u00edku m\u00edch\u00e1 maltu nebo jinou stavebn\u00ed hmotu. Tak alespo\u0148 hovo\u0159ily p\u016fvodn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic (S\u017d). Jen\u017ee nestalo se. Na konci lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho l\u00e9ta den\u00edk Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b.cz zjistil, \u017ee experti p\u0159i\u0161li na z\u00e1sadn\u00ed nedostatek modernizace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePravideln\u00e9 sledov\u00e1n\u00ed konstrukce b\u011bhem v\u00fdstavby uk\u00e1zalo neobvykl\u00e9 deformace,\u201c up\u0159esnila v \u00fanoru S\u017d v dokumentu, kter\u00fd si report\u00e9r den\u00edku Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b.cz musel vy\u017e\u00e1dat na z\u00e1klad\u011b z\u00e1kona o svobodn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edstupu k informac\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>A\u017e toti\u017e v pr\u016fb\u011bhu prac\u00ed se zjistilo, \u017ee se jede podle \u0161patn\u011b vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e9ho projektu. Tedy \u017ee zast\u0159e\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed a pr\u016fchoz\u00ed betonov\u00e1 platforma nad kolejemi, kter\u00e1 propoj\u00ed ulice Na Florenci, Hybernskou a Opletalovu, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b podep\u0159ena a mohla by se propadnout.<\/p>\n<p>Pomohla V\u00edde\u0148, Graz i \u010cVUT<\/p>\n<p>Budov\u00e1n\u00ed se tak na dlouho zastavilo. Hledaly se cesty, jak projekt v celkov\u00e9 hodnot\u011b \u010dty\u0159i miliardy korun zachr\u00e1nit. S \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pak p\u0159i\u0161el mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed akademick\u00fd t\u00fdm. \u201ePosudky odborn\u00edk\u016f z univerzit ve V\u00eddni, Grazu a z \u010cVUT potvrdily, \u017ee nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je dopln\u011bn\u00ed konstrukce o nov\u00fd podp\u016frn\u00fd sloup,\u201c up\u0159es\u0148uje Franti\u0161ek Chabi\u010dovsk\u00fd, \u0161\u00e9f legislativn\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Nadzemn\u00ed platformu, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u00fdchu nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, musel podep\u0159\u00edt nov\u00fd pilot. Jinak hrozilo, \u017ee se pr\u016fchoz\u00ed st\u0159echa o rozloze Starom\u011bstsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed propadne.Foto: Ond\u0159ej Stratil\u00edk, Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b.cz<\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e se je\u0161t\u011b loni nev\u011bd\u011blo, jestli bude t\u0159eba n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti draze a slo\u017eit\u011b budovan\u00e9 nadzemn\u00ed platformy o rozloze Starom\u011bstsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed bourat, dnes S\u017d tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee demolice \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 nov\u011b zbudovan\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed nebude nutn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Nicm\u00e9n\u011b faktem je, \u017ee kv\u016fli \u0161patn\u011b propo\u010dten\u00e9 studii se d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd metropolitn\u00ed projekt v\u00fdrazn\u011b zpo\u017e\u010fuje. A nav\u00edc je t\u0159eba prov\u00e9st dodate\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 tak\u00e9 budou n\u011bco st\u00e1t. P\u0159itom u\u017e tak se cena \u201eMasary\u010dky\u201c zv\u00fd\u0161ila o 600 milion\u016f korun oproti p\u016fvodn\u00edm viz\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eN\u00e1klady, kter\u00e9 si \u00fapravy platformy vy\u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed, se nyn\u00ed vy\u010d\u00edsluj\u00ed. Spr\u00e1va \u017eeleznic je bude vym\u00e1hat po projektantovi,\u201c informovali jen spr\u00e1vci. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b vy\u010d\u00edslenou sumu, o n\u00ed\u017e si \u0159eknou, pr\u00fd je\u0161t\u011b nemaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Projektantem stavby zah\u00e1jen\u00e9 p\u0159ed dv\u011bma roky je firma Sudop Praha. S jej\u00edm mluv\u010d\u00edm Jakubem Pta\u010dinsk\u00fdm se report\u00e9r den\u00edku Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b.cz spojil u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve. \u201eKe vznikl\u00e9 situaci se stav\u00edme \u010delem a na jej\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed od po\u010d\u00e1tku aktivn\u011b spolupracujeme jak s\u00a0investorem, tak i se zhotovitelem d\u00edla,\u201c reagoval Pta\u010dinsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOd po\u010d\u00e1tku stavby ji\u017e \u0159ada zm\u011bn\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePodle anal\u00fdzy na\u0161ich expert\u016f se jedn\u00e1 o lok\u00e1ln\u00ed vadu na jedn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, z\u00a0celkem \u0161esti dilata\u010dn\u00edch sekc\u00ed (\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed) budouc\u00ed desky p\u0159est\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed Masarykova n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed,\u201c popsal mluv\u010d\u00ed pohled Sudopu, jak cel\u00fd probl\u00e9m vznikl.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Nov\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b na Masarykov\u011b n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, kam by jednou m\u011bl zaj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt i vlak z leti\u0161t\u011b, z n\u011bho\u017e se bude vystupovat na ob\u011b strany.\" class=\"e-ui-image__img\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/img_0331.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161t\u011b na Masarykov\u011b n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, kam by jednou m\u011bl zaj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt i vlak z leti\u0161t\u011b, z n\u011bho\u017e se bude vystupovat na ob\u011b strany.Foto: Ond\u0159ej Stratil\u00edk, Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b.cz<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 Pta\u010dinsk\u00fd p\u0159ibli\u017euje, \u017ee na z\u00e1sadn\u00ed z\u00e1drhel p\u0159i\u0161el jeden z jejich zahrani\u010dn\u00edch subdodavatel\u016f p\u0159i zp\u011btn\u00e9 revizi projek\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1vrhu. \u201eP\u016fvodn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed toti\u017e zaznamenalo od po\u010d\u00e1tku stavby ji\u017e \u0159adu zm\u011bn vyplynuv\u0161\u00edch z postupu prac\u00ed i z do t\u00e9 doby ukryt\u00fdch a neji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch skute\u010dnost\u00ed na staveni\u0161ti, na kter\u00e9m se postupn\u011b stav\u00ed u\u017e stovky let,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Pta\u010dinsk\u00fd, jak komplikovan\u00e1 pr\u00fd cel\u00e1 stavba je.<\/p>\n<p>Hned loni v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bl den\u00edk Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b.cz zn\u00e1t n\u00e1zor i firmy Strabag, je\u017e m\u00e1 samotn\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na starosti. Optimistick\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy v sou\u010dasnosti po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed a\u017e s prosincem.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNyn\u00ed prob\u00edhaj\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed se zhotovitelem o \u00faprav\u011b stavebn\u00edch postup\u016f. C\u00edlem je optimalizace term\u00edn\u016f, aby se celou rekonstrukci Masarykova n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed poda\u0159ilo dokon\u010dit v z\u00e1v\u011bru roku 2027,\u201c douf\u00e1 Franti\u0161ek Chabi\u010dovsk\u00fd, \u0161\u00e9f legislativn\u00edho odd\u011blen\u00ed S\u017d.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fdval\u00fd ministr dopravy Martin Kupka (ODS) Spr\u00e1vu \u017eeleznic br\u00e1n\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se loni v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed o komplikaci s \u201eMasary\u010dkou\u201c dozv\u011bd\u011bl, na novin\u00e1\u0159ovu ot\u00e1zku odpov\u011bd\u011bl: \u201eTu odpov\u011bdnost m\u00e1 dodavatel \u2013 bu\u010f jeho projektant, nebo zhotovitel.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f pot\u00e9 Spr\u00e1vu \u017eeleznic musel opustit jej\u00ed dlouholet\u00fd \u0161\u00e9f Ji\u0159\u00ed Svoboda. I proto, \u017ee policie u n\u011bj na\u0161la 80 milion\u016f korun v hotovosti.
